In other alternative embodiments, the LED dimming and toning circuit further comprises: and a signal isolation circuit 70 connected to the receiving circuit 60, the signal isolation circuit 70 being configured to isolate the received signal.
It should be noted that the LED dimming and toning circuit may have two different modes, one is DALI bus mode, in which dimming and toning (e.g. dimming in DT6 or dimming and toning in DT8 functions) can be achieved by the transmitted control signal; the other is PUSH mode, in which the DALI bus and auxiliary power supply are turned off, and when the input signal is detected as DIM, the LED is adjusted in brightness, and when the input signal is detected as CCT, the LED is adjusted in color temperature.
Specifically, when in the DALI bus mode, the user can select whether to turn on the auxiliary power supply and the DALI bus power supply using the function selection circuit 10 with the signal in the DALI bus mode as the dimming signal. When the DALI bus power is selected not to be on, a bus power external to the DALI is required at this time to achieve power supply to the overall circuit, and the functionality of DT6 and DT8 is achieved through DALI bus protocol communication.
When the main control circuit is in the PUSH mode, the singlechip controls the bus power supply and the auxiliary power supply to be turned off, different signals in the PUSH mode are used as dimming signals, if the input signal is DIM (the channel), the program enters dimming, and if the input signal is CCT, the color matching is carried out, and because of the input channels of the two signals, the functions of DT6 (dimming) and DT8 (dimming and color matching) can be realized in the PUSH mode.
Based on the differences between DALI bus mode and PUSH mode, the two modes may correspond to different paths, respectively. Optionally, the first path is used to implement the PUSH mode and the second path is used to implement the DALI bus mode. the single chip microcomputer, the auxiliary power supply isolation control circuit, the auxiliary power supply output circuit and the first port realize signal output of a first path, and the first port, the first receiving circuit and the first signal isolation circuit realize signal input of the first path; the single chip microcomputer, the DALI bus isolation control circuit, the DALI bus output circuit and the second port realize signal output of a second path, and the second port, the second receiving circuit and the second signal isolation circuit realize signal input of the second path.
In the above-mentioned LED dimming and toning circuit, the auxiliary power supply isolation control circuit and the DALI bus isolation control circuit adopt high-voltage solid relays as isolation devices, and the first signal isolation circuit and the second signal isolation circuit adopt optocoupler isolation circuits, so that the control loop and the input loop are electrically isolated to meet the safety specification requirements, and the high-voltage solid relays are selected so that in the process of PUSH input (the PUSH input is ac mains supply input), the LED dimming and toning circuit is not damaged by overvoltage.
In an alternative implementation of the present invention, the plurality of ports further includes: a common port 53 for being multiplexed to achieve power sharing or signal sharing.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of ports can be arranged to realize signal output or input of different transmission paths, any port can be multiplexed, and the number of the ports used can be greatly reduced after multiplexing, so that the LED dimming and toning circuit provided by the invention has smaller size. In addition, the invention also provides a scheme for selecting different paths according to different modes, and the embodiment of the invention can realize the process control of dimming and toning of the LED more flexibly. In addition, the invention integrates DALI dimming DT6 and DT8 functions, PUSH dimming and toning functions, DALI bus power supply and auxiliary power supply circuit functions, can effectively reduce the use of external ports, and has important significance for miniaturization and platformization of products.
