本发明公开了一种梭织设备及面料,包括梭织机、输送辊和扭矩传感器,还包括轴承座和联轴器,所述梭织机的出料端布设有输送辊,所述输送辊两端分别通过轴承座与梭织机的机架转动安装连接,所述输送辊与梭织机的动力轴之间设有扭矩传感器,所述扭矩传感器的机壳通过螺栓与梭织机的机架安装连接,所述扭矩传感器两端检测轴分别通过联轴器与梭织机的动力轴和输送辊的转动轴安装连接。增加扭矩检测部件,能够大大增加纺织设备使用的稳定性,可降低纺织后的排布组件对面料的变形伤害降低;助于成型的抑菌抗静电的梭织面料抗变形效果好,使用舒适度高。

本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种梭织设备及面料。
背景技术
目前梭织面料均通过梭织设备进行加工,现有的梭织涤纶面料本身使用弹性较低,且使用舒适度较低,在长时间使用期间,具备排汗难,抑菌性差的弊点。
目前的梭织机在对面料进行排布时,其缺乏良好的扭矩检测部件,不易助于人员了解扭矩的值,以在排布时造成面料变形。为此,我们提出一种梭织设备及面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种梭织设备及面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种梭织设备,包括梭织机、输送辊和扭矩传感器,还包括轴承座和联轴器,所述梭织机的出料端布设有输送辊,所述输送辊两端分别通过轴承座与梭织机的机架转动安装连接,所述输送辊与梭织机的动力轴之间设有扭矩传感器,所述扭矩传感器的机壳通过螺栓与梭织机的机架安装连接,所述扭矩传感器两端检测轴分别通过联轴器与梭织机的动力轴和输送辊的转动轴安装连接。
一种面料:包括抑菌抗静电梭织面料,所述抑菌抗静电梭织面料包括梭织抑菌面料层、梭织金属纤面料层和梭织涤纶面料层,所述抑菌面料层、金属纤维编织层和梭织层之间依次叠落铺设,所述抑菌面料层、金属纤维编织层和梭织层之间边缘处缝合连接。
一种梭织设备、面料的加工方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取2-3股竹纤维丝线,将其加捻形成的一股纱线,得到经线,取1-3股竹纤维丝线,将其加捻为一股纱线,得到纬线,随后利用梭织机对得到的经线、纬线进行梭织成型,得到梭织抑菌面料;
步骤二:取1-2股金属纤维线和2-3股涤纶线,将其加捻形成的一股纱线,得到经线,取2-3股涤纶线,将其加捻为一股纱线,得到纬线,随后利用梭织机对得到的经线、纬线进行梭织成型,得到梭织金属纤面料;
步骤三:取1-3股涤纶线,将其加捻形成的一股纱线,得到经线,取2-3股涤纶线,将其加捻为一股纱线,得到纬线,随后利用梭织机对得到的经线、纬线进行梭织成型,得到梭织涤纶面料;
步骤四:将得到的梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料放置染缸内,进行初步浸泡,添加抗皱剂,以80-90℃煮泡20min加入乙酸和硫酸钠,再以100-110℃煮制20-30min后冷却回收;
步骤五:将梭织抑菌面料置于浸泡池内,以常温加入吸湿排汗剂慢升温,且温度以1℃/min的速度,升温至45-65℃后,静置15-20min;
步骤六:将染后和浸泡处理后的梭织抑菌面料、梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料相继回收,通过平幅干布机干燥方式对梭织抑菌面料、梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料进行干燥处理,且干燥后得到含水量为2-3%以下的面料;
步骤七:将干燥后的梭织抑菌面料、梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料之间进行布设裁剪为所需样式的面料,随后相继将梭织抑菌面料、梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料之间进行缝合连接,得到抑菌抗静电的梭织面料。
进一步地,所述梭织抑菌面料、梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料的经向密度为160-180根/in,纬向密度80-90根/in。
进一步地,所述步骤一中梭织成型的面料断裂强力≥240N,且缩水率≤5%为合格。
进一步地,所述已添加染缸内配比有去离子水和阳离子染料混合液,所述离子水与阳离子染料之间使用的比例为80:1。
进一步地,所述吸湿排汗剂为吸湿排汗剂FC-226或吸湿排汗剂LT-XS04。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:增加扭矩检测部件,能够大大增加纺织设备使用的稳定性,可降低纺织后的排布组件对面料的变形伤害降低;助于成型的抑菌抗静电的梭织面料抗变形效果好,使用舒适度高。

如图1-4所示,一种梭织设备,包括梭织机1、输送辊3和扭矩传感器5,还包括轴承座2和联轴器6,所述梭织机1的出料端布设有输送辊3,所述输送辊3两端分别通过轴承座2与梭织机1的机架转动安装连接,所述输送辊3与梭织机1的动力轴4之间设有扭矩传感器5,所述扭矩传感器5的机壳通过螺栓与梭织机1的机架安装连接,所述扭矩传感器5两端检测轴分别通过联轴器6与梭织机1的动力轴4和输送辊3的转动轴安装连接。
一种面料:包括抑菌抗静电梭织面料7,所述抑菌抗静电梭织面料7包括梭织抑菌面料层8、梭织金属纤面料层9和梭织涤纶面料层10,所述抑菌面料层8、金属纤维编织层9和梭织层10之间依次叠落铺设,所述抑菌面料层8、金属纤维编织层9和梭织层10之间边缘处缝合连接。
一种梭织设备、面料的加工方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取3股竹纤维丝线,将其加捻形成的一股纱线,得到经线,取3股竹纤维丝线,将其加捻为一股纱线,得到纬线,随后利用梭织机1对得到的经线、纬线进行梭织成型,得到梭织抑菌面料;
步骤二:取2股金属纤维线和3股涤纶线,将其加捻形成的一股纱线,得到经线,取3股涤纶线,将其加捻为一股纱线,得到纬线,随后利用梭织机1对得到的经线、纬线进行梭织成型,得到梭织金属纤面料;
步骤三:取3股涤纶线,将其加捻形成的一股纱线,得到经线,取3股涤纶线,将其加捻为一股纱线,得到纬线,随后利用梭织机1对得到的经线、纬线进行梭织成型,得到梭织涤纶面料;
步骤四:将得到的梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料放置染缸内,进行初步浸泡,添加抗皱剂,以90℃煮泡20min加入乙酸和硫酸钠,再以110℃煮制30min后冷却回收;
步骤五:将梭织抑菌面料置于浸泡池内,以常温加入吸湿排汗剂慢升温,且温度以1℃/min的速度,升温至65℃后,静置20min;
步骤六:将染后和浸泡处理后的梭织抑菌面料、梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料相继回收,通过平幅干布机干燥方式对梭织抑菌面料、梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料进行干燥处理,且干燥后得到含水量为3%以下的面料;
步骤七:将干燥后的梭织抑菌面料、梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料之间进行布设裁剪为所需样式的面料,随后相继将梭织抑菌面料、梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料之间进行缝合连接,得到抑菌抗静电的梭织面料。
其中,所述梭织抑菌面料、梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料的经向密度为180根/in,纬向密度90根/in。
其中,所述步骤一中梭织成型的面料断裂强力≥240N,且缩水率≤5%为合格。
其中,所述已添加染缸内配比有去离子水和阳离子染料混合液,所述离子水与阳离子染料之间使用的比例为80:1。
其中,所述吸湿排汗剂为吸湿排汗剂LT-XS04。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:通过梭织机1相继梭织出梭织抑菌面料、梭织金属纤面料以及梭织涤纶面料,利用扭矩传感器5对梭织机1排布的输送辊3工作时的扭矩进行检测,使人员实时得知输送辊3的收卷面料时的扭矩值,且保证输送辊3的扭矩小于0.5N·m,使面料排出的与张力变形降低,利用梭织抑菌面料、梭织金属纤面料以及梭织涤纶面料组成的抑菌抗静电的梭织面料具备良好的抑菌和防静电效果,保证面料内侧的抑菌效果,增加使用的舒适度。

1.一种梭织设备,包括梭织机(1)、输送辊(3)和扭矩传感器(5),其特征在于,还包括轴承座(2)和联轴器(6),所述梭织机(1)的出料端布设有输送辊(3),所述输送辊(3)两端分别通过轴承座(2)与梭织机(1)的机架转动安装连接,所述输送辊(3)与梭织机(1)的动力轴(4)之间设有扭矩传感器(5),所述扭矩传感器(5)的机壳通过螺栓与梭织机(1)的机架安装连接,所述扭矩传感器(5)两端检测轴分别通过联轴器(6)与梭织机(1)的动力轴(4)和输送辊(3)的转动轴安装连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种面料:包括抑菌抗静电梭织面料(7),其特征在于,所述抑菌抗静电梭织面料(7)包括梭织抑菌面料层(8)、梭织金属纤面料层(9)和梭织涤纶面料层(10),所述抑菌面料层(8)、金属纤维编织层(9)和梭织层(10)之间依次叠落铺设,所述抑菌面料层(8)、金属纤维编织层(9)和梭织层(10)之间边缘处缝合连接。
3.基于权利要求1-2所述的一种梭织设备、面料的加工方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取2-3股竹纤维丝线,将其加捻形成的一股纱线,得到经线,取1-3股竹纤维丝线,将其加捻为一股纱线,得到纬线,随后利用梭织机(1)对得到的经线、纬线进行梭织成型,得到梭织抑菌面料;
步骤二:取1-2股金属纤维线和2-3股涤纶线,将其加捻形成的一股纱线,得到经线,取2-3股涤纶线,将其加捻为一股纱线,得到纬线,随后利用梭织机(1)对得到的经线、纬线进行梭织成型,得到梭织金属纤面料;
步骤三:取1-3股涤纶线,将其加捻形成的一股纱线,得到经线,取2-3股涤纶线,将其加捻为一股纱线,得到纬线,随后利用梭织机(1)对得到的经线、纬线进行梭织成型,得到梭织涤纶面料;
步骤四:将得到的梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料放置染缸内,进行初步浸泡,添加抗皱剂,以80-90℃煮泡20min加入乙酸和硫酸钠,再以100-110℃煮制20-30min后冷却回收;
步骤五:将梭织抑菌面料置于浸泡池内,以常温加入吸湿排汗剂慢升温,且温度以1℃/min的速度,升温至45-65℃后,静置15-20min;
步骤六:将染后和浸泡处理后的梭织抑菌面料、梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料相继回收,通过平幅干布机干燥方式对梭织抑菌面料、梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料进行干燥处理,且干燥后得到含水量为2-3%以下的面料;
步骤七:将干燥后的梭织抑菌面料、梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料之间进行布设裁剪为所需样式的面料,随后相继将梭织抑菌面料、梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料之间进行缝合连接,得到抑菌抗静电的梭织面料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种梭织设备、面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述梭织抑菌面料、梭织金属纤面料和梭织涤纶面料的经向密度为160-180根/in,纬向密度80-90根/in。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种梭织设备、面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中梭织成型的面料断裂强力≥240N,且缩水率≤5%为合格。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种梭织设备、面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述已添加染缸内配比有去离子水和阳离子染料混合液,所述离子水与阳离子染料之间使用的比例为80:1。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种梭织设备、面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述吸湿排汗剂为吸湿排汗剂FC-226或吸湿排汗剂LT-XS04。
