本发明提供一种具有独立充电功能的智能立体车库,包括立体车库主体、升降车斗以及停车位,立体车库主体内部中间纵向开设有升降通道,升降通道内部设置有升降车斗,立体车库主体上侧设置有升降装置,升降通道左右两侧的立体车库主体内部均分隔有多层楼层,立体车库主体最下层以上的楼层上设置有停车位,停车位包括载车板、楼层板、若干弹簧、上耦合端头、下耦合底座、充电计费器、安放架、收卷电机以及收卷轮,升降车斗包括防护架、旋转电机、支撑转轴、支撑底板以及转动底板,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:使用方便,设计合理,解决了纯电动车在闹市区停车无法充电的问题。

技术领域
本发明是一种具有独立充电功能的智能立体车库,属于立体停车技术设备领域。
背景技术
随着新能源汽车的普及和推广,越来越多的纯电动车和混电车受到广大消费者的青睐,同时,随着车辆的普及化,路上的车辆也越来越多,停车位成为了最紧俏的资源,由此诞生了立体停车库,用于在拥堵地区解决停车问题,但是纯电动车需要充电,充电时间还较长,城市中相应的充电地点由于占地面积的问题处于紧缺状态,在繁华区域更是少之又少,这就导致了纯电动车在闹市区停车无法充电的问题。因此,本发明提供一种具有独立充电功能的智能立体车库来解决以上问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种具有独立充电功能的智能立体车库,通过增加立体车库主体、升降车斗以及停车位,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种具有独立充电功能的智能立体车库,包括立体车库主体、升降车斗以及停车位,所述立体车库主体内部中间纵向开设有升降通道,所述升降通道内部设置有升降车斗,所述立体车库主体上侧设置有升降装置,所述升降通道左右两侧的立体车库主体内部均分隔有多层楼层,且左侧的最下层楼层和右侧的最下层楼层内分别设置有充电设备室和监控室,所述立体车库主体最下层以上的楼层上设置有停车位,所述停车位包括载车板、楼层板、若干弹簧、上耦合端头、下耦合底座、充电计费器、安放架、收卷电机以及收卷轮,所述升降车斗包括防护架、旋转电机、支撑转轴、支撑底板以及转动底板。
进一步地,所述楼层板上侧设置有载车板,所述楼层板远离升降通道的一侧设置有充电计费器,所述充电计费器前侧设置有收卷电机,所述收卷电机前端面设置有收卷轮,所述充电计费器前端面上侧固定有安放架,所述安放架右下侧设置有收卷按钮。
进一步地,所述楼层板上开设有多个弹簧导向槽,所述弹簧设置在弹簧导向槽内部,所述弹簧上端头和载车板固定连接,所述弹簧下端头和弹簧导向槽下壁固定连接。
进一步地,所述楼层板对应载车板中心位置开设有耦合连接槽,所述耦合连接槽内部设置有下耦合底座,所述载车板下端面中心位置设置有上耦合端头。
进一步地,所述载车板上端面靠近升降通道的一侧设置为左高右低的弧形斜面。
进一步地,所述充电室内部设置有充电设备,所述充电计费器与充电设备相连接,所述安装架上插放有与充电设备电连接的充电枪,所述上耦合端头和下耦合底座串联在充电线路中。
进一步地,所述升降车斗前左右四个端面均设置有自动门,所述升降车斗内底部开设有安装槽,所述旋转电机安装在安装槽内部,所述旋转电机上端面转动连接有支撑转轴,所述支撑转轴上侧设置有支撑底板,所述支撑底板中心内部安装有转动底板,所述支撑转轴上端头和转动底板固定连接。
进一步地,所述升降车斗上端面通过吊索和升降装置相连接,所述升降车斗左右两侧均设置有滑轨,所述升降底座底壁的左右两侧均与滑轨滑动连接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种具有独立充电功能的智能立体车库,通过增加立体车库主体、升降车斗以及停车位,由升降车斗上下运动带动车辆驶入和离开停车位,通过旋转电机带动转动底板转动使得车头转向对应的自动门,通过旋转电机的驱动,可将连接充电枪的导线收卷存放,在实际使用的时候,更适合应用于立体停车相关技术设备领域。

请参阅图1-图3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种具有独立充电功能的智能立体车库,包括立体车库主体2、升降车斗以及停车位25,立体车库主体2内部中间纵向开设有升降通道5,升降通道5内部设置有升降车斗,立体车库主体2上侧设置有升降装置3,升降通道5左右两侧的立体车库主体2内部均分隔有多层楼层,且左侧的最下层楼层和右侧的最下层楼层内分别设置有充电设备室1和监控室6,立体车库主体2最下层以上的楼层上设置有停车位25,停车位25包括载车板13、楼层板7、若干弹簧12、上耦合端头11、下耦合底座10、充电计费器16、安放架17、收卷电机15以及收卷轮14,升降车斗包括防护架19、旋转电机21、支撑转轴22、支撑底板24以及转动底板23。
本发明的楼层板7上侧设置有载车板13,楼层板7远离升降通道5的一侧设置有充电计费器16,充电计费器16前侧设置有收卷电机15,收卷电机15前端面设置有收卷轮14,充电计费器16前端面上侧固定有安放架17,安放架17右下侧设置有收卷按钮18。
本发明的楼层板7上开设有多个弹簧导向槽8,弹簧12设置在弹簧导向槽8内部,弹簧12上端头和载车板13固定连接,弹簧12下端头和弹簧导向槽8下壁固定连接。
本发明的楼层板7对应载车板13中心位置开设有耦合连接槽9,耦合连接槽9内部设置有下耦合底座10,载车板13下端面中心位置设置有上耦合端头11,通过耦合连接器的断开和连接以保护电路。
本发明的载车板13上端面靠近升降通道5的一侧设置为左高右低的弧形斜面,方便车辆驶入载车板13。
本发明的充电室内部设置有充电设备,充电计费器16与充电设备相连接,安装架上插放有与充电设备电连接的充电枪,上耦合端头11和下耦合底座10串联在充电线路中。
本发明的升降车斗前左右四个端面均设置有自动门,升降车斗内底部开设有安装槽20,旋转电机21安装在安装槽20内部,旋转电机21上端面转动连接有支撑转轴22,支撑转轴22上侧设置有支撑底板24,支撑底板24中心内部安装有转动底板23,支撑转轴22上端头和转动底板23固定连接。
本发明的升降车斗上端面通过吊索4和升降装置3相连接,升降车斗左右两侧均设置有滑轨,升降底座底壁的左右两侧均与滑轨滑动连接。
作为本发明的一个实施例:车辆从升降车斗前端面的自动门进入升降车斗停在转动底板23上,选择要去的停车位25,升降装置3通过吊索4拉动升降车斗在滑轨上上升,当到达相应楼层后,对应该车位的自动门会自动打开,旋转电机21启动且通过支撑转动带动转动底板23转动,将车辆的车体转向开启的自动门,车辆停在载车板13上后将弹簧12压缩,载车板13下移,使得上耦合端头11和下耦合底座10相连接,连通充电线路,从安放架17上取下充电枪为车辆进行充电,充电计费器16会计算充电所需费用,当充电完毕后,将充电枪和车辆分开,按下收卷按钮18,收卷电机15启动带动收卷轮14转动将电线收起,之后将充电枪在插放回安放架17上即可,当车辆离开载车板13后,上耦合端头11与下耦合底座10断开连接以保护电路,车辆离开车库时,先进入升降车斗,待升降车斗下落到最底层后,升降车斗的前端面的自动门打开,旋转电机21启动带动转动底板23转动,将车辆车头转向升降车斗的前端面的自动门,车俩驶出升降车斗,本发明使用方便,设计合理,解决了纯电动车在闹市区停车无法充电的问题。
