weighing 380g of mulberry, 350g of medlar, 280g of red date, 120g of American ginseng, 120g of cordyceps sinensis, 200g of rose, 120g of pearl, 110g of roxburgh rose and 100g of tuckahoe; removing cores of red dates, mixing the red dates with mulberries, medlar, red dates, American ginseng, cordyceps sinensis, pearl powder, roses, rosa roxburghii tratt and poria cocos, chopping, sieving with a 10-mesh sieve, adding clear water with the mass of 12 times, soaking for 20min, boiling water with big fire, then decocting for 3h with small fire, turning off the fire, carrying out closed fire, carrying out sealed soaking, cooling to room temperature, pouring out, filtering, and removing filter residues to obtain filtrate; and continuously decocting the filtrate into clear paste with the relative density of 1.12 at the temperature of 55 ℃, centrifuging the clear paste at a high speed, taking supernatant, and performing spray drying at the inlet temperature of 170 ℃ and the outlet temperature of 85 ℃ to finally obtain the beverage of the embodiment.
Example 2
A beverage with anti-aging function is prepared by the following steps:
weighing 400g of mulberry, 380g of medlar, 300g of red date, 100g of American ginseng, 100g of cordyceps sinensis, 220g of rose, 100g of pearl, 100g of roxburgh rose and 80g of poria cocos; removing cores of red dates, mixing and chopping the red dates with mulberries, medlar, red dates, American ginseng, cordyceps sinensis, pearl powder, roses, rosa roxburghii tratt and poria cocos, sieving the mixture with a 15-mesh sieve, adding 10 times of clear water by mass, soaking the mixture for 30min, boiling the water with big fire, then decocting the boiled water with small fire for 2h, turning off the fire, carrying out mugginess, cooling to room temperature, pouring out the filtrate, and removing filter residues to obtain filtrate; and continuously decocting the filtrate into clear paste with the relative density of 1.12 at the temperature of 55 ℃, centrifuging the clear paste at a high speed, taking supernatant, and performing spray drying at the inlet temperature of 180 ℃ and the outlet temperature of 85 ℃ to finally obtain the beverage of the embodiment.
Example 3
A beverage with anti-aging function is prepared by the following steps:
weighing 350g of mulberry, 400g of medlar, 250g of red date, 150g of American ginseng, 150g of cordyceps sinensis, 300g of rose, 150g of pearl, 130g of roxburgh rose and 100g of tuckahoe; removing cores of red dates, mixing the red dates with mulberries, medlar, red dates, American ginseng, cordyceps sinensis, pearl powder, roses, rosa roxburghii tratt and poria cocos, chopping, sieving with a 20-mesh sieve, adding 10 times of clear water by mass, soaking for 30min, boiling water with big fire, then decocting for 2h with small fire, turning off the fire, carrying out closed fire, carrying out sealed soaking, cooling to room temperature, pouring out, filtering, and removing filter residues to obtain filtrate; and continuously decocting the filtrate into clear paste with the relative density of 1.15 at the temperature of 55 ℃, centrifuging the clear paste at a high speed, taking supernatant, and performing spray drying at the inlet temperature of 180 ℃ and the outlet temperature of 85 ℃ to finally obtain the beverage of the embodiment.

A beverage with anti-aging function is prepared by the following steps:
weighing 500g of mulberry, 280g of medlar, 200g of red date, 100g of American ginseng, 200g of cordyceps sinensis, 100g of rose, 250g of pearl, 150g of roxburgh rose and 80g of tuckahoe; removing cores of red dates, mixing the red dates with mulberries, medlar, red dates, American ginseng, cordyceps sinensis, pearl powder, roses, rosa roxburghii tratt and poria cocos, chopping, sieving with a 20-mesh sieve, adding 15 times of clear water by mass, soaking for 30min, boiling water with big fire, then decocting for 2h with small fire, turning off the fire, carrying out closed fire, carrying out sealed soaking, cooling to room temperature, pouring out, filtering, and removing filter residues to obtain filtrate; and continuously decocting the filtrate into clear paste with the relative density of 1.1 at the temperature of 55 ℃, centrifuging the clear paste at a high speed, taking supernatant, and performing spray drying at the inlet temperature of 170 ℃ and the outlet temperature of 90 ℃ to finally obtain the beverage of the embodiment.
Example 5
A beverage with anti-aging function is prepared by the following steps:
weighing 300g of mulberry, 250g of medlar, 400g of red date, 200g of American ginseng, 100g of cordyceps sinensis, 300g of rose, 100g of pearl, 80g of roxburgh rose and 150g of poria cocos; removing cores of red dates, mixing the red dates with mulberries, medlar, red dates, American ginseng, cordyceps sinensis, pearl powder, roses, rosa roxburghii tratt and poria cocos, chopping, sieving with a 20-mesh sieve, adding 15 times of clear water by mass, soaking for 30min, boiling water with big fire, then decocting for 2h with small fire, turning off the fire, carrying out closed fire, carrying out sealed soaking, cooling to room temperature, pouring out, filtering, and removing filter residues to obtain filtrate; and continuously decocting the filtrate into clear paste with the relative density of 1.2 at the temperature of 55 ℃, centrifuging the clear paste at a high speed, taking supernatant, and performing spray drying at the inlet temperature of 170 ℃ and the outlet temperature of 90 ℃ to finally obtain the beverage of the embodiment.
Example 6
A beverage with anti-aging function is prepared by the following steps:
weighing 550g of mulberry, 300g of medlar, 200g of red date, 250g of American ginseng, 120g of cordyceps sinensis, 170g of rose, 80g of pearl, 100g of roxburgh rose and 90g of poria cocos; removing cores of red dates, mixing and chopping the red dates with mulberries, medlar, red dates, American ginseng, cordyceps sinensis, pearl powder, roses, rosa roxburghii tratt and poria cocos, sieving the mixture with a 20-mesh sieve, adding clear water with the mass being 15 times of that of the mixture, soaking the mixture for 30min, boiling the mixture with water on a big fire, then decocting the mixture for 1h on a small fire, turning off the fire, carrying out closed soaking, cooling to room temperature, pouring out the mixture, filtering, and removing filter residues to obtain filtrate; and continuously decocting the filtrate into clear paste with the relative density of 1.2 at the temperature of 65 ℃, centrifuging the clear paste at a high speed, taking supernatant, and performing spray drying at the conditions of the inlet temperature of 170 ℃ and the outlet temperature of 90 ℃ to finally obtain the beverage of the embodiment.
Example 7
A beverage with anti-aging function is prepared by the following steps:
weighing 520g of mulberries, 350g of Chinese wolfberry, 250g of red dates, 100g of American ginseng, 150g of cordyceps sinensis, 300g of roses, 250g of pearls, 100g of rosa roxburghii and 90g of poria cocos; removing cores of red dates, mixing and chopping the red dates with mulberries, medlar, red dates, American ginseng, cordyceps sinensis, pearl powder, roses, rosa roxburghii tratt and poria cocos, sieving the mixture with a 20-mesh sieve, adding clear water with the mass being 15 times of that of the mixture, soaking the mixture for 30min, boiling the mixture with water on a big fire, then decocting the mixture for 1h on a small fire, turning off the fire, carrying out closed soaking, cooling to room temperature, pouring out the mixture, filtering, and removing filter residues to obtain filtrate; namely the beverage of the embodiment.
