Performance test
Anti-aging and anti-oxidation experiments were performed on the human aging KAT7 gene inhibitor solid beverages prepared in examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-4, respectively.
1. Anti-aging experiments:
feeding hermaphrodite nematodes on nematode standard culture medium coated with escherichia coli, and performing inverted culture at 20 ℃. Nematode longevity was measured on day 4 after synchronization, and nematodes of the same size were selected and placed in 14 groups of culture media, each of which contained the solid beverages prepared in examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 4, at a concentration of 50 mg/mL. The day of grouping was recorded as nematode life initiation day 0 until nematode life termination as nematode life cycle. The nematodes on the plates were transferred to the same new plate every 24h during the nematode life-span, and the survival rates of the groups were recorded on days 10, 15 and 20, respectively, and the test results are shown in table 3 below.
As can be seen from the test data in Table 3, the survival rates of nematodes were uniformly higher in examples 1 to 8 than in comparative example 4 in the case of 10 days, 15 days and 20 days. The nematode survival rates were improved in comparative examples 1-3 compared to comparative example 4, but the improvement was significantly less than in examples 1-8 compared to comparative example 4. 2. Antioxidant experiment:
160 female mice (provided by Beijing Huafukang Biotechnology Co., Ltd.) aged 8-9 weeks are randomly divided into 16 groups, each group contains 10 mice, common commercial maintenance feed is suitable for feeding for 5 days, D-galactose 500mg/kg & BW is used for intraperitoneal injection to prepare an oxidation model, the injection amount is 0.1mL/10g & BW, the time of the injection is 1 time per day, and the model is continuously modeled for 6 weeks. Compared with the model control group, the solid beverage for intragastric administration of the mice in examples 1-8 contains the inhibitor, and the SOD activity of the mice is obviously improved and greatly improved, which shows that the solid beverage can be endowed with higher antioxidation after the yeast extract, the green tea extract and the grape skin immersion liquid freeze-dried powder are compounded to be used as the inhibitor and added into the solid beverage.

7. The method for preparing the solid beverage of inhibitor of human body aging KAT7 gene as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of: (1) sieving; (2) weighing; (3) premixing; (4) mixing; (5) subpackaging and filling; (6) and (6) packaging and warehousing.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the sieving in the step (1) is performed by using a 20-40 mesh sieve.
9. The preparation method according to claim 7, wherein the step (3) is specifically configured as follows: mixing human aging KAT7 gene inhibitor, bovine colostrum, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-glutamine and vitamin C for 5-10min to obtain premix.
10. The preparation method according to claim 9, wherein the step (4) is specifically configured as follows: mixing the premix with magnesium malate, calcium citrate, trehalose, edible essence and stevioside for 10-15 min.
