The suggestion submission module 100 in the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, includes: a first submission module 110 for submitting a single proposal, a second submission module 120 for submitting a batch of proposals, and an anonymity setting module 130 for setting up display of hidden presenter information. The first submission module 110 is configured to provide interface editing suggestion content, obtain identity information of an editor through an account identifier of the editor, use the identity information of the editor (including job number, name, factory name, and department name) as information of a recommender and information of an operator, respectively, and generate a corresponding improvement suggestion record according to submission time, where a presenter and an operator of the improvement suggestion are both current editors. Referring to FIG. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, a suggestion presenter presents suggestions from their own account through suggestion presentation module 100; alternatively, the improvement advice is collected by an advice operator, including: the contents of the suggestions, the information of the suggestions (such as job numbers, factory names, departments), the time of the suggestions, and the like are written into a document in a certain format, the suggestions are submitted into the system in a batch uploading mode through the suggestion submitting module 100, and when the suggestions are submitted in batches, the system records the current submitters as operators and stores the operators into the suggestions for the improvements. Suggestion assignment module 200 obtains submitted but unprocessed improvement suggestions for assignment to corresponding reviewers. The review responsible person logs in the advice review module 300 through the account number of the review responsible person, operates the improvement advice, modifies the processing state of the improvement advice into a refute state or a state to be implemented and sends the improvement advice to a corresponding coordinator; and (4) assigning improvement suggestions which are not in charge of the user to other reviewers. Claims (8)

1. An employee improvement advice system, comprising:

2. The employee improvement advice system of claim 1 wherein the advice submission module comprises:
a first submission module, configured to edit suggestion content, obtain identity information of an editor through an account identifier of the editor, obtain the information of the recommender and the information of the operator, and generate the improvement suggestion record according to submission time, where the identity information includes: job number, name, factory name, and department name;
