Abstract

Description

穿过壁孔的导管
本发明涉及一种适于穿过一壁或隔板中的孔而延伸的导管,特别适于(当然绝不仅仅适于)装设一穿过该导管的管道或电缆。
这些管道或电缆通常被装设在一穿过壁的套筒内,在壁的每一侧围绕管道或电缆有一环形盖板。普通盖板常为两半形,以使其能围绕管道安装。它们安装得很松,主要用于装饰目的,并不能在管道与壁面之间形成一有效密封。
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种用于装设这些管道或电缆的改进结构。
按照本发明,提供一种适于穿过一壁或隔板中的孔而延伸的导管,它包括:一套筒和两个适于在该套筒相对端部覆盖壁或隔板的相对外表面的向外延伸的凸缘,所述凸缘中至少一个适于被推到一套筒端部,以对其作锁紧接合。
可使两个凸缘适于被推到一套筒两端部,以对其作锁紧接合。
可使所述凸缘中的一个与套筒整体形成。
套筒外表面可装设轴向隔开的结构,它们与凸缘内周上的装置结合以保证锁紧接合。
套筒上的结构可包括多个圆周方向的肋,而所述凸缘上的装置可包括一朝向内部的圆周方向的齿。
凸缘一般可为凸形,其周缘通过其中心部与从壁或隔板表面向外隔开的套筒接合而与壁或隔板接合。
套筒可在其中穿设一管道或电缆,凸缘则形成围绕套筒的护套。
可将一个或两个凸缘与其他结构制成一体,以能执行一附加功能。
可通过网格关闭至少一个凸缘的中央小孔,整个组件即形成一作为一空心砖或其他已知通风结构的代用品。
套筒可从一延伸长度上加以切割。

如附图可见,一管道P通过一壁W。
在套筒10中穿设管道P,该套筒通过壁W中的一孔B。
套筒由塑料制成,其外周装设有轴向隔开的圆周方向的肋11。套筒可以从其一延伸长度上加以切割,以适应打算穿过的壁的厚度。
装设有两个凸缘形式的管道护套12,在壁W相对两侧的每一侧各装一个。
每个护套12均为圆顶壳13形式,该圆顶壳具有一朝向内部的中央设置的圆环部14,在该圆环部的内表面上装设有一圆周齿15。
使用时将护套套在管道P上,并将其推到套筒端部,以使其周缘与壁面接合,并使齿15与相邻肋11之间的空间锁紧接合。
由于套筒端部必须放置在护套12外表面中形成的用于接受和装设密封垫圈或孔圈的凹槽16下面,可用刀对套筒10的一端或两端加以修整。
整个结构坚固、有整洁的外观,并形成一有效密封。。
应当理解,本发明并不限于上述实施例,熟悉本领域的人员可以作出许多变化型式,而不超出由所附权利要求限定的范围。
因此,例如可使一个凸缘与套筒成为一体。
套筒本身可作为一用于流体介质的导管,而不必装设管道或电缆。
可将一个或两个凸缘与其他结构如关闭中央小孔的网格制成一体,以使套筒和凸缘的组件能作为空心砖或其他通风装置的替代物。
套筒可从一个或两个凸缘向外延伸,用以连接软管或类似构件。

Claims (10)

1.一种适于穿过壁或隔板中的小孔延伸的导管,它包括:一套筒和两个适于在该套筒相对端部覆盖壁或隔板的相对外表面的向外延伸的凸缘,所述凸缘中至少一个适于被推到一套筒端部,以对其作锁紧接合。
2.如权利要求1所述的导管,其特征在于,两个凸缘适于被推到一套筒端部以对其作锁紧接合。
3.如权利要求1所述的导管,其特征在于,所述凸缘中的一个与所述套筒一体形成。
4.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的导管,其特征在于,所述套筒的外表面装设轴向隔开的结构,它们与凸缘内周上的装置结合,以保证锁紧接合。
5.如权利要求4所述的导管,其特征在于,套筒上的结构包括多个圆周方向的肋,而所述凸缘上的装置包括一个朝向内部的圆周方向的齿。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的导管,其特征在于,所述凸缘一般为凸形,其周缘通过其中心部与从壁或隔板表面向外隔开的套筒接合而与壁或隔板接合。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的导管,其特征在于,所述套筒可在其中穿设一管道或电缆,所述凸缘则形成围绕套筒的护套。
8.如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的导管,其特征在于,将一个或两个凸缘与其他结构制成一体,以能执行一附加功能。
9.如权利要求8所述的导管,其特征在于,通过网格关闭至少一个凸缘的中央小孔,整个组件即形成一作为一空心砖或其他已知通风结构的替代品。
10.如权利要求2所述的导管,其特征在于,所述套筒可从延伸长度上加以切割。
