Abstract
本发明涉及一种PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物的烂花印花工艺,其包括S1、弱碱性烂花浆料的配制;S2、烂花;所述弱碱性烂花浆料的主要组成成分包括印花糊料、醋酸钠、织物精炼剂、尿素以及溶剂;本发明实施例所述PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物的烂花印花工艺,其针对同属聚酯纤维的PBT纤维和CDP纤维的耐碱性差异,利用醋酸钠的弱碱性以及PBT纤维的耐碱性相对于CDP纤维更好的原理,在烂花印花工艺中使用含有醋酸钠的弱碱性烂花浆料对混纺织物进行烂花处理,添加耐碱印花糊料,配合织物精炼剂的使用,处理时醋酸钠能够渗透至纤维中,在蒸化处理中经高温蒸汽处理可使CDP纤维溶胀并水解,从而除去混纺织物中的CDP纤维,达到半透明的印花效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及织物印花技术领域,特别是涉及一种PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物的烂花印花工艺。
背景技术
烂花印花是指使用腐蚀性浆料,如具有强酸性或强碱性的浆料,对由两种或两种以上纤维混纺组成的织物进行处理,利用两种纤维对酸碱稳定性的差异,处理织物时腐蚀性浆料会腐蚀炭化其不耐酸的纤维(即棉、醋酸、粘胶、麻等纤维)或不耐碱的纤维(如涤纶等纤维),保留其耐酸或耐碱的纤维,在布面上形成半透明花纹的工艺。常用的烂花浆料分为碱性浆料和碱性浆料两种,其中作用于纤维并破坏纤维结构的基本组成为相应的硫酸或酸性盐和氢氧化钠。
但是对于一些混纺织物,如对于PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物,其包含的PBT纤维(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯纤维)和CDP纤维(阳离子可染聚酯纤维)均属于聚酯纤维,在使用传统的碱性烂花工艺对其进行烂花印花时,碱性浆料中含有的氢氧化钠强碱会在去除CDP纤维的同时也将PBT纤维去除了,无法达到半透明花纹的烂花效果。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物的烂花印花工艺,其具有工艺设计合理、烂花效果好的优点。
一种PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物的烂花印花工艺,其包括以下具体操作步骤:
S1、弱碱性烂花浆料的配制
所述弱碱性烂花浆料的主要组成成分包括印花糊料、醋酸钠、织物精炼剂、尿素以及溶剂;
配制时,按照设计配方称取原料,将醋酸钠、尿素溶解于水中,再加入织物精炼剂,最后加入印花糊料,混合均匀后制得所述弱碱性烂花浆料;
所述织物精炼剂为非离子表面活性剂;
S2、烂花
S201、将步骤S1制得的弱碱性烂花浆料按照预定图案施加至PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物表面,烘干;
S202、对烘干后的织物进行蒸化处理;
S203、对蒸化后的织物进行酸中和清洗及水洗,得到烂花印花的PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物。
本发明实施例所述PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物的烂花印花工艺,其针对同属聚酯纤维的PBT纤维和CDP纤维的耐碱性差异,利用醋酸钠的弱碱性以及PBT纤维的耐碱性相对于CDP纤维更好的原理,在烂花印花工艺中使用含有醋酸钠的弱碱性烂花浆料对混纺织物进行烂花处理,添加耐碱印花糊料,配合织物精炼剂的使用,处理时醋酸钠能够渗透至纤维中,在蒸化处理中经高温蒸汽处理可使CDP纤维溶胀并水解,从而除去混纺织物中的CDP纤维,达到半透明的印花效果,根据面料成分含量和厚薄不同,可以调整醋酸钠和精炼剂的用量,可以得到更绚丽的立体烂花花型效果。聚酯纤维PBT和CDP纤维混纺织物其具有涤纶和锦纶的弹性,且相对于其他涤纶必须在高温(130℃)高压下进行染色,PBT和CDP纤维可在较低温度(102℃)下进行染色,采用PBT和CDP纤维混纺可降低设备要求,同时能够减少能源消耗带来的成本和影响,本发明实施例对PBT和CDP纤维混纺织物提出具有高度针对性的烂花印花工艺,提高其应用适用性,从而具有更为广泛的发展前景。
进一步地,所述弱碱性烂花浆料的pH范围为9~10,其粘度范围为10000~11000cPs,其具体包括以下按照重量百分数计的主要组成成分:
耐碱印花糊料 5~10%
醋酸钠 15~25%
进一步地,所述耐碱印花糊料包括罗望子胶及其改性衍生物、瓜尔胶及其改性衍生物、海藻酸钠中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述耐碱印花糊料至少包括醚化改性罗望子胶或羟丙基改性罗望子胶。
进一步地,所述织物精炼剂为非离子表面活性剂。表面活性剂的添加有利碱液吸附、润湿、浸透纤维,加速精炼中蜡质和油的乳化分散,还有助于其他杂质的悬浮和分散,并在以后的水洗过程中继续使其保持分散和悬浮状态,便于杂质的去除。
进一步地,步骤S201中为采用丝网印刷法将弱碱性烂花浆料按照预定图案施加在所述PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物表面。
进一步地,步骤S201中织物为在100℃下进行烘干,烘干时间为2~5min。
进一步地,步骤S202中蒸化处理的处理温度为120~130℃,处理时间为23~35min。

在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是本发明还可以采用其他不同于本发明在此描述的其他方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不为违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似推广,因此本发明不受以下公开的实施例的限制。
实施例1
PBT纤维(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯纤维)和CDP纤维(阳离子可染聚酯纤维)均属于聚酯纤维,其中PBT纤维除具有聚酯纤维共有的一些性质外,由于PBT大分子基本链节上的柔性部分较长,因而使PBT纤维熔点和玻璃化温度较普通聚酯纤维更低,整体具有良好的弹性以及染色性;CDP纤维其在结构中引入的第三单体磺酸基团(-SO3)具有阴离子性,它可以用阳离子染料进行上色或印花,进而具有良好的染色性能,当其与PBT纤维混纺时可产生同浴异色效果,有效丰富织物的色彩,同时相对于其他涤纶必须在高温(130℃)高压下进行染色,PBT和CDP纤维可在较低温度(102℃)下进行染色,采用PBT和CDP纤维混纺可降低设备要求,同时能够减少能源消耗带来的成本和影响,其因而其广泛收到关注;
但是对于烂花印花工艺,由于CDP纤维与PBT纤维耐强碱性差异较小,应用传统碱性烂花印花工艺碱性浆料中含有的氢氧化钠强碱会在去除CDP纤维的同时也将PBT纤维去除了,无法达到半透明花纹的烂花效果。
针对上述现有技术的缺陷和不足,本发明实施例1提供一种PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物的烂花印花工艺,其包括以下具体操作步骤:
S1、弱碱性烂花浆料的配制
所述弱碱性烂花浆料的主要组成成分包括印花糊料、醋酸钠、织物精炼剂、尿素以及溶剂;

S201、做举例说明地,在本实施例中,待处理的PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物中,PBT纤维质量占比为60%,CDP纤维质量占比为40%,克重为220gsm,门幅60;将步骤S1制得的弱碱性烂花浆料采用丝网印刷法按照预定图案施加至PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物表面,在100℃下进行烘干,烘干时间为3min;
S202、对烘干后的织物进行蒸化处理,处理温度为130℃,处理时间为30min;
S203、对蒸化后的织物进行酸中和清洗及水洗,得到烂花印花的PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物。
本发明实施例所述PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物的烂花印花工艺,其针对同属聚酯纤维的PBT纤维和CDP纤维的耐碱性差异,利用醋酸钠的弱碱性以及PBT纤维的耐碱性相对于CDP纤维更好的原理,具体地,请参照图1,图1为PBT纤维与CDP纤维耐醋酸钠性能对比示意图,在该对比试验中,为采用含有不同质量百分比的醋酸钠处理液分别对PBT纤维和CDP纤维处理相同的时间后,对处理前后的减重率进行测定,记录测得数据并整理形成所述性能对比示意图,如图所示,在使用相同醋酸钠浓度的处理液处理相同时间,PBT纤维的减重率均小于CDP纤维,由此可知PBT纤维的耐醋酸钠性能优于CDP纤维。
因而,本发明实施例在烂花印花工艺中使用含有醋酸钠的弱碱性烂花浆料对混纺织物进行烂花处理,添加耐碱印花糊料,配合织物精炼剂的使用,处理时醋酸钠能够渗透至纤维中,在蒸化处理中经高温蒸汽处理可使CDP纤维分子链中的酯键断裂从而发生水解,从而除去混纺织物中的CDP纤维,达到半透明的印花效果,根据面料成分含量和厚薄不同,可以调整醋酸钠和精炼剂的用量,可以得到更绚丽的立体烂花花型效果。聚酯纤维PBT和CDP纤维混纺织物其具有涤纶和锦纶的弹性,且相对于其他涤纶必须在高温(130℃)高压下进行染色,PBT和CDP纤维可在较低温度(102℃)下进行染色,采用PBT和CDP纤维混纺可降低设备要求,同时能够减少能源消耗带来的成本和影响,本发明实施例对PBT和CDP纤维混纺织物提出具有高度针对性的烂花印花工艺,提高其应用适用性,从而具有更为广泛的发展前景。
实施例2
本发明实施例提供一种PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物的烂花印花工艺,其与实施例1的区别在于:所述弱碱性烂花浆料具体包括以下按照重量百分数计的主要组成成分:
所述弱碱性烂花浆料中所述耐碱印花糊料为羟丙基改性罗望子胶;
步骤S202中蒸化处理的处理温度为为120℃,处理时间为35min。
实施例3
本发明实施例提供一种PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物的烂花印花工艺,其与实施例1的区别在于:所述弱碱性烂花浆料具体包括以下按照重量百分数计的主要组成成分:
所述弱碱性烂花浆料中所述耐碱印花糊料为羟丙基改性罗望子胶;
步骤S202中蒸化处理的处理温度为为130℃,处理时间为23min。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物的烂花印花工艺,其特征在于,包括以下具体操作步骤:
S1、弱碱性烂花浆料的配制
所述弱碱性烂花浆料的主要组成成分包括耐碱印花糊料、醋酸钠、织物精炼剂、尿素以及溶剂;
配制时,按照设计配方称取原料,将醋酸钠、尿素溶解于水中,再加入织物精炼剂,最后加入耐碱印花糊料,混合均匀后制得所述弱碱性烂花浆料;
所述织物精炼剂为非离子表面活性剂;
S2、烂花
S201、将步骤S1制得的弱碱性烂花浆料按照预定图案施加至PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物表面,烘干;
S202、对烘干后的织物进行蒸化处理;
S203、对蒸化后的织物进行酸中和清洗及水洗,得到烂花印花的PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物的烂花印花工艺,其特征在于,所述弱碱性烂花浆料的pH范围为9~10,其粘度范围为10000~11000cPs,其具体包括以下按照重量百分数计的主要组成成分:
3.根据权利要求2所述的PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物的烂花印花工艺,其特征在于:所述耐碱印花糊料包括罗望子胶及其改性衍生物、瓜尔胶及其改性衍生物、海藻酸钠中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物的烂花印花工艺,其特征在于:所述耐碱印花糊料至少包括醚化改性罗望子胶或羟丙基改性罗望子胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物的烂花印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤S201中为采用丝网印刷法将弱碱性烂花浆料按照预定图案施加在所述PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物表面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物的烂花印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤S201中织物为在100℃下进行烘干,烘干时间为2~5min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的PBT/CDP纤维混纺织物的烂花印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤S202中蒸化处理的处理温度为120~130℃,处理时间为23~35min。
