Preparation method for improving proventriculitis and muscular gastritis of poultry by using natural feed raw materials
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of animal husbandry breeding, in particular to a preparation method for improving proventriculitis and muscular gastritis of poultry by using natural feed raw materials.
Background
At present, domestic or captive animals such as chickens, geese, ducks and the like are most common gastrointestinal diseases, and if the gastrointestinal diseases are not cured in time, the animals are easy to die. With the continuous progress of society and the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the structure of food fed by captive or domestic animals is continuously changed, the ingested food is different and sanitary compared with the former food, but in recent years, along with the outstanding problems of antibiotic residue and drug resistance, many countries make the decision of using certain antibiotics or forbidding certain antibiotics as feed additives in sequence, but antibiotics are not added in the feed, the immunity of livestock and poultry is poor, and gastrointestinal diseases are easy to occur due to weak constitution, so that diarrhea and cold are caused, and the growth is slow and stagnated.
The feed additives on the market are various, such as enzyme preparations, probiotics, oligosaccharides, acidifiers, active peptides and the like, although the additives can promote the weight gain of the young livestock and poultry seedlings and treat gastrointestinal diseases, the additives generally contain chemical drugs or hormone drugs, and the food pollution caused by drug residues is also existed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, improve gastrointestinal absorption, improve the conversion rate of feed, promote the growth of poultry, enhance immunity and improve the culture economic benefit, and provides a preparation method for improving proventriculitis and myogastritis of poultry by using natural feed raw materials.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of natural feed raw materials for improving proventriculitis and muscular gastritis of poultry comprises a Chinese herbal medicine mixture, wherein the Chinese herbal medicine mixture comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of dried orange peel, 2-5 parts of hawthorn, 2-5 parts of mint, 3-5 parts of ricepaper pith, 2-5 parts of cinnamon, 2-4 parts of medicated leaven, 3-5 parts of Chinese yam, 3-7 parts of motherwort, 3-5 parts of liquorice, 3-5 parts of emodin and 2-4 parts of isatis root;
30-55 parts of corn flour, 5-10 parts of lecithin, 3-7 parts of pine needle powder, 5-10 parts of ryegrass, 0.5-1 part of salt, 1-3 parts of methionine, 0.1-0.3 part of calcium hydrophosphate and 0.5-1 part of intestinal probiotics.
The dried orange peel, the hawthorn and the medicated leaven have the effects of promoting growth, aiding digestion and absorption, enhancing the gastrointestinal function, promoting gastric secretion, aiding digestion and absorption and further promoting the growth of animals.
The Chinese yam, the motherwort herb and the liquorice have the functions of tonifying qi and activating blood, regulating viscera functions, enhancing physique and improving immunity and stress capability. After reasonable formulation, the feed is rich in immune polysaccharide, accelerates metabolism and strengthens muscles and bones by tonifying qi and activating blood circulation to accelerate the transportation of nutrient substances, not only can improve the immunity, but also enables the dead animals such as chickens, ducks, pigs and the like to grow normally, and also has the effects of refining muscle fibers and improving the muscle flavor.
Emodin and radix Isatidis have effects of activating qi-flowing, resolving food stagnation, invigorating spleen, promoting appetite, clearing heat, detoxicating, diminishing inflammation, and relieving swelling. The additive is added into livestock feed, and animals fed by the additive basically cannot suffer from enteritis, and have obvious treatment effect on animal diseases such as proventriculitis and myogastritis.
The lecithin is a mixture, and comprises phosphoric acid, choline, fatty acid, glycerol, glycolipid, triglyceride, and phospholipid. Lecithin, as a basic substance of life, has not only important nutritional value but also important efficacy, has irreplaceable effects in the normal operation process of a body, and plays a key role in the prevention and treatment of certain diseases.
The pine needle powder is used as a feed additive for livestock and poultry or directly used for feeding the livestock and poultry, so that the feed is saved, the production cost is reduced, and the pine needle powder has obvious promotion effects on promoting the growth and development of the livestock and poultry, enhancing the disease resistance, improving the quality, improving the reproductive function and the like. The production performance of poultry can be enhanced by the pine needle powder: the pine needle powder contains various amino acids and trace elements, can effectively stimulate the ovulation function of the laying hens and improve the laying rate, and meanwhile, contains phytoncide and vitamins, has the effects of preventing and resisting diseases and can effectively resist the diseases of the laying hens; the pine needle powder can also improve the milk yield of the dairy cows; the pine needle powder is a low-energy high-protein feed, and is rich in amino acids, vitamins and various trace elements which are necessary for the growth and development of animals. Therefore, the pine needle meal is added to feed pigs, the defects of low protein content and high digestion capacity in common farmhouse feed and premixed feed sold in the market can be overcome, the appetite of the pigs can be effectively stimulated, the digestion absorption and metabolism of the pigs are promoted, the feed utilization rate is improved, the growth and development of the pigs are accelerated, the lean meat percentage is increased, and the disease resistance is obviously enhanced.
The ryegrass has high nutritive value and is rich in protein, mineral substances and vitamins, wherein the content of crude protein of the hay is up to more than 25 percent, and the leaves are rich and tender, and have good palatability.
Methionine and calcium hydrogen phosphate are used as auxiliary feed for poultry, and can promote feed digestion, increase nutrients required in body, supplement phosphorus and calcium elements in feed for poultry and livestock, increase weight of poultry, increase meat yield, milk yield and egg yield, and treat rickets, osteomalacia, anemia, etc. of livestock.
The intestinal probiotics mainly comprise microzyme, probiotic bacillus, clostridium butyricum, lactobacillus, bifidobacterium, actinomycetes and the like. The probiotics can synthesize digestive enzyme, participate in the digestion of nutrient substances in the intestinal tract together with the digestive enzyme synthesized by animals, stimulate the animals to secrete the digestive enzyme, reduce the crypt depth of the small intestine, increase the height of villus, increase the surface area of the small intestine and promote the absorption of nutrient substances in the intestinal tract, and the probiotics can delay the formation of methemoglobin by inhibiting lipid peroxidation so as to improve the brightness of muscles. Probiotics may also affect fatty acid metabolism and improve muscle tenderness.
Preferably, the weight ratio of each component is as follows: 4 parts of dried orange peel, 3 parts of hawthorn, 3 parts of mint, 5 parts of ricepaper pith, 3 parts of cinnamon, 3 parts of medicated leaven, 4 parts of Chinese yam, 5 parts of motherwort, 4 parts of liquorice, 4 parts of emodin and 3 parts of isatis root.
A preparation method of a natural feed raw material for improving proventriculitis and muscular gastritis of poultry comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing intestinal probiotics and distilled water at a ratio of 1: 3, stirring thoroughly in a culture dish, mixing well, cooling and standing for 15min;
(2) Mixing semen Maydis powder and folium Pini powder, adding 1.5-2.5kg clear water, stirring for 5-10min to obtain mixture;
(3) Grinding ryegrass into slag, grinding into fine powder, adding the fine powder into the stirred ingredients, adding lecithin, a proper amount of salt, methionine and calcium hydrophosphate, and simultaneously adding intestinal probiotic liquid and fully stirring for later use;
(4) The Chinese herbal medicine mixture is crushed and sieved, the process is repeated for 2-3 times, the crushed powder is added into the ingredients, and the mixture is fully and uniformly stirred, thus obtaining the product.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. it can be used for treating dyspepsia, anorexia, abdominal distention, fowl gland gastritis, and acute and chronic gastroenteritis.
