Optionally, each stamping module is provided with two groups of completely-bent structures to bend the middle rings 12 of the two fan blades 11 of the same group of casement hinges in the group at the same time, so that the efficiency is improved.
In order to ensure the stability of the second groove 511 acting on the bending portion 122, optionally, the punch transmission structure further includes a cushion block 55, the cushion block 55 is disposed on one side of the punch 51 away from the stop member 52, the cushion block 55 has a larger volume, the area of one side abutting against the punch 51 is larger, and the transmission block 54 acts on the punch 51 through the cushion block 55, so that the stress of the punch 51 can be more uniform, and the bending effect can be improved.

When the flat-open hinge stamping device is closed, the second pressure lever 61 and the third pressure lever 62 move downwards, so that the third inclined surface 611 abuts and presses one end of the middle ring 12, the fourth inclined surface 621 abuts and presses the other end of the middle ring 12, and the same middle ring extrusion structure 6 sequentially extrudes the middle ring 12 on the same fan blade 11, so that the gap between the middle rings 12 is increased, and the symmetry of the middle rings 12 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 3, the flat-open hinge stamping apparatus further includes a first middle ring extrusion station 77 and a second middle ring extrusion station 87, wherein two middle ring extrusion structures 6 are disposed at the first middle ring extrusion station 77 and the second middle ring extrusion station 87 respectively to extrude the middle rings 12 on the two leaves 11 of the two sets of flat-open hinges respectively.
