Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of backing paper-free labels, and particularly relates to a backing paper-free label. A backing-paper-free label comprises a plurality of backing-paper-free labels which are connected with one another, wherein each backing-paper-free label comprises a base material layer, a printing tape layer and a protective layer, and glue solution is sprayed on the lower surface of the base material layer; the printing belt layer is arranged on the upper surface of the base material layer; the protective layer is silicon oil sprayed on the upper surface of the printing tape layer. According to the base-paper-free label, the silicone oil protective layer is arranged on the printing tape layer, so that the printing surface is not easy to scratch; no bottom paper is discarded during manufacturing, so that the method is more energy-saving and environment-friendly, and the number of labels is more due to the same roll diameter; and secondly, the reel change frequency can be reduced, and the loss is reduced.

The invention belongs to the technical field of backing-paper-free labels, and particularly relates to a backing-paper-free label.
Background
The label is a brief label for indicating information such as the name, weight, volume, and usage of an article. The labels can be classified into general labels and self-adhesive labels according to whether the labels are provided with adhesive or not, wherein the self-adhesive labels are the most common ones. The linerless label, because it does not have a backing paper, reduces waste generation compared to conventional stickers, and has a single label cost in terms of transportation, storage, and adhesion.
In the existing label manufacturing process, more waste base paper is generated, and more waste is generated; and the printed printing surface is easy to scratch, which affects the subsequent use.

Preferably, the base material layer is a PET plastic layer; the printing belt layer is a paper layer or a cloth layer.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the backing-paper-free label, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, taking a substrate layer, and compounding a printing tape layer on the upper surface of the substrate layer;
s2, printing the pattern information on the upper surface of the printing belt layer by using a PS plate, a resin relief plate, a flexible plate or a copper plate, and drying;
s4, spraying a silicone oil protective layer on the upper surface of the printing layer, and drying;
s5, spraying glue solution on the bottom of the base material layer;
s6, die cutting is carried out at the front end of the film sticking machine, and waste edges are cut off;
and S7, adsorbing the die-cut label to a labeling roller.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the base-paper-free label, the silicone oil protective layer is arranged on the printing tape layer, so that the printing surface is not easy to scratch; no bottom paper is discarded during manufacturing, so that the method is more energy-saving and environment-friendly, and the number of labels is more due to the same roll diameter; and secondly, the reel change frequency can be reduced, and the loss is reduced.

A backing-paper-free label comprises a plurality of backing-paper-free labels which are connected with one another, wherein each backing-paper-free label comprises a substrate layer, a printing tape layer and a protective layer, and glue solution is sprayed on the lower surface of the substrate layer; the printing belt layer is arranged on the upper surface of the base material layer; the protective layer is silicon oil sprayed on the upper surface of the printing tape layer. Preferably, the base material layer is a PET plastic layer; the printing belt layer is a paper layer or a cloth layer.
The preparation method of the backing-paper-free label comprises the following steps:
s1, taking a substrate layer, and compounding a printing tape layer on the upper surface of the substrate layer;
s2, printing the pattern information on the upper surface of the printing belt layer by using a PS plate, a resin relief plate, a flexible plate or a copper plate, and drying;

When in use, the label adsorbed on the labeling roller is attached to an attached object.

The backing-paper-free label is characterized by comprising a plurality of backing-paper-free labels which are connected with one another, wherein each backing-paper-free label comprises a substrate layer, a printing tape layer and a protective layer, and glue solution is sprayed on the lower surface of the substrate layer; the printing belt layer is arranged on the upper surface of the base material layer; the protective layer is silicon oil sprayed on the upper surface of the printing tape layer.
2. The backing-free paper label of claim 1 wherein the substrate layer is a PET plastic layer; the printing belt layer is a paper layer or a cloth layer.
3. A method of making a baseless label according to any of the preceding claims, comprising the steps of:
s1, taking a substrate layer, and compounding a printing tape layer on the upper surface of the substrate layer;
s2, printing the pattern information on the upper surface of the printing belt layer by using a PS plate, a resin relief plate, a flexible plate or a copper plate, and drying;
s4, spraying a silicone oil protective layer on the upper surface of the printing layer, and drying;
s5, spraying glue solution on the bottom of the base material layer;
s6, die cutting is carried out at the front end of the film sticking machine, and waste edges are cut off;
and S7, adsorbing the die-cut label to a labeling roller.
