Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely below, and it should be apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention is a mixing device of ozone and water, mainly comprising a spray generator 10, a mixing element 20 and an ozone generator 30, wherein:
the spray generator 10 has a housing 11, and a nozzle 12 provided on the housing 11; in the present embodiment, the nozzle 12 communicates with the housing 11, and it should be particularly mentioned that the nozzle 12 can spray fan-shaped spray in different directions according to different models; in the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, another type of nozzle 12 is used, and the nozzle 12 is caused to spray in a lateral direction.
The mixing element 20 has a circular wall 21 and an accommodating space 22 defined by the circular wall 21, the mixing element 20 is disposed on the housing 11 and accommodates the nozzle 12, so that the nozzle 12 is located in the accommodating space 22, and the circular wall 21 is provided with a nozzle 23 communicated with the accommodating space 22; in this embodiment, the annular wall 21 is composed of an annular side wall 211 and a top wall 212, one side of the side wall 211 is connected to the housing 11 and surrounds the nozzle 12, the other side of the side wall 211 is connected to the top wall 212, the nozzle 23 is selectively disposed on the side wall 211 or the top wall 212, and the nozzle 12 of a corresponding type is used, so that the spray from the nozzle 12 can pass through the nozzle 23.
The ozone generator 30 is used for generating ozone and transmitting the ozone into the accommodating space 22, in the embodiment, the ozone generator 30 is provided with a gas transmission pipe 31 communicated with the accommodating space 22; preferably, the ozone generator 30 is not limited to a specific device, and the ozone is produced in various ways, such as: the ozone can be obtained by performing silent discharge with dry air or oxygen under 5-25kv AC voltage. The most advanced method for preparing ozone at present is to utilize high-energy ultraviolet rays to photolyze air to correspondingly generate pure ozone. In addition, ozone can be produced by electrolyzing dilute sulfuric acid at low temperature or by heating liquid oxygen. The above-mentioned methods for producing ozone are many and well-known, and therefore, the ozone generator 30 is not limited to the above-mentioned methods.
Secondly, at least one opening 311 is opened on the pipe surface of the air pipe 31, the air pipe 31 is communicated with the accommodating space 22 through each opening 311, and ozone flows into the accommodating space 22 from each opening 311 through the air pipe 31.
As shown in fig. 3, the gas pipe 31 is connected to the side hole 25 on the side wall 211, so that ozone enters the accommodating space 22 from the gas pipe 31, and then forms an annular gas flow in the accommodating space 22, as shown in fig. 4, the nozzle 12 continuously sprays fan-shaped mist liquid towards the nozzle 23, so that the mist liquid can flow through the ozone which fills the accommodating space 22 and flows, and the mist liquid can form turbulent flow by surrounding the ozone in the accommodating space 22 when passing through the accommodating space 22, and the ozone is easily combined with fine water molecules, so that the ozone can be combined with the mist liquid in the accommodating space 22, and the mist liquid can become mist liquid containing ozone when spraying out the nozzle 23. As shown in fig. 7, in the third embodiment, the air pipe 31 can be selectively connected to the top wall 212 and then connected to the accommodating space 22, which has the same effect as the connecting sidewall 211.
Finally, the ozone generator 30 further has a motor 32 connected to the air pipe 31, and since ozone generated in the ozone generator 30 is accumulated only in the ozone generator 30 and is difficult to flow into the accommodating space 22 by itself, the ozone generated in the ozone generator 30 is pushed out by the motor 32, so that ozone can enter the accommodating space 22 of the mixing element 20 more quickly.
As shown in fig. 5, in the second embodiment, one or more spoilers 24 are disposed in the accommodating space 22 of the mixing element 20, and each spoiler 24 is connected to the side wall 211 of the mixing element 20 at the same inclination angle, so that the included angle between each spoiler 24 and the side wall 211 is the same angle, as shown in fig. 6, by disposing each spoiler 24, the flow manner of ozone entering the accommodating space 22 through the air pipe 31 is more complicated, so that the ozone is more easily combined with the atomized liquid sprayed from the nozzle 12 in the accommodating space 22. It is worth mentioning that the turbulent flow effect can be achieved by only arranging one spoiler 24, and the ozone flowing effect can be improved by arranging more spoilers 24, so that the combination effect of ozone and water is increased.
In view of the foregoing, the structural configuration and connection relationship of the present invention in a preferred embodiment thereof, the usage and effects of the present invention are as follows:
as shown in fig. 3, when the user uses the ozone generator 30, the ozone generated by the ozone generator 30 passes through the air pipe 31 and then enters the accommodating space 22 of the mixing element 20 from the opening 311 of the air pipe 31, and since the air pipe 31 is assembled on the side wall 211 of the mixing element 20, the ozone entering the mixing element 20 from the air pipe 31 forms an annular air flow in the accommodating space 22.
As shown in fig. 4, the nozzle 12 ejects the liquid contained in the housing 11, the liquid changes into a fan-shaped atomized liquid after passing through the nozzle 12, the atomized liquid is ejected toward the opening 311 of the mixing element 20, the atomized liquid is combined with the ozone in the accommodating space 22 after passing through the accommodating space 22, and the atomized liquid contains the ozone when being ejected from the opening 311.
As shown in fig. 6, in the second embodiment of the present invention, since the ozone is disturbed by the spoilers 24 in the accommodating space 22, the ozone can flow in the accommodating space 22 repeatedly, and after the mist liquid is sprayed from the nozzle 12, the mist liquid passes through the ozone having a complicated flow, the mist liquid is more efficiently combined with the ozone, and is simultaneously sprayed from the mixing element 20 when the mist liquid passes through the opening 311.
As shown in FIG. 7, in the third embodiment of the present invention, the nozzle 23 is disposed on the side wall 211, and the air pipe 31 is connected to the top wall 212, so that the direction of the spray can be changed and changed to be suitable for different applications.
Because ozone is accumulated in the accommodating space 22 of the mixing element 20 and a special flowing mode is formed in the mixing element 20, when the nozzle 12 sprays the atomized liquid, the atomized liquid can be effectively combined with the ozone accumulated in the mixing element 20, so that the sprayed atomized liquid contains ozone, bacteria in the atomized liquid can be eliminated, and the atomized liquid containing ozone can be sprayed on the air and the surface of an object to achieve the effects of disinfection and sterilization.
In summary, the above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
