1. Stirring equipment for paint processing production is characterized in that:
the cleaning structure is sleeved on a stirring shaft of the lifting stirrer and vertically moves along the stirring shaft, can be fixed on a stirring disc of the lifting stirrer, can lift and rotate along with the lifting stirrer and is used for cleaning the inner wall of the stirring barrel; the lifting water supply device is used for supplying water for the cleaning structure in the cleaning process; the lifting water supply device is provided with a swinging telescopic bracket which can be used for supporting a cleaning structure in a free state;
the cleaning structure comprises an inverted cover body, the outer side of the cover body is in a column-shaped structure and is matched with the shape of the stirring barrel, the outer wall of the cover body is fixedly coated with bristle bodies, and the bristle bodies support against the inner wall of the stirring barrel to slide when the cleaning structure stretches into the stirring barrel;
the top edge of the cover body is provided with an annular groove, the middle part of the cover body is provided with a sinking groove which is in a circular structure, and the axis of the sinking groove is coincident with the axis of the annular groove; the bottom of the sinking groove is provided with a plurality of perforations, the perforations are communicated with the inside of the cover body, the top surface of the stirring disc is correspondingly and fixedly provided with a plurality of convex columns, and the convex columns can penetrate through the perforations to enter the sinking groove and are locked through nuts;
the shell wall of the cover body is provided with a clamping cavity, the top of the clamping cavity is communicated with the annular groove, and a plurality of first water outlets are formed in the wall surface, close to the bristle body, of the clamping cavity; the bottom of the groove wall of the sinking groove is provided with a plurality of second water outlet holes, and the sinking groove is communicated with the annular groove through the second water outlet holes;
the lifting water supply device comprises a booster pump, a collecting pipe, a water delivery hose, a first support frame, two rotary drainage mechanisms and two linear sliding tables;
the two linear sliding tables are arranged on the body of the lifting mixer and extend vertically, the second supporting frames are arranged on the sliding blocks of the linear sliding tables, the first supporting frames are arranged between the two second supporting frames in a erecting mode, the collecting pipe is arranged on the first supporting frames, one end of the collecting pipe is communicated with the water delivery hose, the other end of the water delivery hose is communicated with the water outlet of the booster pump, and the booster pump is communicated with an external water source; the two rotary drainage mechanisms are respectively arranged on the two second support frames, the water inlets of the rotary drainage mechanisms are communicated with the collecting pipe, and the drainage pipes of the rotary drainage mechanisms can swing and supply water from the upper part of the cleaning structure to the direction of the cover body;
the swing telescopic bracket comprises two groups of telescopic sliding rails, one end of an outer rail of each telescopic sliding rail is rotatably arranged on the top surface of the first supporting frame, an arc-shaped baffle plate is fixedly arranged at the free end of an inner rail of each telescopic sliding rail, the concave surface of the arc-shaped baffle plate is close to one side of the center of the inner rail, the stretching length of each telescopic sliding rail is matched with the outer diameter of the cover body, and the cleaning structure can be overhead placed on the two telescopic sliding rails.

the rotary drainage mechanism comprises a drain pipe, a rotary joint and a first motor;
the rotary joint is kept away from the fixed pivot that is equipped with of end face of rotary joint, and the pivot is installed on the second support frame through bearing frame rotation, is connected through gear assembly transmission between the output shaft of first motor and the pivot, and through branch pipe intercommunication between rotary joint's rotary joint and the manifold, the fixed joint department of rotary joint is located in the drain pipe intercommunication, and the tip that rotary joint was kept away from to the drain pipe is buckled downwards.
