Background
In order to improve the safety of the overhead distribution line, a power system mostly adopts a cross-linked polyethylene insulated wire. When the distribution line is subjected to the operation of connecting the fire, the wire clamp and the lead wire are often required to be installed after the insulating skin of the insulated wire is stripped to complete the operation of connecting the fire. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of the workers, the workers usually need to use an insulated overhead conductor stripper to strip the insulation sheath of the conductor during live-line work.
The technology that the product on the market at present adopted is rotary-cut formula technique of skinning, and the insulating layer of wire is inserted to the cutter promptly, and the cutter is along the axial screw motion of wire, and the cutter cuts the insulating layer of wire into the spring form, cuts into certain length after, and the cutter is circular motion through the stopper to the cutter cuts off the insulating layer of spring form, accomplishes the operation of skinning of wire finally. For example, the comparison document CN 108988227 a is a similar technique. The defects of the technology are that the tool structure is complex, the operation time is long, the peeling effect is poor, and the metal conductor is easy to cut.

the inner side of the peeling cutter is provided with a cutter inner cavity, and the cutter inner cavity of the peeling cutter is internally provided with an axial cutter and two radial cutters; the two radial cutters are respectively positioned at two ends of the axial cutter.
Preferably, the fixed cutter seat is of a C-shaped structure, a threaded hole is formed in the bottom of the fixed cutter seat, and the driving part is connected with the threaded hole in the fixed cutter seat through a screw.
Preferably, the radius of a cutter cavity in the peeling cutter is the same as the radius of an insulating layer of the insulated wire, and the inner diameter of the radial cutter is the same as the radius of a conductor of the insulated wire.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
this built on stilts insulated wire barker utilizes fixed cutter seat card to go into insulated wire to with two radial cutter laminating location of the skinning tool on insulated wire and the fixed cutter seat, activity cutter seat is under the effect of pneumatic cylinder, the skinning tool on the cutter seat of will moving about presses the skinning tool on the fixed cutter seat to, loosen movable cutter seat afterwards, and shift out insulated wire with the barker, cut out the insulating skin of two cavity semicylinders forms in the insulated wire, this barker easy operation is swift, the electric conductor of difficult damage insulated wire, it is more practical.
