Abstract
一种节能环保燃料油的制备方法,本发明的技术解决方案的节能环保燃料油的组分重量百分百是:汽油或柴油99份,汽油或柴油添加剂1份。在70摄氏度的温度下进行混合即成为节能环保汽油燃料油或柴油燃料油。通过本发明上述条件可获得系列新型高效节能环保动力燃料油,与现有的燃料油相比,可以实现内燃机设备增加燃油利用效率10%‑20%,降低污染物排放50‑70%,该系列产品可以有效清理并抑制发动机积碳生成、增强发动机动力并降低尾气排放。本发明也可适用于船舶用油及航空用油。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型环保动力燃料生产制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,国家对能源危机、环境污染问题高度重视。环境保护部、国家质检总局分别于2016年和2018年发布了国家第六阶段轻型汽车污染物排放标准和重型柴油车污染物排放标准,并于2020年7月1日全面实施国六A标准,2023年7月1日全面实施国六B标准。汽车生产企业和机动车燃料油生产企业都将面临技术升级的挑战。尤其是机动车燃料油生产企业,其生产的燃料油更是从源头上直接影响着机动车的动力性能和排放尾气中的污染物含量。因此,如何生产清洁高效的环保燃料油,提高燃料油的热值,降低燃料油燃烧后的污染物排放,这对国家缓解能源危机以及大气污染问题具有重大的战略意义。
专利CN201810736622.9涉及一种清洁车用汽油调和组分油及其制备方法和应用,提出使用车用乙醇汽油调和组分油、煤制化工组分油和非金属添加剂调制车用汽油调和组分油,该产品符合GB22030-2017中车用乙醇汽油调合组分油(VIA)的技术要求,但只能替代25-35%的石油,存在替代率低、工艺复杂等问题。专利CN201310630227.X涉及一种及一种环保洁净燃料油生产设备及其使用方法,提出利用搅拌罐和压力反应釜将乙醇或甲醇、柴油、功能助剂按照一定的比例调配环保洁净燃料油,生产设备和操作相对简单,但只能生产石油柴油标准的燃料油,存在生产设备自动化程度较低、规模小、产品种类单一的问题。
本公司发明的一种复合型柴油添加剂及制备方法(专利号:ZL 2016 10514924.2)添加操作过程麻烦,不易被广大消费者所易接受。
因此目前最迫切的问题是能够实现各类型环保清洁燃料油的大规模工业化生产,因而,研究高效生产环保燃料油的工业化设备,是实现我国燃料油高热值、低排放的关键。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种节能环保燃料油的制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案的节能环保燃料油的组分重量百分百是:汽油或柴油99份,汽油或柴油添加剂1份。在70摄氏度的温度下进行混合即成为节能环保汽油燃料油或柴油燃料油。
A:其中在节能环保汽油燃料油中的一份汽油添加剂含其重量百分百是聚异丁烯胺11%,聚醚胺5%,美国路博润9020CS 25%,美国路博润9522C 6%,N.N-二甲基氨基脲4.8%,1500溶剂油7.4%,丁醇5%,精致白料油NL-935.8%。
上述汽油添加剂的制备方法如下:将11份清洁剂聚异丁烯胺与5份聚醚胺及10份稀释剂精致白料油NL-9进行复配,稳定相容后得到组份A;将25份美国路博润9020CS,6份美国路博润9522C,5份1500溶剂油,8份稀释剂精致白料油NL-9进行复配,稳定相容后得到组份B;将5份丁醇,4.8份消烟助燃剂N.N-二甲基氨基脲,8份稀释剂精致白料油NL-9进行复配,稳定相容后得到组份C;将组份A与组份C复配,加温至35-40℃,稳定相容后得到组份D;将组份B与组份D及2.4份1500溶剂油,9.8份稀释剂精致白料油NL-9加温至55-60℃,以每分钟120转的速度搅拌4-5小时,得到所述的本发明复合型汽油添加剂。再把汽油添加剂按1%或更少的比例添加到汽油中去即可得到节能环保汽油燃料油。
B:其中在节能环保柴油燃料油中的一份柴油添加剂其重量百分百是:5~15%的聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺,15~25%硝酸环己脂,3~6%润滑合成油,55~70%正丁醇。
上述柴油添加剂的制备方法如下:将25份的硝酸环己脂与3份的全合成油进行复配,稳定相容后加入62份正丁醇,再加入10份聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺,在容器中加热到20摄氏度,搅拌2个小时,得到所述的本发明复合型柴油添加剂。
根据本发明的环保燃料油,与现有的燃料油相比,可以实现内燃机设备增加燃油利用效率10%-20%,降低污染物排放50-70%,该系列产品可以有效清理并抑制发动机积碳生成、增强发动机动力。本发明可适用于船舶用油以及航空用油。
具体实施方式
本发明的一种节能环保燃料油的制备方法是:现有的汽油或柴油99份,汽油或柴油添加剂1份。在70摄氏度的温度下进行混合即可成为节能环保汽油燃料油或柴油燃料油。
汽油燃料油的配制方法:99份汽油加入1份汽油添加剂即可。上述1份汽油添加剂的组分及制备方法如下:汽油添加剂含其重量百分百是聚异丁烯胺11%,聚醚胺5%,美国路博润9020CS 25%,美国路博润9522C 6%,N.N-二甲基氨基脲4.8%,1500溶剂油7.4%,丁醇5%,精致白料油NL-935.8%。

柴油燃料油的配制方法:将99份柴油加入1份柴油添加剂即可。
上述1份柴油添加剂的组分及制备方法如下:其中在节能环保柴油燃料油中的一份柴油添加剂其重量百分百是:5~15%的聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺,15~25%硝酸环己脂,3~6%润滑合成油,55~70%正丁醇。
上述柴油添加剂的制备方法如下:将25份的硝酸环己脂与3份的全合成油进行复配,稳定相容后加入62份正丁醇,再加入10份聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺,在容器中加热到20摄氏度,搅拌2个小时,得到所述的本发明复合型柴油添加剂。
通过本发明上述条件可获得系列新型高效节能环保动力燃料油,该系列产品可以有效清理并抑制发动机积碳生成、增强发动机动力并降低尾气排放。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制。

1.一种节能环保燃料油的制备方法,其组分按重量百分比是将汽油99份,汽油添加剂1份,在70摄氏度温度下进行混合,即可成为节能环保汽油燃料油,上述1份汽油添加剂的组分如下:汽油添加剂所含其重量百分比是清洁剂聚异丁烯胺11%,聚醚胺5%,美国路博润9020CS 25%,美国路博润9522C 6%,消烟助燃剂N,N-二甲基氨基脲4.8%,1500溶剂油7.4%,丁醇5%,稀释剂精制白料油NL-9 35.8%,总计重量百分比是100%,上述汽油添加剂的制备方法如下:将11份清洁剂聚异丁烯胺与5份聚醚胺,10份稀释剂精制白料油NL-9进行配制,稳定相溶后得到组份A;将25份美国路博润9020CS,6份美国路博润9522C,5份1500溶剂油,8份稀释剂精制白料油NL-9进行配制,稳定相溶后得到组份B;将5份丁醇,4.8份消烟助燃剂N,N-二甲基氨基脲,8份稀释剂精制白料油NL-9进行复配,稳定相溶后得到组份C,将组份A与组份C复配,加温至35-40℃,稳定相溶后得到组份D,将组份B与组份D及2.4份1500溶剂油,9.8份稀释剂精制白料油NL-9加温至55-60℃,以每分钟120转的速度搅拌4-5小时,得到所述的汽油添加剂;再把汽油添加剂按1%添加到汽油中即可得到节能环保汽油燃料油。
