Typically, the rail wagon will be concave in the middle after loading the cargo, so that a suitable counter-deformation, i.e. upper deflection, will be prefabricated during manufacture. The railway container flatcar of the embodiment of the application can be used for shipping 80-foot containers, and the required up-warping amount can be larger than that of a conventional railway container flatcar body which is longer by more than 1/3 of that of a conventional railway container flatcar which is used for shipping 40 or 60 feet. If the conventional container flat car lock head structure is adopted, the bearing surface of the container and the gap between the bearing surface and the floor are too small, so that the car body is easy to produce a box carrying phenomenon. The container door shield and the container shield are matched for use, the bearing surface of the container shield is properly lifted, the problem of carrying a container can be solved, an installation space is provided for the container door shield arranged on the upper portion of the floor, and the container door shield has good practical value.
While the preferred embodiments of the present application have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. It is therefore intended that the following claims be interpreted as including the preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the application.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present application without departing from the spirit or scope of the application. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present application fall within the scope of the claims and the equivalents thereof, the present application is intended to cover such modifications and variations.
