The use method of the high-efficiency sterilization equipment for the sterile isolation system is characterized in that the operation steps are automatically controlled by a control system program, and the method comprises the following steps:
s1, starting a heating pipe 81 and a heating fan 8 to directly heat the sterilization cabin 4 in a heating temperature rise stage of the sterilization cabin 4, raising the temperature of condensation from room temperature to about 30 ℃, shortening the dehumidification time, improving the dehumidification effect and avoiding condensation in the sterilization process;
s2, a dehumidification stage, namely putting the ice box 36 into the dehumidification box 34 in advance, starting the dehumidification fan 35 and the dehumidification box 34, reducing the relative humidity in the sterilization cabin 4 to a certain value, and continuously heating the sterilization cavity;
s3, in the spraying stage, the peristaltic pump 32 and the air compression pump 61 are started, the hydrogen peroxide solution is sprayed into the sterilization cabin 4 through the atomizing nozzle 7, the air source of the air intake of the air compression pump 61 extracts relatively clean and dry air in the sterilization cabin 4 from the air inlet 43 to atomize the hydrogen peroxide solution, the spraying amount and the spraying time enable the sterilization cabin 4 to be in an aseptic state, and meanwhile, the sterilization cavity is continuously heated and dehumidified;
s4, a keeping stage, namely stopping spraying the medicine after the required hydrogen peroxide concentration and the required maintenance time are reached, keeping the high-concentration hydrogen peroxide in the sterilization cabin 4, naturally decomposing the hydrogen peroxide, and reducing the concentration to a specified value;
s5, in the residue removing stage, the air inlet fan 51 and the air outlet fan 62 are started, and the residual hydrogen peroxide gas in the sterilization cabin 4 is replaced by fresh air, so that the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide is reduced to below 1 PPM;
and S6, performing aseptic operation when the hydrogen peroxide concentration is reduced to below 1 PPM.
In conclusion, the efficient sterilization equipment for the sterile isolation system and the use method thereof have the advantages that the cabin body 1 and the hydrogen peroxide sterilization system are arranged, the sterilization cabin 4 is directly heated and heated through the heating fan 8 and the heating pipe 81, then the sterilization cabin 4 is circularly dehumidified through the dehumidification box 34 and the dehumidification fan 35, and then the hydrogen peroxide solution is atomized into the sterilization cabin 4 through the air compression pump 61 and the peristaltic pump 32 and the atomization nozzle 7.

1. An efficient sterilization apparatus for use in an aseptic isolation system, comprising:
the hydrogen peroxide sterilization system is used for sterilizing a closed space, is arranged in the first cabin body and comprises a dosing spraying system, a heating system and a dehumidification system;
the dosing spraying system comprises a solution bottle, a peristaltic pump and an atomizing nozzle;
the heating system comprises a heating fan and a heating pipe;
the dehumidification system comprises a dehumidification box, an ice box and a dehumidification fan;
the first cabin body consists of a sterilization cabin, a top cabin and a bottom cabin which are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of the sterilization cabin;
an air inlet fan is arranged in the top cabin, and a first efficient filter is arranged at one end of the air inlet fan;
an air exhaust fan is arranged in the bottom cabin, and a second efficient filter is arranged at one end of the air exhaust fan.

An efficient sterilization apparatus for aseptic isolation systems as defined in claim 1, wherein: one side of the first cabin body is provided with the dehumidification case, heating fan sets up in one side of sterilization cabin inner wall, one side of sterilization cabin inner wall is provided with atomizer, the dehumidification fan sets up in one side of dehumidification case, the inside of dehumidification case is provided with the ice box, the solution bottle communicates with the peristaltic pump mutually, the output of peristaltic pump and air compression pump all is linked together with atomizer, the input of dehumidification case and the output of dehumidification fan all are linked together with the sterilization cabin, the inside in sterilization cabin has set gradually dehumidification air intake, air inlet and dehumidification air outlet, the dehumidification air intake is linked together through the input of pipeline with the dehumidification case, the dehumidification air outlet is linked together through the input of pipeline with the dehumidification fan, the other one end of dehumidification fan is through pipeline and dehumidification case output intercommunication.

An efficient sterilization apparatus for aseptic isolation systems as defined in claim 1, wherein: the inside of heating fan is provided with the heating pipe, one side of the first cabin body is provided with the control box, dehumidification case, solution bottle and peristaltic pump all set up in the inside of control box, the bottom of solution bottle is provided with weighing sensor, is used for right the solution bottle weighs.

An efficient sterilization apparatus for aseptic isolation systems as defined in claim 1, wherein: the inside of atomizer is provided with universal joint, the atomizer passes through universal joint and installs in one side of sterilization cabin inner wall, be used for right the angle of atomizer is adjusted, the passageway that is used for the intercommunication pipeline is seted up to universal joint's inside.

An efficient sterilization apparatus for aseptic isolation systems as defined in claim 1, wherein: one side of the top cabin is provided with an air inlet, an exhaust pipe is arranged in the top cabin, the bottom end of the exhaust pipe extends into the bottom cabin and is communicated with an exhaust fan, and the top end of the exhaust pipe extends to the top of the top cabin.

An efficient sterilization apparatus for aseptic isolation systems as defined in claim 1, wherein: one side in sterilization cabin articulates there is sealed side door, one side in sterilization cabin is provided with the cylinder that is used for driving sealed side door, one side in sterilization cabin is provided with the response interlocking, is used for locking when sealed side door is closed.

s3, in the pesticide spraying stage, starting a peristaltic pump and an air compression pump, spraying hydrogen peroxide solution into the sterilization chamber through an atomization nozzle, extracting relatively clean and dry air in the sterilization chamber from an air inlet by an air inlet source of the air compression pump to atomize the hydrogen peroxide solution, enabling the sterilization chamber to reach an aseptic state by the pesticide spraying amount and pesticide spraying time, and continuously heating and dehumidifying the sterilization chamber;
s4, a keeping stage, namely stopping spraying the medicine after the required hydrogen peroxide concentration and the required maintenance time are reached, keeping the high-concentration hydrogen peroxide in the sterilization cabin, naturally decomposing the hydrogen peroxide, and reducing the concentration to a specified value;
s5, in the residue discharge stage, starting an air inlet fan and an air exhaust fan, and replacing residual hydrogen peroxide gas in the sterilization chamber with fresh air to reduce the concentration of hydrogen peroxide to below 1 PPM;
and S6, performing aseptic operation when the hydrogen peroxide concentration is reduced to below 1 PPM.
