Description

High-saturation water-based refinishing paint composition, and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of coatings, in particular to a high-saturation water-based refinish paint composition, a preparation method of the water-based refinish paint composition and application of the water-based refinish paint composition in external coating of products.
Background
Automobile repair refers to the need for local repair or repainting of the exterior coating of an automobile due to accident damage or aging over the years. Specifically, it is different from the coating production line of general mill, does not have single operation, and the motorcycle type of being scribbled, colour demand are all different, can't carry out the operation according to prescribed process order, and toast the temperature and can not exceed 60 ℃ at most, otherwise can destroy plastic accessory.
Therefore, compared with the original automobile factory paint, the automobile repair paint has obvious differences in the aspects of product composition, construction application window and the like. For example, refinish paint products contain tens to hundreds of color bases, and require the use of appropriate color bases to match the actual color of the vehicle being refinished, followed by the addition of binders (to provide paint film properties), diluents (to provide application properties), manual stirring, filtration, and spraying. For repair paint products, the color gamut space presented by the full color set system must cover all colors of the automotive factory paint, otherwise the problem that the repair paint color cannot match the color of the automobile body can occur to affect repair and traffic.
The automotive refinishing paint market in China still takes solvent type products as main materials at the present stage. However, along with the improvement of people's environmental awareness, the country has issued a series of environmental laws and regulations and policies for the coating industry, and each region has issued a specific policy for automobile repair coating successively, thereby forcefully pushing the automobile repair paint to develop towards the direction of ' oil-to-water '. On the other hand, the pursuit of automobile colors in the automobile market in recent years is more and more remarkable, and metal colors with high saturation, such as orange of the Benz DESIGNO and 27 orange of the great wall automobile, appear bright and pure, have high saturation, and are the future color development trend of the automobile. In order to better meet the environmental protection requirement of future water-based and the popular trend of automobile colors, the technical capability of developing the water-based transparent color master batch with high saturation is particularly important and significant.
At present, patents related to a high-saturation transparent color master batch preparation technology are mainly focused on the field of traditional solvent-based paint, for example, U.S. patent No. TRANSPARENT PIGMENT DISPERSION PROCESS (patent No. 4017448) discloses a preparation process of solvent-based transparent pigment color paste, and the content of the process relates to transparent orange. In recent years, there is also an invention patent application (application publication number CN106675216 a) of solvent-type transparent orange automotive refinish paint and a preparation method thereof.
However, no patent related to the preparation technology of the transparent orange color master with high saturation has been published in the field of water-based refinish paint.
