A mounting structure for a sedimentation and filtration mechanism in a sedimentation filtration centrifuge, comprising: the frame, the frame is provided with hollow outer transmission shaft in its one end activity, and the activity is provided with interior transmission shaft in the outer transmission shaft, subside the mechanism include: a sedimentation drum, and a sedimentation spiral assembly disposed in the sedimentation drum, the sedimentation drum comprising: one end of the sedimentation straight cylinder section is arranged on the outer transmission shaft through a sedimentation end cover, and the other end of the sedimentation straight cylinder section is connected with a sedimentation conical cylinder section with the diameter being changed from large to small; the sedimentation screw assembly comprises: one end of the sedimentation spiral installation shaft is arranged on the inner transmission shaft, and the sedimentation spiral is arranged on the sedimentation spiral installation shaft, and the sedimentation spiral installation shaft is characterized in that: the other end of the sedimentation spiral installation shaft is provided with a supporting connection cylinder; the filtering mechanism comprises: a filter drum, and a filter spiral assembly disposed in the filter drum; the filter screw assembly includes: the filter spiral installation cylinder is movably sleeved on the outer side of the sedimentation conical cylinder section and is sealed and sleeved on the supporting connection cylinder, and a filter spiral is arranged on the filter spiral installation cylinder; the corresponding end of the filter spiral installation cylinder is connected with the supporting connection cylinder, and the filter rotary drum comprises: the filter drum comprises a filter end cover, a filter conical barrel section connected with the sedimentation straight barrel section, and an installation connecting section for connecting the filter end cover and the filter conical barrel section, wherein a discharge hole is formed in the filter conical barrel section of the filter drum at a position close to the sedimentation straight barrel section of the sedimentation drum; the sedimentation cone section of the sedimentation drum is provided with a plurality of material passing holes along the circumferential direction at the position close to the supporting connecting cylinder, the filtering spiral mounting cylinder is provided with a feeding hole matched with the material passing holes along the circumferential direction, the filtering spiral mounting cylinder is provided with a plurality of washing holes along the circumferential direction, and all the washing holes are adjacent to the downstream side of the corresponding part of the filtering spiral; the center of the filter end cover is a hollow supporting shaft which is concentric with the inner and outer transmission shafts and extends to two sides, an inner supporting section and an outer supporting section are respectively formed at two sides of the filter end cover by the supporting shaft, the outer supporting section of the supporting shaft is movably arranged on the machine base, an inner shaft sleeve is arranged in the supporting shaft, a supporting connecting cylinder is movably arranged on the inner shaft sleeve, a washing pipe is arranged in the inner shaft sleeve, a feeding pipe is arranged in the washing pipe, a washing channel is formed between the washing pipe and the feeding pipe, a washing guide disc connected with the washing channel is arranged in the supporting connecting cylinder, and a plurality of guide through holes matched with the washing guide disc are formed in the supporting connecting cylinder along the circumferential direction; the filter spiral installation cylinder is provided with an annular liquid passing groove communicated with the flow guide through hole, and the filter spiral installation cylinder is provided with a plurality of flow guide grooves which are used for respectively connecting the annular liquid passing groove with the washing holes along the circumferential direction.

The mounting structure of a sedimentation and filtration mechanism in a sedimentation filtration centrifuge according to claim 1, wherein: the support connecting cylinder comprises: the cylindrical cylinder is connected with the conical cylinder, and the conical cylinder is connected with the sedimentation spiral installation shaft.

The mounting structure of a sedimentation and filtration mechanism in a sedimentation filtration centrifuge according to claim 2, wherein: the inner end of the inner shaft sleeve is provided with a limiting boss, a cylindrical barrel supporting the connecting barrel is movably arranged on the inner shaft sleeve through at least one settlement spiral bearing, and the corresponding settlement spiral bearing leans against the limiting boss through a cushion block.

The mounting structure of a sedimentation and filtration mechanism in a sedimentation filtration centrifuge according to claim 1, wherein: the middle part of the filter spiral installation cylinder is movably arranged on the sedimentation conical cylinder section of the sedimentation rotary drum through a sliding ring.
6. The sedimentation and filtration centrifuge mounting structure according to claim 5, wherein: the filter spiral installation cylinder is provided with a plurality of leakage guide holes at the downstream side of the sliding ring.

The sedimentation and filtration centrifuge mounting structure according to claim 5, wherein: and a filtering feeding sealing device is arranged between the filtering spiral mounting cylinder and the sedimentation conical cylinder section of the sedimentation rotary drum at the upstream side of the sliding ring and the downstream side of the feeding hole.
8. The sedimentation and filtration centrifuge mounting structure according to claim 7, wherein: the filtering feeding sealing device is a labyrinth type sealing element.
9. The mounting structure of a sedimentation and filtration mechanism in a sedimentation filtration centrifuge according to claim 1, wherein: the annular liquid passing groove is V-shaped, and the diversion trench is communicated with the bottom of the annular liquid passing groove.
10. A mounting structure of a sedimentation and filtration mechanism in a sedimentation filtration centrifuge according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that: the connection installation section of the filter rotary drum is a cylindrical barrel.
