As shown in fig. 1 and 4, a method for prolonging the service life of a filter screen of a KKF filter comprises the following steps: one waste rubber pipe is changed into two independent pipelines which are evenly distributed, the problem that the backwashing effect of a filter close to the tail end is poor due to the fact that the waste rubber pipe is blocked greatly is avoided, and the two independent pipelines can guarantee that rubber is evenly fed.
The filter screen 1 is soaked in hydrogen peroxide to remove surface viscose and improve the water permeability of the filter screen 1 so as to meet the recycling requirement of the filter screen 1.
The filter screen 1 is provided with a supporting device 2, the supporting device 2 consists of a mesh cage cylinder 4 and a filter drum cylinder 3, two ends of the filter drum cylinder 3 are connected with a clamping plate 6 through sunk screws 26, the side wall of the filter drum cylinder 3 is provided with a plurality of through holes 5, the mesh cage cylinder 4 is arranged on the outer side wall of the filter drum cylinder 3, the filter screen 1 is arranged between the mesh cage cylinder 4 and the filter drum cylinder 3, and the supporting device 2 plays a role in fixedly supporting two surfaces of the filter screen 1 so as to avoid damaging the filter screen 1;
the filter screen 1 is cleaned by a cleaning device 29, the cleaning device 29 consists of a cleaning plate 7 and a driving device 8, a through-flow hole 16 is formed in the cleaning plate 7, and the through-flow hole 16 facilitates liquid to pass through the cleaning plate 7; the cleaning plate 7 is provided with an expansion plate 15 and a mounting groove 17 matched with the expansion plate 15, the expansion plate 15 consists of a bottom plate 30 and two arc plates 27, the end parts of the two arc plates 27 are respectively connected with the two sides of the bottom plate 30, the edge of the cleaning plate 27 is provided with a placing table top 28 for placing the arc plates 27, a telescopic rod 22 is arranged between the groove wall of the mounting groove 17 and the expansion plate 15, the two ends of the telescopic rod 22 are respectively hinged with the mounting groove 17 and the bottom plate 30, and the telescopic rod 22 is convenient for the expansion plate 15 to stably slide;
the expansion plate 15 is provided with a fixed rod 19, the bottom of the mounting groove 17 is provided with a sliding groove 20 matched with the fixed rod 19, one end of the fixed rod 19 is connected with the expansion plate 15, the other end of the fixed rod is provided with a limit plate 23, the groove wall of the groove opening of the sliding groove 20 is provided with a ring clamping protrusion 24 matched with the limit plate 23, the edge of the limit plate 23 is in sliding connection with the groove wall of the sliding groove 20, the ring clamping protrusion 24 is in sliding connection with the side wall of the specified dried bean curd 19, a spring 21 is arranged in the sliding groove 20, two ends of the spring 21 are respectively connected with the bottom of the limit plate 23 and the bottom of the sliding groove 20, the limit plate 23 and the ring clamping protrusion 24 can prevent the fixed rod 19 from sliding out of the sliding groove 20, and the spring 21 is beneficial to the expansion plate 30 and the filter drum 3 to be always in a tightly attached state;
the expanding plate 15 is provided with bristles 18, the bristles 18 are arranged at the edge of the cleaning plate 7, and the bristles 18 are convenient for cleaning the filter screen 1;
the driving device 8 is composed of a screw 12, a first gear 13, a second gear 11, a motor 9 and a square telescopic rod 10, the screw 12 penetrates through the clamping plate 6 and is in threaded connection with a screw hole 25 on the clamping plate 6, two ends of the screw 12 are respectively connected with the cleaning plate 7 and the first gear 13, the motor 9 is arranged on the clamping plate 6, two ends of the square telescopic rod 10 are respectively connected with an output shaft of the motor 9 and the second gear 11, the first gear 11 is in meshed connection with the second gear 12, the motor 9 drives the screw 12 to rotate through the first gear 13 and the second gear 11, the transverse movement of the cleaning plate 7 is realized, and the square telescopic rod 10 is convenient for adjusting the distance between the second gear 11 and the motor 9;
the protruding 14 of spacing ring with second gear 11 assorted is equipped with in the edge both sides of first gear 13, spacing ring protruding 14 and second gear 11 sliding connection, and spacing ring protruding 14 guarantees that first gear 13 is connected with the stable meshing of second gear 11, and cleaning device is convenient for clear up filter screen 1, prolongs filter screen 1's life.
The sealing ring between the end cover and the cylinder 4 is 5.5mm in diameter, so that the problems that the filter effect of the filter screen 1 is poor, the particle number of the secondary filter exceeds the standard, and the filter screen 1 is short in service cycle and easy to damage due to frequent disassembly and washing are avoided.
According to the invention, one waste rubber pipe is changed into a plurality of evenly distributed independent pipelines, so that the problem that the backwashing effect of a filter close to the tail end is poor due to large pipe resistance of the waste rubber pipe is avoided, and the uniform rubber feeding can be ensured by the plurality of independent pipelines; the filter screen is soaked in hydrogen peroxide to remove surface viscose and improve the water permeability of the filter screen so as to meet the recycling requirement of the filter screen; the filter screen is provided with a supporting device which plays a role in fixing and supporting two sides of the filter screen, so that the filter screen is prevented from being damaged; the filter screen is cleaned through the cleaning device, the cleaning device is convenient to clean the filter screen, and the service life of the filter screen is prolonged; a sealing ring with a large diameter is selected between the end cover and the cylinder of the cylinder mould, so that the problems that the filtering effect of the filter screen is poor, the particle number of the two filters exceeds the standard, and the filter screen is frequently disassembled and washed, so that the service cycle of the filter screen is short and the filter screen is easy to damage are avoided.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. The method for prolonging the service life of the KKF filter screen is characterized by comprising the following steps of: one waste rubber pipe is changed into a plurality of evenly distributed independent pipelines; soaking the filter screen in hydrogen peroxide to remove surface adhesive; the filter screen is provided with a supporting device; cleaning the filter screen through a cleaning device; a sealing ring with a large diameter is selected between the end cover and the cylinder mould.

The method of claim 1 for extending the service life of a KKF filter screen, wherein: the supporting device is composed of a mesh cage cylinder and a filter drum cylinder, the two ends of the filter drum cylinder are connected with clamping plates, the side wall of the filter drum cylinder is provided with a plurality of through holes, the mesh cage cylinder is arranged on the outer side wall of the filter drum cylinder, and the filter screen is arranged between the mesh cage cylinder and the filter drum cylinder.

The method of claim 1 for extending the service life of a KKF filter screen, wherein: cleaning device comprises cleaning plate and drive arrangement, be equipped with the expansion board on the cleaning plate and with expansion board assorted mounting groove, the expansion board with the cell wall sliding connection of mounting groove, the expansion board with be equipped with the spring between the tank bottom of mounting groove, be equipped with the brush hair on the expansion board, the brush hair is located the edge of cleaning plate.

The method of claim 3, further comprising the step of extending the service life of the KKF filter screen: the expansion plate is provided with a fixed rod, the bottom of the mounting groove is provided with a sliding groove matched with the fixed rod, the wall of the sliding groove is connected with the fixed rod in a sliding manner, the spring is arranged in the sliding groove, and two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the fixed rod and the bottom of the sliding groove.

The method of claim 4, further comprising the step of extending the service life of the KKF filter screen: the mounting groove wall with be equipped with the telescopic link between the expansion plate, the both ends of telescopic link respectively with the mounting groove with the expansion plate is articulated.
6. The method of claim 5 for extending the service life of a KKF filter screen, wherein: the length of the upper end of the expansion plate is larger than that of the lower end of the expansion plate.

The method of claim 3, further comprising the step of extending the service life of the KKF filter screen: the driving device is composed of a screw rod, a first gear, a second gear, a motor and a square telescopic rod, wherein the screw rod penetrates through the clamping plate and is in threaded connection with the clamping plate, two ends of the screw rod are respectively connected with the cleaning plate and the first gear, the motor is arranged on the clamping plate, two ends of the square telescopic rod are respectively connected with an output shaft of the motor and the second gear, and the first gear is in meshed connection with the second gear.
8. The method of claim 7 for extending the service life of a KKF filter screen, wherein: and limiting ring protrusions matched with the second gear are arranged on two sides of the edge of the first gear, and the limiting ring protrusions are in sliding connection with the second gear.
