In addition, the meaning of "and/or" appearing throughout is to include three juxtapositions, exemplified by "A and/or B" including either scheme A, or scheme B, or a scheme in which both A and B are satisfied.
The invention provides an air conditioner which can be a wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit, a window type air conditioner or a cabinet type air conditioner, wherein a display box 200 is arranged in the air conditioner, particularly the air conditioner is provided with a panel 100, and the display box 200 is arranged on the inner side of the panel 100, so that a user can view contents displayed by the display box 200 from the outer side of the panel 100. In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the air conditioner is specifically a wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit.
In the present embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 to 5, the air conditioner includes a panel 100 and a display box 200, a plurality of clamping portions 10 are convexly disposed on an inner side of the panel 100, the plurality of clamping portions 10 are disposed at intervals, the display box 200 is disposed on an inner side of the panel 100, a plurality of clamping matching portions 20 are disposed on a side of the display box 200, the plurality of clamping matching portions 20 are at least disposed on two opposite sides of the display box 200, wherein each clamping portion 10 is disposed corresponding to each clamping portion 10, one of each clamping portion 10 and each clamping matching portion 20 has a clamping slot 11, the other has a buckle 21, each buckle 21 is correspondingly disposed in each clamping slot 11, and in a process that each buckle 21 is embedded in each clamping slot 11, a gap between each buckle 21 and an inner wall of the corresponding clamping slot 11 is gradually reduced.
In this embodiment, the snap-fit portions 20 are disposed at opposite sides of the display box 200 such that both sides of the display box 200 have connection points, thereby being reliably fixed. The clamping portions 10 and the clamping matching portions 20 can have various shapes, specifically, in the embodiment, one of each clamping portion 10 and each clamping matching portion 20 has a clamping groove 11, the other has a buckle 21, and the gap between the buckle 21 and the inner wall of the corresponding clamping groove 11 is gradually reduced in the process of being embedded in the clamping groove 11. Therefore, in the installation process, the position of the display box 200 is only required to be adjusted, so that the buckle 21 is gradually wedged into the clamping groove 11, and the purpose of fixing the display box 200 is achieved. After the installation, the gap between the buckle 21 and the clamping groove 11 is very small compared with a common clamping structure due to wedge-in type matching. Buckle 21 is spacing fully by draw-in groove 11 for display box 200 is difficult for rocking after the installation finishes, and firm in connection, simple to operate can enough improve assembly efficiency, and the later stage of also being convenient for is dismantled display box 200 and is maintained. And the gap at the joint is reduced, thereby reducing the accumulation of condensed water at the joint, preventing the condensed water from flowing to the display box 200 along the joint, damaging the electric appliance parts in the display box 200, and achieving the purpose of protecting the display box 200
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the side of the display box 200 includes two first sides extending along the first direction and disposed at intervals, and two second sides extending between the two first sides, the plurality of clamping engagement portions 20 are distributed on the two first sides, and the plurality of clamping engagement portions 20 on each first side are disposed at intervals along the first direction. In this embodiment, the two opposite sides of the display box 200 are respectively provided with a plurality of connection points, so that the connection stress of the display box 200 is more reasonable and the display box can be stably fixed.
On the basis of the above embodiment, each of the locking portions 10 has a locking slot 11 with an opening facing away from the first direction, each locking fit includes a locking buckle 21 protruding from the first side, and the display box 200 is slidably mounted on the panel 100 along the first direction, so that each locking buckle 21 is correspondingly inserted into each locking slot 11 from each opening. Thus, referring to fig. 1 to 5, when the display box 200 is installed, the display box 200 is only required to be placed at a predetermined position to align the wire clip and the wire slot, and then the display box 200 is slid in the first direction to wedge the wire clip into the wire slot along the first direction, so as to fix the display box 200. When the air conditioner is disassembled, the display box 200 can be disassembled only by sliding the display box 200 in the opposite direction, the operation is very simple, and meanwhile, the space occupied by the clamping part 10 and the clamping matching part 20 is the thickness of the display box 200, so that the whole thickness of the air conditioner cannot be increased, and the whole structure of the air conditioner is more compact.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the upper surface of the clip 21 is at least partially inclined downward along the first direction to have a first guiding inclined surface 22, the upper inner wall of each slot 11 has a second guiding inclined surface 12, and the first guiding inclined surface 22 is adapted to the second guiding inclined surface 12, so that each clip 21 is wedged into each slot 11 along the first direction. Specifically, the slope of the second guide slope 12 is slightly greater than the slope of the first guide slope 22, so that the clip 21 can be smoothly inserted into the card slot 11, and the gap between the clip 21 and the inner wall of the card slot 11 is gradually reduced during the insertion. So, through the design to line buckle and wire casing shape for line buckle and wire casing can be very reliably wedged together, and the shape is simple, easily shaping. Preferably, the first guide slope 22 has a chamfer having a radius of not less than 0.4mm and not more than 0.6mm at an end facing the card slot 11. So prevent that buckle 21 from scraping the inner wall of draw-in groove 11 at the in-process of wedging draw-in groove 11, lead to draw-in groove 11 to warp for buckle 21 can wedge into in draw-in groove 11 more smoothly.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the display box 200 is provided with a screw hole 30 and is screwed to the inner side of the panel 100 through the screw hole 30. Since the clip 21 and the slot 11 are fixed by friction force, in order to prevent the clip 21 from slipping out of the slot 11 and releasing the display box 200, it is preferable to add an auxiliary fixing structure, specifically, in the present embodiment, the display box 200 is further fixed by screwing, so as to fix the display box 200 more firmly. Only one screw can be arranged, so that the display box 200 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted, and the fixing firmness of the display box 200 is improved. This embodiment can be implemented in combination with the previous embodiment.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, two guide ribs 40 are protruded from the inner side of the panel 100, the guide ribs 40 extend along a first direction, and the display box 200 is slidably mounted between the two guide ribs 40. The guide rib 40 plays a role of guiding the display box 200, so that the display box 200 is limited in the guide rib 40 and can slide in the first direction until the clip 21 is completely wedged into the card slot 11. The guide ribs 40 serve, on the one hand, to pre-position the display box 200 so that the operation of mounting the display box 200 is simpler, and, on the other hand, to fix the display box 200.
Based on the above embodiment, please refer to fig. 1, a gap is formed between the display box 200 and the inner side of each guiding rib 40, the distance between two guiding ribs 40 is D1, the distance between two first side edges of the display box 200 is D2, and the difference between D1 and D2 is not less than 0.9mm and not more than 1.1 mm. So, every interval between 40 inboards of direction muscle and the display box 200 side is about 0.5mm, can enough make display box 200 smoothly slide, can be reliably spacing to display box 200 again, prevent that display box 200 from rocking.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 6, a display box wire buckle 51 is convexly disposed on a second side of the display box 200, the display box wire buckle 51 has an extending section 511 extending outward from the side of the display box 200, and a bending section 512 extending from the extending section 511 to the inner side of the air conditioner panel 100, and the extending section 511, the bending section 512, and the second side define a first wire groove 510 with an opening facing the inner side of the panel 100. In a general air conditioner, a wire clip for guiding a wire is generally disposed on the panel 100, and the wire clip is required to be designed according to the direction of the wire, and generally has a complicated shape and structure, and a small size, which causes the panel 100 to be difficult to be demolded due to a complicated structure during molding, resulting in an increase in the cost of the panel 100. For this reason, in the present embodiment, part of the wire fasteners are disposed on the side of the display box 200 as needed, and the wire fasteners on the inner side of the panel 100 are reduced, so that the shape of the panel 100 is simpler and the panel is easier to mold. Specifically, the opening of the first wire groove 510 formed in the display box wire buckle 51 faces the inner side of the panel 100, and the wire groove in the wire buckle on the panel 100 faces away from the inner side of the panel 100, so that the wire is limited in two directions, the guiding is reliable, when the wire is fixed to the display box wire buckle 51, the wire is plugged into the first wire groove 510 from the gap between the bending section 512 and the inner side of the panel 100, and the operation is simple.
Specifically, the distance D3 between the lower end of the bending section 512 and the inner side of the panel 100 is not less than 3.3mm, and not more than 3.5 mm. The diameter of general wire is about 3 ~ 4mm, and in this embodiment, through the design to the distance between the lower extreme of kink 512 and the panel 100 inboard for the wire can be plugged into first wire groove 510 after, is difficult for deviating from.
