"plurality" means at least two.
The maintenance work of cable need use corresponding support frame to support the cable, and present support frame mostly uses the panel overlap joint, fixes the cable on the support frame again, overhauls the cable. The support frame can effectually avoid the cable to contact with ground in overhauing the in-process, but, current support frame is formed through the panel overlap joint mostly, highly unable regulation, when the staff that faces different heights, does not have the intensity of labour that is fit for the high support frame and can increase the staff.
For the above reasons the inventors have devised a cable repair device.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a cable maintenance apparatus including a support frame 1, a lifting mechanism 3, and a support mechanism 4.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a top surface of the support frame 1 is provided with a placing frame 2 for placing a cable.
The support frame 1 is used for supporting the placing rack 2, and the shape of the support frame 1 can be set according to the requirement, for example, the support frame 1 is set to be in the shape of a polygon or a skeleton, and preferably, the support frame 1 is set to be in the shape of a skeleton frame or a keel frame.
Furthermore, the number of the lifting mechanisms 3 is multiple, the lifting mechanisms 3 are provided with a working end and a fixed end, and the working end is the supporting frame 1 which can be jacked up or dropped down by the lifting mechanisms 3; the fixed end is used for fixing the lifting mechanism 3. For example, when the lifting mechanism 3 is vertically disposed, the top of the lifting mechanism 3 is a working end, and the bottom is a fixed end.
A plurality of elevating system 3 set up the different positions in support frame 1 bottom surface respectively, for example, a plurality of elevating system 3 distribute at the edge of support frame 1, and under the condition that the structure of support frame 1 was skeleton row (skeleton row includes the bracing piece and sets up in bracing piece both sides, and relative a plurality of skeleton row) the elevating system 3 can set up on the skeleton row.
The plurality of lifting mechanisms 3 can be respectively and independently controlled, the lifting mechanisms 3 can be adjusted, and the height of the placing frame 2 can be correspondingly adjusted.
In addition, when the contact surface is uneven, the independently controlled lifting mechanism can also enable the inclination angle of the placing frame 2 to be within a preset range. In this case, the top connection position of the lifting mechanism 3 needs to be able to swing within a certain angle range, for example, the top of the lifting mechanism 3 is connected to the corresponding support frame 1 and/or support block 41 through a universal ball bearing.
It is understood that the contact surface is a surface contacted by the bottom of the cable repair device, for example, when the cable repair device is placed on the ground, the ground is the contact surface; when the cable repair equipment is placed on the floor, the floor is a contact surface.
The plurality of lifting mechanisms 3 may be independently controlled, and the lifting mechanisms 3 may be grouped and independently controlled for each group.
The preset range of the inclination angle of the placing frame 2 can be selected according to the needs, for example, the preset range can be +/-30 degrees relative to the horizontal plane, and preferably, the inclination angle of the placing frame 2 can be within +/-10 degrees.
Then, the supporting mechanisms 4 are used for supporting the supporting frame 1, the number of the supporting mechanisms 4 corresponds to the number of the lifting mechanisms 3, the top surfaces of the supporting mechanisms 4 are connected with the fixed ends of the lifting mechanisms 3, and the bottom surfaces of the supporting mechanisms 4 are in contact with the contact surface.
In this embodiment, the support frame 1 supports the placing frame 2, and the height of the support frame 1 can be adjusted through the lifting mechanism 3, so that the height of the placing frame 2 is further adjusted. Under the condition that 3 tops of elevating system are provided with universal bulb bearing, if because of the contact surface unevenness, lead to under the great condition of rack 2 inclination amplitude, can adjust the inclination of adjusting rack 2 through elevating system 3, for example, under the lower condition of certain side of rack 2, the elevating system 3 of control this side rises, because 3 tops of elevating system are connected with support frame 1 through universal bulb bearing, when making elevating system rise, can adjust the inclination of rack 2, make the inclination of rack 2 in predetermineeing the within range and highly be the height of being convenient for work, improve staff's work efficiency. In addition, supporting mechanism 4 can carry out better support to support frame 1, improves rack 2's stability.
In one embodiment, the lifting mechanism 3 comprises an electric push rod 31 or a pneumatic push rod.
Wherein, the electric push rod 31 can be externally connected with a power supply to supply power to the electric push rod 31; the pneumatic push rod can be externally connected with an air pump to supply air for the pneumatic push rod. Specifically, the selection of the electric push rod 31 or the pneumatic push rod may be selected according to actual conditions, and it is understood that a lifting device, such as a hydraulic rod, may also be selected, and the technical solution is not limited thereto.
In the following examples, the electric push rod 31 is used for illustration, and accordingly, the electric push rod 31 can be replaced by a pneumatic push rod, which is not described in detail below.
The fixed end of the electric push rod 31 is connected with the supporting mechanism 4, and the working end is connected with the supporting frame 1.
The distinction between the fixed end and the working end of the electric putter 31 has been described in the foregoing, and will not be described herein again.
The telescopic rod 32 has a telescopic end and a fixed end, wherein the telescopic end is understood as a structure capable of being telescopic, and the fixed end is understood as a structure for fixing the telescopic rod 32 at a corresponding position, for example, when the telescopic rod 32 is vertically disposed, the top of the telescopic rod 32 is the telescopic end, and the bottom is the fixed end. The telescopic end of the telescopic rod 32 faces the support frame 1, and the fixed end is connected with the support mechanism 4.
The telescopic rod 32 may be a manual telescopic rod 32, and specifically, the electric push rod 31 adjusts the height of the telescopic rod 32 when the height of the support frame 1 is adjusted, so as to support the support frame 1 by the telescopic rod 32.
It can be understood that, when the telescopic link 32 is used for supporting the support frame 1 for a long time, the manual telescopic link 32 can be selected for use, the telescopic link 32 is locked under the condition of the support frame 1 by the telescopic end of the manual telescopic link 32, so that the length of the telescopic link 32 is not changed, the support of the support frame 1 is realized, and the support frame 1 is not required to be continuously supported by the electric push rod 31.
In this embodiment, when the high condition that needs to be fixed for a long time of rack 2, electric putter 31 or pneumatic putter are in order to adjust support frame 1 to the condition of corresponding height, carry out corresponding adjustment to telescopic link 32, so that telescopic end butt of telescopic link 32 is in the bottom surface of support frame 1, support frame 1, it continues to support frame 1 to need not electric putter 31, the life of electric putter 31 has been improved, under the condition of electric putter 31 outage, telescopic link 32 still can carry out better support to support frame 1.
In one embodiment, the support frame 1 is rotatably connected with the placing frame 2 through a rotating shaft 11.
Wherein, the central zone of support frame 1 sets up axis of rotation 11, and the one end that support frame 1 was kept away from to axis of rotation 11 is connected with rack 2, can make support frame 1 and rack 2 rotate relatively through axis of rotation 11 to among the cable repair equipment process, when needing the adjustment cable angle, only need rotate rack 2 and can realize the angular adjustment of cable, need not readjustment support frame 1, improve the work efficiency that the cable overhauld. The rotating shaft 11 can adjust the moving direction of the supporting frame 1 when the placing frame 2 needs to be moved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the support mechanism 4 includes a support block 41, a first bracket 42, and a second bracket 43.
The top end of the supporting block 41 is connected to the fixed end of the lifting mechanism 3, and the supporting block 41 is used for supporting the lifting mechanism 3.
Specifically, the supporting block 41 may have a rectangular structure, an oval structure, a cross-shaped structure, or the like.
Moreover, first support 42 inclines certain angle for vertical direction, and the first support 42 that the slope set up can be convenient under the condition that the contact surface has certain compliance, inserts in the contact surface, plays the effect of firm supporting shoe 41. The first support 42 is made of a deformable material, such as an iron, copper or aluminum sheet having a corresponding thickness.
Second support 43 is vertical, and columnar structure or polygon structure etc. can be chooseed for use to the shape of second support 43, and the structure that increases the lifting surface area can be set up as required in the bottom of second support 43, for example, the structure that increases the lifting surface area is sheet structure, specifically can be the circular slab, and the area of circular slab needs to be greater than the sectional area of second support 43 length direction.
The first bracket 42 and the second bracket 43 are arranged at intervals, and the top ends of the first bracket and the second bracket are connected with the bottom of the supporting block 41.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure the stability of the supporting mechanism 4 during supporting, the bottom of the supporting block 41 may be connected to a plurality of first brackets 42 and a plurality of second brackets 43. Preferably, in the case that the supporting block 41 adopts a cross-shaped structure, the number of the first brackets 42 and the second brackets 43 is two, and the two first brackets 42 are oppositely disposed on two opposite sides of the cross-shaped structure, and the second brackets 43 are also oppositely disposed on the other two opposite sides of the cross-shaped structure. The cross-shaped supporting block 41 not only can save the cost of the supporting block 41, but also can ensure that the first bracket 42 and the second bracket 43 have corresponding fulcrums.
It should also be noted that the two first brackets 42 may be of a unitary structure, that is, the two first brackets 42 form an arc-shaped structure, and the central region of the arc-shaped wall is connected to the supporting block 41.
The overall height of the first bracket 42 disposed obliquely is greater than or equal to the height of the second bracket 43.
In the present embodiment, when the support mechanism 4 is placed on the contact surface, the second bracket 43 is in contact with the surface of the contact surface for supporting the support block 41. In the case of a certain flexibility of the contact surface, for example, the contact surface is an outdoor ground, the second bracket 43 will be partially sunk into the contact surface, and since the overall height of the first bracket 42 is greater than or equal to the height of the second bracket 43, the second bracket 43 can be partially inserted into the contact surface, thereby further improving the stability of the support mechanism 4; under the condition that the contact surface is rigid, the first support 42 deforms and can still effectively support the supporting block 41, and the stability is improved.
In one embodiment, the end of the first bracket 42 remote from the support block 41 has an insert that can be inserted at least partially into the contact surface.
Wherein, the insert can be at least partially inserted into the contact surface, and when the supporting block 41 shakes, the part of the insert inserted into the contact surface can provide resistance, so that the first bracket 42 provides better stability for the supporting block 41.
Specifically, the insert includes an insertion portion 421 and a limiting portion 422, and one end of the first bracket 42 away from the supporting block 41 sequentially has the limiting portion 422 and the insertion portion 421, wherein the limiting portion 422 protrudes from the insertion portion 421, so that the insertion portion 421 is inserted into the contact surface, and the limiting portion 422 abuts against the contact surface.
The portion of the limiting portion 422 protruding from the insertion portion 421 can prevent the insert from being inserted into the contact surface, for example, the limiting portion 422 and the insertion portion 421 form a convex structure, the convex structure includes a top portion and a bottom portion, the top portion is the insertion portion 421, and the bottom portion is the limiting portion 422. The structure of the raised font is merely exemplary, and other structures capable of implementing the function may be selected.
The limiting portion 422 can be inserted into the contact surface, when the contact surface has certain flexibility, the limiting portion 422 can enter the contact surface along the insertion direction of the insertion portion 421, and when the limiting portion 422 enters the contact surface, if the support frame 1 is moved, the pulling direction of the limiting portion 422 has a larger force-bearing area, so that the resistance is increased, and the stability of the support frame 1 is improved.
It should be noted that the insert and the first bracket 42 may be machined according to machining requirements, and may be integrally formed, or may be an insertion structure or a welded structure, in the case of an insertion structure, the bottom surface of the convex shape may be provided as a socket into which the first bracket 42 is inserted, and the socket is in interference fit with the end portion of the first bracket 42, and the insertion structure is merely an exemplary illustration, and may be another structure that is capable of connecting the insert and the first bracket 42 to form an integral structure, and this technical solution is not limited.
In this embodiment, the locating part is used in the condition of contact surface, can improve the stability of support frame 1, increases the security of cable maintenance equipment.
In one embodiment, the cable service equipment comprises a clamp 21 and an adjusting mechanism 5.
The clamping piece 21 is of an arc-shaped structure, the radian of the clamping piece is matched with that of a cable, the two ends of the clamping piece 21 are respectively a first fixed end 211 and a second fixed end 212, the first fixed end 211 is connected with the adjusting mechanism 5, and the second fixed end 212 is connected with the top surface of the placing frame 2 through a threaded rod 25.
Specifically, form the space that is used for holding the cable between fastener 21 and the 2 top surfaces of rack, in order to improve the fastening effect to the cable, further, set up arc 22 at the top surface of rack 2, the radian of arc 22 and the radian phase-match of cable through fastener 21 and arc 22, with the cable fastening on rack 2.
Furthermore, the bottom of the adjusting mechanism 5 is connected with the top surface of the placing rack 2, and the adjusting mechanism 5 can adjust the distance between the top surface and the top surface of the placing rack 2.
The adjusting mechanism 5 may be a plate-shaped structure or a block-shaped structure, and the adjusting mechanism 5 is a structure capable of moving vertically. Specifically, when the adjusting mechanism 5 is a plate-shaped structure, a plurality of adjusting rods 52 are arranged on the periphery of the plate-shaped structure, and the adjusting mechanism 5 is fixed on the placing rack 2 by the plurality of adjusting rods 52; when the adjustment mechanism 5 has a block structure, the block structure may be referred to as an adjustment block 51, and a plurality of adjustment rods 52 are similarly provided around the periphery of the adjustment block 51.
Illustratively, the adjustment rod 52 may include a threaded rod and nuts 55 disposed at opposite ends of the threaded rod, respectively. One end of the screw is fixed on the placing rack 2, one nut 55 of the two nuts 55 is screwed on the screw, the adjusting mechanism 5 is sleeved on the screw, and the other nut 55 is screwed on the screw.
Preferably, the screw is an end screw.
It should be noted that, in the case where the adjustment block 51 is selected as the adjustment mechanism 5, in order to avoid or reduce the volume of the projection of the adjustment block 51, a caulking groove 23 is provided on the placement plate so that the adjustment block 51 is partially or entirely placed in the caulking groove 23.
It will be appreciated that the top surface of the adjustment block 51 is provided with an outwardly turned outer edge around its periphery to cooperate with the adjustment rod 52 to secure the adjustment block 51 within the nest 23.
In this embodiment, change the distance of 5 top surfaces of adjustment mechanism apart from 2 top surfaces of rack through adjustment nut 55, and then changed the distance of first stiff end 211 and 2 top surfaces of rack, under the state of fastener 21 and 2 cooperation with the cable fastening of rack, adjust first stiff end 211, can make and form the certain distance between the arc region of fastener 21 and the cable, the gap promptly, can observe the condition of cable fastening position cable through this gap, when needs maintenance, can continue adjustment nut 55, separate adjustment mechanism 5 and rack 2, realize the perk of first stiff end 211 of fastener 21, so that further maintain the cable.
In addition, can separate adjustment mechanism 5 and rack 2 through adjusting nut 55 to make the cable have adjustment mechanism 5 and rack 2 isolated area to take out, this kind of condition is particularly useful for second stiff end 212 because of do not twist the threaded rod 25 for a long time, leads to the threaded rod 25 to receive the unable condition of twisting or corrosion of external environment influence.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, the adjusting mechanism 5 further includes: a shaft 53 and a torsion coil spring 54.
Wherein at least one end of the shaft rod 53 is fixed on the top surface of the adjusting block 51, so that the shaft rod 53 rotates on the adjusting block 51. In order to improve the working stability of the shaft 53, it is preferable that two mounting blocks 56 are respectively disposed at two ends of the shaft 53, the two mounting blocks 56 are fixedly connected to the adjusting block 51, and two ends of the shaft 53 are inserted into the mounting blocks 56 and can rotate in the mounting blocks 56.
Further, a torsion coil spring 54 is disposed on the shaft 53, and in the case where the shaft 53 rotates, the torsion coil spring 54 can restore the shaft 53. Specifically, the torsion coil spring 54 has one end connected to the shaft 53 and the other end connected to the adjusting block 51, applies torsion to the torsion coil spring 54 when the shaft 53 is rotated by an external force, and resets the shaft 53 when the external force is removed and the torsion coil spring 54 is reset. This structure realizes automatic restoration of the shaft 53. When the shaft 53 is connected to the first fixing end 211, the shaft 53 drives the first fixing end 211 to reset, thereby realizing automatic resetting of the card 21.
In the case that the mounting blocks 56 are disposed at two ends of the shaft 53, the number of the torsion coil springs 54 is two, the torsion coil springs 54 are correspondingly disposed in the mounting blocks 56, and the mounting blocks 56 may further include a force receiving block 57, such that one end of the torsion coil spring 54 is connected to the shaft 53, and the other end is connected to the force receiving block 57.
