A method for preparing the Chinese medicinal composition of any one of claims 1 to 8, which comprises the following steps: respectively taking the jujube extract, the yam extract, the hawthorn extract and the stevia extract, mixing the raw materials, carrying out ultrafine grinding to 200-mesh and 300-mesh powder, sterilizing, drying and sieving to obtain the Chinese medicinal composition.
