Abstract
The application provides a beverage with an anti-aging effect and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of health-care beverages. A beverage with anti-aging effect comprises the following raw materials: mulberry, medlar, red date, American ginseng, cordyceps sinensis, rose, pearl powder, roxburgh rose and tuckahoe. The preparation method comprises the following steps: removing core from fructus Jujubae, mixing with Mori fructus, fructus Lycii, fructus Jujubae, radix Panacis Quinquefolii, Cordyceps, Margarita powder, flos Rosae Rugosae, fructus Rosae Normalis and Poria, chopping, soaking in water, decocting, and filtering to obtain filtrate; decocting the filtrate to obtain fluid extract, centrifuging the fluid extract, collecting supernatant, and spray drying to obtain beverage. The medicines of the invention are used together, and the anti-aging effect is achieved from the root to the root.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of health-care beverages, in particular to a beverage with an anti-aging effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Aging is a normal physiological phenomenon, and is an activity accompanying the development and progression of life. The free radical theory of senescence states that degenerative changes in the senescence process are due to the deleterious effects of free radicals produced during normal cellular metabolism. The aging process of an organism is the result of the accumulation of free radicals produced by the cells of the organism's tissues. Free radicals are intermediate products of normal metabolism, the reaction capability is strong, excessive active oxygen radicals have destructive behavior, various substances in cells can be oxidized, a biological membrane is damaged, normal cells and tissues of a human body are damaged, DNA damage is caused, mutation is caused, and tumor formation is induced, and oxidative stress caused by excessive free radicals is an important reason for aging.
The skin is the largest organ covering the surface of the human body, and is directly contacted with the external environment, so that the human body is stimulated by various tension factors such as oxidation, dryness, ultraviolet rays and the like to generate more active oxygen free radicals, and the aging of the skin of the human body is accelerated; meanwhile, because of the influence of internal factors such as age, diet, living habits and the like, the skin function is declined and the genetic aberration is caused, so that the skin is easy to age, and is the most obvious organ in the aging process of a human body. The main characteristics of human skin aging are: thinning skin, wrinkle, dryness of skin, hypoactivity of sebaceous gland, hyposecretion, pigmented spots, decreased skin elasticity, pigmentation, muscular atrophy, and decreased water retention capacity of skin.
At present, most of the anti-aging medicaments sold in the market have poor effect and very little anti-aging effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide a beverage with an anti-aging function, and the beverage can achieve a good anti-aging effect from inside to outside.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a beverage having anti-aging function, which has simple steps and can exert the effects of raw materials.
The technical problem to be solved by the application is achieved by adopting the following technical scheme.
In one aspect, the embodiment of the application provides a beverage with an anti-aging function, which comprises the following raw materials: mulberry, medlar, red date, American ginseng, cordyceps sinensis, rose, pearl powder, roxburgh rose and tuckahoe.
In another aspect, the present application provides a method for preparing a beverage with anti-aging function, including the following steps:
removing core from fructus Jujubae, mixing with Mori fructus, fructus Lycii, fructus Jujubae, radix Panacis Quinquefolii, Cordyceps, Margarita powder, flos Rosae Rugosae, fructus Rosae Normalis and Poria, chopping, soaking in water, decocting, and filtering to obtain filtrate; decocting the filtrate to obtain fluid extract, centrifuging the fluid extract, collecting supernatant, and spray drying to obtain beverage.
And (3) cordyceps sinensis: it enters lung and kidney meridians. Sweet in flavor and neutral in nature. Tonify lung and kidney, stop bleeding and resolve phlegm. Can be used for treating chronic cough, asthma, cough with hemoptysis, sexual impotence, spermatorrhea, and soreness of waist and knees.
And (3) mulberry fruit: it enters liver and kidney meridians. Sweet and sour in flavor and cold in nature. Nourish yin and blood, promote the production of body fluid, moisten intestines. Dizziness, soreness of waist, tinnitus, premature gray hair, insomnia, dreaminess, thirst due to fluid consumption, diabetes, and constipation due to intestinal dryness, which are mainly caused by deficiency of liver and kidney and deficiency of blood and essence.
Medlar: it enters liver and kidney meridians. Sweet in flavor and neutral in nature. Nourishing liver and kidney, replenishing vital essence and improving eyesight. Can be used for treating asthenia, soreness of waist and knees, vertigo, tinnitus, internal heat, diabetes, blood deficiency, sallow complexion, and blurred vision.
Red dates: it enters spleen and stomach meridians. Sweet in flavor and warm in nature. Tonify middle-jiao and Qi, nourish blood and soothe the nerves. Can be used for treating spleen deficiency, anorexia, asthenia, loose stool, and hysteria of women.
American ginseng: it enters heart, lung and kidney meridians. Sweet, slightly bitter and cool in nature. Tonify qi, nourish yin, clear heat and promote fluid production. Can be used for treating deficiency of qi and yin, internal heat, cough, asthma, phlegm blood, asthenia, fever, vexation, fatigue, diabetes, xerostomia, and dry throat.
And (3) rose: it enters liver and spleen meridians. Sweet, slightly bitter and warm in nature. Move qi and relieve depression, harmonize blood, alleviate pain. Can be used for treating liver and stomach qi pain, anorexia, emesis, menoxenia, traumatic injury, and pain.
Pearl: it enters heart and liver meridians. Sweet, salty and cold in nature. Tranquilization and arresting convulsion, improving eyesight and removing nebula, detoxicating and promoting granulation. Can be used for treating palpitation, insomnia, infantile convulsion, epilepsy, nebula, eye cloudiness, and unhealing sore and ulcer.
And (3) roxburgh rose: it enters spleen, kidney and stomach meridians. Sweet and sour. Strengthening the stomach, promoting digestion and stopping diarrhea. Fullness due to staple food, enteritis and diarrhea.
Tuckahoe, poria cocos: it enters heart, lung, spleen and kidney meridians. Sweet and bland in flavor and mild in nature. Induce diuresis and drain dampness, invigorate spleen and calm heart. Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the application has at least the following advantages or beneficial effects:
in the first aspect, the traditional Chinese medicine holds that kidneys belong to water, store essence, are the basis of vitality, and the roots of yin-yang biochemistry of the whole body and kidney essence maintain the physiological functions of the human body, so that the kidneys keep dynamic balance and perform normal activities. The abundance or insufficiency of kidney influences the abundance or insufficiency of primordial qi and the strength and weakness of biochemical functions, the deficiency of kidney causes the decline of primordial qi, the decline of primordial qi causes the weakness of biochemical functions, and the aging of people is accelerated; therefore, aging is caused by weakness of the five internal organs of the human body, especially kidney deficiency. The mulberry is adopted to nourish essence and blood, the medlar and the cordyceps sinensis are used to tonify liver and kidney, the American ginseng is used to tonify qi and nourish yin, the kidney is tonified, the red dates are adopted to tonify the middle-jiao and qi, the rose is matched to promote qi circulation and relieve depression, the pearl is used to detoxify and calm the nerves, the rosa roxburghii and the poria cocos are used to promote urination and remove dampness, the five internal organs are conditioned together, the effects of building the body and enhancing the immunity of the organism are achieved essentially, and the anti-aging purpose is achieved.
In addition, the mulberry contains a large amount of resveratrol, has the effects of delaying species aging and prolonging life, can improve the memory ability of old people, reduces the attack risks of heart failure, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease and the like, and inhibits the generation of active oxygen in cells by activating an AMPK signal path, so that the generation of free radicals is reduced. The rosa roxburghii contains a large amount of vitamin C and vitamin E, the pearl powder contains various amino acids, the synthesis of protein is influenced, and the vitamins in the rosa roxburghii can assist the pearl powder to play roles in inhibiting lipofuscin and removing free radicals; in addition, the pearl powder can influence the promotion effect of pachyman on the activity of cells by influencing the synthesis rate of protein in the cells, and can enhance the proliferation and the renewal of the cells; the combination of the medicines can improve the skin condition of the body, thereby more intuitively playing the anti-aging effect. In some embodiments of the present application, the beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of mulberry, 25-40 parts of medlar, 20-40 parts of red date, 10-20 parts of American ginseng, 10-20 parts of cordyceps sinensis, 10-30 parts of rose, 10-25 parts of pearl powder, 8-15 parts of roxburgh rose and 8-15 parts of poria cocos. By adopting the raw materials in the proportion, the mulberries, the medlar and the red dates can be used as main materials, and the rest raw materials can be used as auxiliary materials, so that the comprehensive functions and the cost can achieve better effects.
In some embodiments of the present application, the beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-40 parts of mulberry, 30-40 parts of medlar, 25-30 parts of red date, 10-15 parts of American ginseng, 10-15 parts of cordyceps sinensis, 20-30 parts of rose, 10-15 parts of pearl powder, 10-13 parts of roxburgh rose and 8-10 parts of poria cocos.
In some embodiments of the present application, the beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 38 parts of mulberry, 35 parts of medlar, 28 parts of red date, 12 parts of American ginseng, 12 parts of cordyceps sinensis, 20 parts of rose, 12 parts of pearl, 11 parts of roxburgh rose and 10 parts of tuckahoe.
A method for preparing a beverage with anti-aging function comprises the following steps:
removing core from fructus Jujubae, mixing with Mori fructus, fructus Lycii, fructus Jujubae, radix Panacis Quinquefolii, Cordyceps, Margarita powder, flos Rosae Rugosae, fructus Rosae Normalis and Poria, chopping, soaking in water, decocting, and filtering to obtain filtrate;
And continuously decocting the filtrate to obtain clear paste, centrifuging the clear paste, taking supernatant, and spray drying to obtain the beverage. The solid beverage is prepared by soaking, water extracting, concentrating and drying the raw materials, the preparation method is simple, and the obtained solid beverage has a long quality guarantee period, is easy to carry and is more suitable for various crowds.
In other embodiments of the present application, the beverage of the present application may also be a liquid beverage, i.e. without a spray drying step, the preparation process is simpler.
In some embodiments of the present application, the chopped raw material is sieved by a sieve of 10-20. By crushing the raw materials, the active molecules can be conveniently and rapidly dissolved out during subsequent decoction.
In some embodiments of the present application, the mass of water in the water adding step is 10 to 15 times of the mass of the raw material. If too little water is added, the water can be saturated as soon as possible, the dissolution of active molecules is influenced, and if too much water is added, the subsequent concentration time can be prolonged.
In some embodiments of the present application, the above-mentioned decocting step specifically comprises: boiling with strong fire, then boiling with slow fire for 1-3 h, and then closing the fire and stewing until the temperature is reduced to room temperature. The cost can be reduced under the condition of achieving better decoction effect by closing fire and carrying out closed cooking after the decoction.
In some embodiments of the application, the relative density of the clear paste at 55-65 ℃ is 1.1-1.2.
In some embodiments of the present application, the air inlet temperature of the spray drying is 160-180 ℃, and the air outlet temperature is 80-90 ℃. Better drying effect can be achieved under the condition of the air inlet temperature and the air outlet temperature.

Example 1
A beverage with anti-aging function is prepared by the following steps:
weighing 380g of mulberry, 350g of medlar, 280g of red date, 120g of American ginseng, 120g of cordyceps sinensis, 200g of rose, 120g of pearl, 110g of roxburgh rose and 100g of tuckahoe; removing cores of red dates, mixing the red dates with mulberries, medlar, red dates, American ginseng, cordyceps sinensis, pearl powder, roses, rosa roxburghii tratt and poria cocos, chopping, sieving with a 10-mesh sieve, adding clear water with the mass of 12 times, soaking for 20min, boiling water with big fire, then decocting for 3h with small fire, turning off the fire, carrying out closed fire, carrying out sealed soaking, cooling to room temperature, pouring out, filtering, and removing filter residues to obtain filtrate; and continuously decocting the filtrate into clear paste with the relative density of 1.12 at the temperature of 55 ℃, centrifuging the clear paste at a high speed, taking supernatant, and performing spray drying at the inlet temperature of 170 ℃ and the outlet temperature of 85 ℃ to finally obtain the beverage of the embodiment.
Example 2
A beverage with anti-aging function is prepared by the following steps:
weighing 400g of mulberry, 380g of medlar, 300g of red date, 100g of American ginseng, 100g of cordyceps sinensis, 220g of rose, 100g of pearl, 100g of roxburgh rose and 80g of poria cocos; removing cores of red dates, mixing and chopping the red dates with mulberries, medlar, red dates, American ginseng, cordyceps sinensis, pearl powder, roses, rosa roxburghii tratt and poria cocos, sieving the mixture with a 15-mesh sieve, adding 10 times of clear water by mass, soaking the mixture for 30min, boiling the water with big fire, then decocting the boiled water with small fire for 2h, turning off the fire, carrying out mugginess, cooling to room temperature, pouring out the filtrate, and removing filter residues to obtain filtrate; and continuously decocting the filtrate into clear paste with the relative density of 1.12 at the temperature of 55 ℃, centrifuging the clear paste at a high speed, taking supernatant, and performing spray drying at the inlet temperature of 180 ℃ and the outlet temperature of 85 ℃ to finally obtain the beverage of the embodiment.
Example 3
A beverage with anti-aging function is prepared by the following steps:
weighing 350g of mulberry, 400g of medlar, 250g of red date, 150g of American ginseng, 150g of cordyceps sinensis, 300g of rose, 150g of pearl, 130g of roxburgh rose and 100g of tuckahoe; removing cores of red dates, mixing the red dates with mulberries, medlar, red dates, American ginseng, cordyceps sinensis, pearl powder, roses, rosa roxburghii tratt and poria cocos, chopping, sieving with a 20-mesh sieve, adding 10 times of clear water by mass, soaking for 30min, boiling water with big fire, then decocting for 2h with small fire, turning off the fire, carrying out closed fire, carrying out sealed soaking, cooling to room temperature, pouring out, filtering, and removing filter residues to obtain filtrate; and continuously decocting the filtrate into clear paste with the relative density of 1.15 at the temperature of 55 ℃, centrifuging the clear paste at a high speed, taking supernatant, and performing spray drying at the inlet temperature of 180 ℃ and the outlet temperature of 85 ℃ to finally obtain the beverage of the embodiment.

A beverage with anti-aging function is prepared by the following steps:
weighing 500g of mulberry, 280g of medlar, 200g of red date, 100g of American ginseng, 200g of cordyceps sinensis, 100g of rose, 250g of pearl, 150g of roxburgh rose and 80g of tuckahoe; removing cores of red dates, mixing the red dates with mulberries, medlar, red dates, American ginseng, cordyceps sinensis, pearl powder, roses, rosa roxburghii tratt and poria cocos, chopping, sieving with a 20-mesh sieve, adding 15 times of clear water by mass, soaking for 30min, boiling water with big fire, then decocting for 2h with small fire, turning off the fire, carrying out closed fire, carrying out sealed soaking, cooling to room temperature, pouring out, filtering, and removing filter residues to obtain filtrate; and continuously decocting the filtrate into clear paste with the relative density of 1.1 at the temperature of 55 ℃, centrifuging the clear paste at a high speed, taking supernatant, and performing spray drying at the inlet temperature of 170 ℃ and the outlet temperature of 90 ℃ to finally obtain the beverage of the embodiment.

weighing 300g of mulberry, 250g of medlar, 400g of red date, 200g of American ginseng, 100g of cordyceps sinensis, 300g of rose, 100g of pearl, 80g of roxburgh rose and 150g of poria cocos; removing cores of red dates, mixing the red dates with mulberries, medlar, red dates, American ginseng, cordyceps sinensis, pearl powder, roses, rosa roxburghii tratt and poria cocos, chopping, sieving with a 20-mesh sieve, adding 15 times of clear water by mass, soaking for 30min, boiling water with big fire, then decocting for 2h with small fire, turning off the fire, carrying out closed fire, carrying out sealed soaking, cooling to room temperature, pouring out, filtering, and removing filter residues to obtain filtrate; and continuously decocting the filtrate into clear paste with the relative density of 1.2 at the temperature of 55 ℃, centrifuging the clear paste at a high speed, taking supernatant, and performing spray drying at the inlet temperature of 170 ℃ and the outlet temperature of 90 ℃ to finally obtain the beverage of the embodiment.

A beverage with anti-aging function is prepared by the following steps:
