After the ultrafiltration membrane wires are washed, a user stops pumping clear water into the water purification shell 1, closes the water inlet 2 and the liquid inlet pipe 201, opens the water outlet 3, the liquid outlet pipe 301 and the water outlet 6, pumps water into the water outlet 6 by the user, enables the aperture of the clear water entering the ultrafiltration membrane wires to be sprayed outwards through the filtering holes, washes the ultrafiltration membrane wires again in a backwashing mode, avoids impurities remained in the filtering holes of the ultrafiltration membrane wires, causes incomplete sediment cleaning on the ultrafiltration membrane wires, reduces the sewage filtering efficiency of the ultrafiltration membrane wires, after the ultrafiltration membrane wires are backwashed, the user stops pumping water into the water outlet 6, completely discharges the water in the water purification shell 1 through the water outlet 3 and the liquid outlet pipe 301, closes the water outlet 3, the liquid outlet pipe 301 and the water outlet 6 after the water in the water purification shell 1 is completely discharged, and filters and periodically cleans the sewage by repeating the operations.

The hollow rotating shaft 5 rotates to enable the arc-shaped shell 26, the cleaning roller 27 and the transmission gear 28 to move circumferentially through the rotating frame 25, the transmission gear 28 is matched with a tooth slot of the water purifying shell 1 in the circumferential movement process, the cleaning roller 27 rotates, the cleaning roller 27 moves circumferentially and rotates to clean impurities adhered to the inner wall of the water purifying shell 1, impurities cleaned on the ultrafiltration membrane wires are prevented from being adhered to the inner wall of the water purifying shell 1, the cleaned impurities are discharged through water flow, sediment in the water purifying shell 1 is prevented from being accumulated and buried in the ultrafiltration membrane wires, the filtering efficiency of sewage can be reduced due to the fact that the buried ultrafiltration membrane wires cannot be contacted with sewage, and normal filtering work of the ultrafiltration membrane wires is guaranteed through cleaning the inner wall of the water purifying shell 1.
