Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating an interaction method of combining a cloud payment platform and a community self-service fresh food cabinet according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure. Therefore, by implementing the human-computer interaction method described in fig. 2, the user may be allowed to select the target fresh product for payment from the community self-service fresh product cabinet and put the selected target fresh product back to the community self-service fresh product cabinet for sale in a locked and prohibited manner, so that the user may delay to pick the target fresh product from the community self-service fresh product cabinet, and thus the user may be saved from carrying the target fresh product during work, and inconvenience may be avoided for the user; moreover, the risk that the target fresh product intended by the user in the community self-extracting fresh food cabinet is sold out in advance can be avoided.
In addition, by implementing the human-computer interaction method described in fig. 2, the user can be prompted to self-serve the target fresh food product that the user paid for and the community self-serve fresh food cabinet locked to forbid selling in a two-level money adding manner, so that the community self-serve fresh food cabinet can make up more space as soon as possible to supplement the fresh food product of the type to which the target fresh food product belongs, and thus the demands of users in more communities can be met.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of a human-computer interaction system in which a cloud payment platform and a community self-service fresh food cabinet are combined according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the human-computer interaction system may include:
the system comprises a community self-service fresh food cabinet 401, a first client 402 of a first user and a cloud payment platform 403, wherein the community self-service fresh food cabinet 401 can be connected with the cloud payment platform 403 through the internet;
the community self-service fresh food cabinet 401 is configured to control the community self-service fresh food cabinet to open a cabinet door when detecting that the first client 402 of the first user scans a coded image set on the cabinet door of the community self-service fresh food cabinet 401; when it is detected that the first user selects a target fresh product from the community self-extracting fresh product cabinet 401, displaying first prompt information on an interactive screen built in the community self-extracting fresh product cabinet 401, wherein the first prompt information at least comprises a first payment amount corresponding to the target fresh product and to-be-selected items, and the to-be-selected items comprise an immediate self-extracting item and a delayed self-extracting item;
the community self-service fresh food cabinet 401 is further configured to output a delayed self-service time point input box on the interactive screen when it is detected that the delayed self-service option is selected by the first user, and detect a delayed self-service time point input by the first user in the delayed self-service time point input box; calculating whether the first time from the first time point when the first user picks out the target fresh product from the community self-service fresh food cabinet 401 to the delayed self-service time point exceeds a preset maximum free delayed time, if not, informing the cloud payment platform 403 to deduct the first payment amount from the electronic account bound by the first client 402 to a specified account without secret, and displaying second prompt information on an interactive screen built in the community self-service fresh food cabinet 401, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting the first user to put the target fresh product back to the community self-service fresh food cabinet 401 and close the cabinet door;
the community self-service fresh food cabinet 401 is further configured to lock the target fresh food product for sale after detecting that the first user puts the target fresh food product back to the community self-service fresh food cabinet 401 and closes the cabinet door; when detecting that the first client 402 scans the coded image again, controlling the community self-service fresh cabinet to open the cabinet door; and judging whether a second time point of the code image scanned again by the first client 402 lags behind the delayed self-picking time point, if not, displaying third prompt information on an interactive screen built in the community self-picking fresh food cabinet 401, wherein the third prompt information is used for prompting the first user to pick up the target fresh food product immediately and close the cabinet door.
As an optional implementation manner, in the human-computer interaction system shown in fig. 4, after calculating that the first time length exceeds the preset maximum free delay time length, the community self-service fresh food cabinet 401 is further configured to:
calculating a first difference value between the first time length and the preset maximum free delay time length, and acquiring a first additional amount in a direct proportion relation with the first difference value;
displaying inquiry information on the interactive screen, wherein the inquiry information is used for inquiring whether the first user allows the first additional amount to be deducted from the electronic account bound to the first client 402 in a secret-free manner to a specified account;
when detecting a first response input by the first user through the interactive screen, which allows the first additional amount to be deducted from the electronic account bound to the first client 402 in a secret-free manner to a designated account, notifying the cloud payment platform 403 to deduct the first payment amount and the first additional amount from the electronic account bound to the first client 402 in a secret-free manner to the designated account, and performing the step of displaying a second prompt message on the interactive screen built in the community self-presenting fresh food cabinet 401;
or, when detecting a second response input by the first user through the interactive screen that does not allow the first additional amount to be deducted from the electronic account bound to the first client 402 without secrecy, performing the step of displaying a third prompt message on the interactive screen built in the community self-presenting fresh food cabinet 401.
As another alternative, in the human-computer interaction system shown in fig. 4, after determining that the second time point of the first client 402 scanning the encoded image again lags behind the delayed self-presenting time point, the community self-presenting fresh cabinet 401 is further configured to:
calculating a second time length between the second time point and the delayed self-extracting time point, and acquiring a second additional amount in direct proportion to the second time length;
and informing the cloud payment platform 403 to deduct the second additional amount from the electronic account bound to the first client 402 to a designated account in a secret-free manner, and executing the step of displaying third prompt information on an interactive screen built in the community self-service fresh food cabinet 401.
As an optional implementation manner, in the human-computer interaction system shown in fig. 4, the system further includes a second client 404 of the second user, and after the community self-service fresh food cabinet 401 locks the target fresh food product for sale and before detecting that the first client 402 scans the encoded image again, the system is further configured to:
when detecting that the second client 404 of the second user scans a coded image arranged on a cabinet door of the community self-service fresh food cabinet 401, controlling the community self-service fresh food cabinet to open the cabinet door; wherein the login account of the second client 404 is different from the login account of the first client 402;
when the second user is detected to select the target fresh product from the community self-picking fresh product cabinet 401, fourth prompt information is displayed on the interactive screen, and the fourth prompt information is used for prompting the second user that the target fresh product is locked and forbidden to be sold.
As an alternative embodiment, in the human-machine interaction system shown in fig. 4:
the community self-service fresh food cabinet 401 is further configured to display fifth prompt information on an interactive screen built in the community self-service fresh food cabinet 401 when it is detected that the immediate self-service option is selected by the first user, where the fifth prompt information is used to prompt the first user to immediately self-service the target fresh food product and close the cabinet door;
the community self-service fresh food cabinet 401 is further configured to notify the cloud payment platform 403 to deduct the first payment amount from the electronic account bound to the first client 402 to a designated account without secret after detecting that the first user self-service the target fresh food product and closes the cabinet door.
As can be seen, by implementing the human-computer interaction system described in fig. 4, the user may be allowed to select the target fresh food product selected by the user for payment from the community self-service fresh food cabinet and put the selected target fresh food product back to the community self-service fresh food cabinet for sale, so that the user may delay to pick the target fresh food product from the community self-service fresh food cabinet, and thus the user may be saved from carrying the target fresh food product during work, and inconvenience may be avoided for the user; moreover, the risk that the target fresh product intended by the user in the community self-extracting fresh food cabinet is sold out in advance can be avoided.
In addition, by implementing the human-computer interaction system described in fig. 4, the user can be prompted to self-serve the target fresh food product that the user paid for and was locked by the community self-serve fresh food cabinet and prohibited from selling as soon as possible in a two-level money adding manner, so that the community self-serve fresh food cabinet can make up more space as soon as possible to supplement the fresh food product of the type to which the target fresh food product belongs, and thus the demands of users in more communities can be met.

A human-computer interaction method combining a cloud payment platform and a community self-service fresh food cabinet is characterized by comprising the following steps: when the community self-service fresh food cabinet detects that a first client of a first user scans a coded image arranged on a cabinet door of the community self-service fresh food cabinet, controlling the community self-service fresh food cabinet to open the cabinet door; when the first user is detected to select a target fresh product from the community self-extracting fresh cabinet, displaying first prompt information on an interactive screen arranged in the community self-extracting fresh cabinet, wherein the first prompt information at least comprises a first payment amount and a to-be-selected item corresponding to the target fresh product, and the to-be-selected item comprises an immediate self-extracting item and a delayed self-extracting item;
