Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of weaponry, and relates to a locking mechanism of a missile wingspan mechanism, in particular to a novel strong-locking weak-unlocking mechanism.
Background
According to the increasingly severe use requirements of the existing missile, under the condition of heavy load, before the missile wing surface folding and unfolding mechanism is unfolded, the missile wing surface folding and unfolding mechanism needs to be reliably locked to keep a folding state, and after an actuator works, the mechanism is required to be reliably unlocked to enable the mechanism to be unfolded in place.
According to research, the locking mechanisms of missile wing span mechanisms conventionally used at home and abroad at present adopt a shear pin mode, and calculate to obtain the locking force required by the folding and unfolding mechanism initially according to the self shear strength of a shear pin material, and then the locking mechanism is processed into a cylindrical shear pin which is arranged in a pin hole to keep the mechanism in an initial folding state; the shear pin is cut off and the folding and unfolding mechanism is unlocked by the driving force provided by the mechanism actuator, and the structure has the defects that the locking purpose is achieved by the strength of the shear pin material, the locking force is large, the driving force of the required unlocking force is large, a part of the driving force provided by the actuator is consumed on the unlocking force, and the defect of low utilization efficiency of the driving force exists; if the required locking force is greater than the driving force provided by the actuator, the shear pin structure cannot meet the requirement; in addition, other mechanisms with strong locking and weak unlocking have the defects of complex structure, more related parts, low reliability and the like, and are not suitable for the development trend of the current flying missile. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a novel lock mechanism having a large locking force, a small unlocking force, and a simple structure.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a novel reliable locking and unlocking mechanism aiming at the problem that the prior art cannot meet the requirements of reliable locking and unlocking of an airfoil folding and unfolding mechanism under the condition of heavy load under the increasingly severe use conditions of the existing missile.
In order to achieve the aim, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a novel strong locking and weak unlocking mechanism comprises an actuator, a connecting piece, an upper wing surface, a lower wing surface and a fixed pin; the upper wing surface and the lower wing surface are provided with locking grooves, and the two locking grooves are aligned in an initial working state; the connecting piece is arranged in the lock groove in a sliding manner; the upper wing surface and the connecting piece are provided with pin holes corresponding in position; the fixing pin passes through the pin holes of the connecting piece and the upper airfoil surface to lock the positions of the upper airfoil surface, the lower airfoil surface and the connecting piece.
Furthermore, the length of the connecting piece in the locking groove of the upper airfoil surface and the lower airfoil surface is 5mm, so that the locking strength and the shearing force during unlocking are ensured.
Further, the structural strength of the connecting piece is not less than 30000N, so that the strong locking capacity of the airfoil is ensured.
Furthermore, the connecting piece is of a rectangular structure and made of alloy steel 30CrMnSiA, and the thickness of the connecting piece is 4.8 mm.
Furthermore, the diameter of the fixing pin is 2mm, the structural strength is 800N-1200N, and the actuator pushes the connecting piece to cut off the fixing pin, so that weak unlocking is realized.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the mechanism has the advantages that the locking force is large, and the folding and unfolding mechanism in the initial state is ensured to be reliably locked; the unlocking force is small, and the mechanism can be reliably unlocked by the small unlocking force. Through a large number of tests carried out in the real mechanism, the structure can ensure the reliable locking and unlocking of the wingspan mechanism, and has simple structure and easy engineering realization.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and detailed description.
The invention relates to a novel strong locking and weak unlocking mechanism which comprises an actuator 5, a connecting piece 2, an upper wing surface 1, a lower wing surface 3 and a fixing pin 4; the upper wing surface 1 and the lower wing surface 3 are provided with locking grooves, and the two locking grooves are aligned in an initial working state; the connecting piece 2 is arranged in the lock groove in a sliding manner; the upper wing surface and the connecting piece are provided with pin holes corresponding in position; the fixing pin passes through the pin holes of the connecting piece and the upper airfoil surface to lock the positions of the upper airfoil surface, the lower airfoil surface and the connecting piece.
The length of the connecting piece in the locking groove of the upper airfoil surface and the lower airfoil surface is 5mm, so that the locking strength and the shearing force during unlocking can be ensured.
The locking force on the airfoil mainly depends on the structural strength of the connecting piece, and the structural strength of the connecting piece is not less than 30000N, so that the strong locking capability on the airfoil is ensured.
The actuator drives the connecting piece to move after working, the fixing pins of the connecting piece and the upper wing surface are cut off, the connecting piece moves for 5mm and then exits from the locking groove aligned with the upper wing surface and the lower wing surface, the folding and unfolding mechanism is in an unlocking state, and the unlocking force is 800N-1200N, so that weak unlocking is realized.
The working principle of the device is as follows, referring to fig. 1 to 3 for explaining the embodiment: in an initial locking state, the connecting piece 2 of the mechanism is arranged in a locking groove 6 aligned with the upper wing surface 1 and the lower wing surface 3 and is clamped between the upper wing surface 1 and the lower wing surface 3, and the relative motion relationship of the upper wing surface 1 and the lower wing surface 3 is restricted; and then the fixing pin 4 is arranged in the lock pin holes of the upper wing surface 1 and the connecting piece 2, so that the connecting piece 2 does not move axially, and the whole mechanism is in a locking state. After the actuator 5 works, the connecting piece 2 is pushed to move, the fixing pin 4 is cut off, after the connecting piece 2 slides for 5mm of travel in the locking grooves 6 of the upper wing surface 1 and the lower wing surface 3, the connecting piece retreats from the locking grooves 6, the fixed constraint relation between the upper wing surface 1 and the lower wing surface 3 is removed, and relative movement can be carried out, so that the folding and unfolding mechanism is unlocked.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has large locking force and ensures the reliable locking of the folding and unfolding mechanism in the initial state; the unlocking force is small, and the mechanism can be reliably unlocked by the small unlocking force. Through a large number of tests carried out in the real mechanism, the structure can ensure the reliable locking and unlocking of the wingspan mechanism, and has simple structure and easy engineering realization. The large locking force is not less than 30000N, and the weak unlocking force is 800N-1200N.
