The device comprises a charging device, a pressurizing device and an air outlet device; the charging equipment comprises a charging tank, wherein a detachable discharging bottom plate is arranged on the bottom surface of the charging tank, and a plurality of discharging holes are formed in the discharging bottom plate; the pressurizing device is communicated with the feeding tank and is used for introducing gas into the feeding tank to provide pressure; the air-out equipment is arranged below the discharging bottom plate. The invention also provides a production method realized by the production device. Compared with the traditional snowflake frying technology, the invention does not use any medium such as pumice, and solid waste emission is not generated in the production process, so that the invention is environment-friendly. The invention adopts continuous production, realizes snowflake effect by controlling the concentration, the discharging speed, the height and the wind direction of the stripping auxiliary agent, and has more natural obtained patterns and high repeatability.
