Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of weaving connection methods, in particular to a tuck-free color lump weaving structure and a connection method.
Background
The connection method of the color blocks of the prior flat knitting machine during intarsia is that the A color is tucked behind the B color, the B color is tucked behind the A color, and the A color and the B color are respectively connected with each color block part in a way of tucking behind the opposite color number, so the connected color block parts have the following problems:
1. when the color difference between the color A and the color B is large, the phenomenon of color mixing can occur;
2. the fabric thickening hand feeling effect is not uniform due to tucking of a needle at the edge where the two color blocks are close to each other;
3. the density of one needle at the edge of two adjacent color blocks is not uniform with that of a second needle at the same color block due to mutual dragging of tucks;
4. however, when tuck loops such as weave patterns (reverse stitches) and the like are encountered, the visual effect is influenced on the front side of the fabric;
in view of this, there is a need to develop a tuck-less knit connecting method that satisfies the actual need by improving the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a tuck-free knitted fabric in order to solve the defects of the technology, and also provides a tuck-free knitted connection method.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention designs a tuck-free color lump weaving structure which comprises color lump A tissues and color lump B tissues and is characterized in that the color lump A tissues and the color lump B tissues are connected and woven, and the joint of the back surfaces of the color lump A tissues and the color lump B tissues is a tuck-free structure.
Preferably, the color block A tissue and the color block B tissue are mutually wound and connected to form a tuck-free structure.
A method for connecting knit structures without tucks and color patches, knitting with two different yarn feeders, a yarn feeder 3 and a yarn feeder 4, using a flat knitting machine extending in the left-right direction and having a pair of needle beds opposite to each other in the front-rear direction, comprises the steps of:
step 1): the part A of the color block is woven by using a yarn nozzle 3 on the right row of the flat knitting machine head;
step 2): bringing the yarn nozzle 3 at the end of the part A of the knitted color block back to the left side;
step 3): the part of the color block B is knitted by using the yarn nozzle 4 in the left row of the flat knitting machine head, and when the color block B is attached to the edge of the color block A, one needle of the yarn nozzle 4 does not knit;
step 4): bringing back the yarn feeder 3 for weaving the color block A and the yarn feeder 4 for weaving the color block B to the right side, wherein the front and back positions of the yarns carried by the yarn feeder 3 and the yarn feeder 4 are at the moment;
step 5): when the flat knitting machine head weaves 4 needles of yarn feeder which is adjacent to the edge of color block A at the left row, the yarn of yarn feeder 3 passes through the root of the coil at the edge of color block B;
step 6): the yarn nozzle 4 of the part for weaving the color block B is brought back to the right side;
step 7): weaving the color block A part of the next line on the left line of the flat knitting machine head;
step 8): the yarn nozzle 4 at the part for weaving the color block B is brought back to the left side;
step 9): and weaving the next line of the color block B part on the right line of the flat knitting machine head, wherein the weaving steps are the same as the above.
Has the advantages that:
(1) the weaving method is used for enabling the yarns of the color blocks A and B to be mutually wound so as to enable the yarns to be connected with the color block weaving tissues, eliminating a tuck-free structure formed by tucking, and enabling the fabric to be more natural without the phenomenon of color mixing when the color difference of the color blocks A and B is larger;
(2) the tuck-free structure ensures that one needle is arranged at the edge where two color blocks are close to each other, so that the hand feeling effect of the color block weaving texture is uniform, and the effect is the same as the effect of weaving one color block;
(3) the needle at the edge where the two color blocks are attached to each other has no tuck, so that the density between the second needles with the same color block is uniform;
(4) the tuck-free structure ensures that the effect of the weave patterns (reverse stitches) appearing on the front of the fabric is more natural, and color blocks are not overlapped.
