Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the present invention is a ball-type regulator valve, including:
the valve comprises a spherical valve body 2, wherein the spherical valve body 2 is circular, connecting pipes 1 are arranged at the end parts of two sides of the spherical valve body 2, a threaded rod 3 is arranged at the top of the spherical valve body 2, and an adjusting plate 4 is fixedly connected to the top of the threaded rod 3;
a circular groove 5 is formed in the top of the spherical valve body 2, a sphere 7 is arranged inside the spherical valve body 2, and a sealing plate 6 is fixedly connected to the end of the spherical valve body 2;
a positioning mechanism 8 is arranged inside the circular groove 5, a thread groove 9 is formed in the top of the ball body 7, a sealing block 11 is fixedly connected inside the spherical valve body 2, and a buffer mechanism 10 is arranged inside the sealing plate 6;
the inside of closing plate 6 is provided with ring frame 24, the inner wall fixedly connected with extension board 25 of ring frame 24, ring groove 22 has been seted up to ring frame 24's inside, ring groove 22's inside fixedly connected with elastic rod 21, the one end fixedly connected with fixture block 27 of ring groove 22 is kept away from to elastic rod 21, spherical valve body 2's inside is provided with sealed the pad 28, draw-in groove 26 has been seted up to the inside of sealed pad 28, the outer end of sealed pad 28 is provided with clearance mechanism 20, the inside of ring frame 24 is provided with stop gear 23.
The number of the sealing blocks 11 is two, the two sealing blocks 11 are arranged inside the spherical valve body (2), the two sealing blocks 11 are respectively positioned at the end parts of the spherical valve body 2, the inner wall of each sealing block 11 is in surface contact with the sphere 7, and the bottom of the threaded rod 3 is in threaded connection with the inner wall of the threaded groove 9.
The surface of the clamping block 27 is contacted with the inner wall of the clamping groove 26, the surface of the extension plate 25 is contacted with the surface of the sealing gasket 28, the sealing gasket 28 is contacted with the surface of the ball body 7, the annular frame 24 is contacted with the inner wall of the sealing plate 6, and the connecting pipe 1 is connected with the sealing plate 6 through screws.
The limiting mechanism 23 comprises a limiting groove 30, a first magnet 31, a second magnet 32 and a limiting plate 33, the limiting groove 30 is formed in the sealing plate 6, the top of the inner wall of the limiting groove 30 is fixedly connected with the first magnet 31, and the second magnet 32 is fixedly connected with the limiting plate 33;
the retainer plate 33 penetrates the seal plate 6 and extends to the inside of the seal plate 6, and the surface of the retainer plate 33 is in contact with the surface of the ring frame 24.
The cleaning mechanism 20 comprises a fixing plate 40, a connecting rod 41 and a circular ring extrusion piece 42, the connecting rod 41 is fixedly connected with the end surface of the fixture block 27 through the fixing plate 40, and the circular ring extrusion piece 42 is fixedly connected with the connecting rod 41;
the ring pressing piece 42 is in contact with the surface of the ball 7.
The buffer mechanism 10 comprises a threaded disc 50, square frames 51 and a rubber plate 52, the threaded disc 50 is in threaded connection with the inner wall of the sealing plate 6, the surface of the threaded disc 50 is communicated with the square frames 51, and the rubber plate 52 is hinged with the inner wall of the square frames 51;
the end of the square frame 51 remote from the threaded disc 50 extends to the inside of the connection tube 1.
A ring pressing piece 42 is in contact with the surface of the packing 28, and one end of the ring pressing piece 42 remote from the fixed plate 40 is disposed inside the spherical valve body 2.
The positioning mechanism 8 comprises a positioning ring 60, a positioning rod 61, a positioning groove 62, a bottom groove 63 and an adsorption magnet 64, wherein the positioning ring 60 is rotatably connected with the surface of the threaded rod 3, the positioning groove 62 is formed in the surface of the positioning ring 60, the positioning rod 61 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the inner wall of the circular groove 5, the bottom of the positioning ring 60 is provided with the bottom groove 63, and the adsorption magnet 64 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the inner wall of the circular groove 5;
the threaded rod 3 extends through the circular groove 5 and to the top outer end of the spherical valve body 2.
The surface of the positioning rod 61 contacts the inner wall of the positioning groove 62, and the surface of the attracting magnet 64 contacts the inner wall of the bottom groove 63.
One specific application of this embodiment is: the threaded rod 3 pushes the ball body 7 to rotate through the adjusting plate 4, the ball body 7 is communicated with the connecting pipe 1 through rotation, the sealing gasket 28 can be squeezed to one end of the circular ring frame 24 to shrink when the ball body 7 rotates, the friction force of the ball body 7 during adjustment is reduced, when the ball body 7 seals the inner wall of the spherical valve body 2, the sealing gasket 28 squeezes the surface of the ball body 7 through the elasticity of the elastic rod 21, the sealing gasket 28 increases the sealing performance through the squeezing of the elastic rod 21, the sealing gasket 28 is fixed with the clamping block 27 through the clamping groove 26, the volume of the clamping block 27 is larger than that of the inner wall of the clamping groove 26, the clamping groove 26 is clamped on the surface of the clamping block 27 through the elasticity of the sealing gasket 28, when the circular ring frame 24 pushes the sealing plate 6 to be inside, the circular ring frame 24 is fixed with the inner wall of the sealing plate 6 through the friction force, the magnet two 32 pushes the limiting plate 33 to move to the outer end of the limiting groove 30 through the principle that the magnet one 31 is like poles repel, the ring frame 24 contacts with the surface of the limit plate 33 to increase the sealing performance of the sealing gasket 28 on the ball 7, the fixing plate 40 moves towards the surface of the ball 7 through the elastic extrusion connecting rod 41 of the elastic rod 21, the ring extrusion piece 42 contacts with the surface of the ball 7 through the extrusion of the elastic rod 21, the ball 7 can rub with the surface of the ring extrusion piece 42 when rotating, when foreign matters enter the spherical valve body 2, the ball 7 contacts with the surface of the ring extrusion piece 42 through the rotation extrusion of the ball 7, the foreign matters are cut off through the ring extrusion piece 42, when the threaded rod 3 is in threaded connection with the inner wall of the threaded groove 9, the threaded rod 3 is arranged inside the circular groove 5 through the positioning ring 60, 61 contacts with the inner wall positioning rod of the positioning groove 62, the positioning ring 60 is fixed through the positioning rod 61, the positioning force of the positioning ring 60 on the threaded rod 3 is increased, the adsorption magnet 64 is in adsorption connection with the inner wall of the bottom groove 63, increasing the stability of the orb 7 during adjustment.
