Background
At present, a grouting type hole packer is generally adopted to plug a drilled hole during mine gas extraction, and mainly comprises a grouting pipe, a gas drainage pipe, a one-way valve, an explosion valve, a bag, a plug and the like. When the hole packer is used, a grouting pipe of the hole packer is communicated with a grouting pump, the grouting liquid stirred in the stirring barrel enters the grouting pipe and the bag through the grouting pump, the bag is rapidly expanded, the outer diameter of the bag is fastened on the wall of the hole of the coal seam, and holes at two ends of the hole packer are sealed; when pressure reaches, the blast valve explodes, and the grout is full of the part in the middle of two bags, and then realizes that the multilayer is sealed, takes out gas through gas drainage pipe connection gas drainage pipeline and takes out gas. The grouting liquid is usually made of cement mortar, and is solidified and formed after a certain time.
However, the section form of the drill hole is sequentially divided into a crushing area, a plastic area and an elastic curve from the hole wall to the inside of the coal seam, irregular cracks exist in the crushing area and the plastic area, grouting liquid of the existing grouting type hole packer cannot well penetrate into the cracks, the crack distribution and crack development of the coal (rock) body around the drill hole change along with time, and the grouting liquid can be solidified after a period of time and cannot penetrate into newly generated cracks, so that the existing grouting type hole packer has poor sealing effect on the middle section, the problems of poor plugging, air leakage, short circuit in gas extraction and the like can be caused in the gas extraction process, the gas extraction concentration is low, the expected gas extraction effect cannot be achieved, and the safety production of a coal mine is influenced.
Therefore, a new hole packer for mine gas extraction needs to be developed.

In view of the above, the invention provides a hole packer for mine gas extraction, wherein the inner side and the outer side of the hole packer are plugged by bags into which solidification type slurry can be injected, a middle mucus plugging section is formed between the bags at the two ends, and mucus which does not solidify is injected into the middle mucus plugging section, so that the sealing effect of the hole packer on a drilled hole is ensured, the gas extraction concentration and efficiency are improved, and the safety production of a coal mine is ensured.

2. The invention cancels a blast valve used in the middle mucus plugging section in the traditional two-plugging and one-injection process, and utilizes the mucus injection pipe to inject mucus with high permeability, mucus plugging property and no solidification into the middle mucus plugging section formed between the inner bag type plugging and the outer bag type plugging, thereby ensuring that the mucus is filled in small cracks and newly generated cracks in time and improving the sealing effect of the drilled hole.
3. The mucus in the invention has the characteristic of no solidification, the pressure of the mucus in the middle mucus plugging section can be monitored in real time by using the pressure gauge in a mode of arranging the pressure gauge at the outlet of the mucus injection pump, when the pressure detected by the pressure gauge is reduced and the pressure reduction value reaches a set value, the mucus injection pump is automatically started to supplement the mucus to the middle mucus plugging section, and when the pressure detected by the pressure gauge reaches the set pressure, the mucus injection pump automatically stops working, so that the middle mucus plugging section is always in a state of being filled with the mucus; after the middle mucus plugging section is filled with mucus, the hole sealing effect can be further improved by keeping the middle mucus plugging section under a certain pressure, and the pressure keeping value is specifically set according to the operation requirement and is generally 1-5 MPa.

The working method (or working principle) of the invention is as follows:
the invention adopts two plugs in the traditional 'two plugs and one injection' to form the middle mucus plugging section between the two plugs, cancels the structure of injecting slurry into the middle mucus plugging section by adopting a blast valve, and optimizes the structure of injecting mucus into the middle mucus plugging section by adding a mucus injection pipe. When the grouting device is used, the grouting pipe is communicated with a grouting pump, the grouting liquid stirred in the stirring barrel enters the grouting pipe, the inner side bag and the outer side bag through the grouting pump, the bags expand rapidly, the outer diameters of the bags are fastened on the wall of the coal seam hole, and holes at two ends of a drilled hole are sealed; stopping grouting and plugging the grouting pipe when the pressure is reached; connecting the mucus injection tube with a mucus injection pipeline, a pressure gauge and a mucus injection pump; injecting the prepared and stirred mucus into the middle sections plugged by the two bags through a pipeline system connected with the mucus injection pump to ensure that the mucus fully permeates into the cracks, filling the middle sections to reach certain pressure, automatically stopping the work of the mucus injection pump, keeping certain pressure in the middle mucus plugging sections, and completing plugging of drilled holes. When a new crack is formed, mucus permeates into the new crack, the pressure of the middle section is reduced, the mucus injection pump automatically starts grouting until the pressure in the middle mucus plugging section is recovered again, the whole system stops working, and waits for next mucus supplement, so that the high-quality plugging effect is effectively ensured, the gas extraction effect is ensured, and the safety production of a coal mine is ensured.
In addition, although multi-bag type plugging is available at present, common cement mortar type solidification grouting liquid is injected into the bag and between the adjacent bags, and the common grouting liquid is solidified after a period of time, so that a newly generated gap cannot be plugged, and the plugging effect is poor. Specifically, the inside bag type plugging of the invention can adopt a plurality of inside bag units, an inside grouting section is reserved between adjacent inside bag units, and a grouting liquid pipe in the inside grouting section is connected with an inside explosion valve; meanwhile, the outer bag type plugging also adopts a plurality of outer bag units, a grouting section is reserved between adjacent outer bag units, and a grouting liquid pipe in the grouting section is connected with an outer blasting valve; after the inner bag type plug and the outer bag type plug adopt the structure of the multi-bag unit, common cement mortar grouting liquid can be injected into the inner bag unit and the outer bag unit before mucus is injected into the middle mucus plugging section, when the pressure in the inner bag unit and the outer bag unit respectively reaches the pressure value of an inner blasting valve between two adjacent inner bag units and an outer blasting valve between two adjacent outer bag units, the inner bag unit and the outer bag unit are broken, the grouting liquid can enter an inner grouting section between two adjacent inner bag units and an outer grouting section between two adjacent outer bag units until the inner grouting section and the outer grouting section are filled and pressure-maintained, the invention breaks the traditional idea of plugging by adopting common cement mortar grouting liquid, skillfully combines the two ends of the common grouting liquid plug with the middle mode of the non-solidified mucus plugging, the plugging effect is greatly improved, and plugging is reliable.
