The first material pushing module 31 includes a second driving mechanism fixed on the machine 10, a first chain transmission assembly 311 connected to an output end of the second driving mechanism and rotatably installed on the machine 10, and a plurality of first pushing plates 312 installed on the first chain transmission assembly 311, the first pushing plates 312 are used for pushing the packaging boxes 50 wrapped with the films 40 on the rotating tray 21 to between the two second heat-sealing assemblies 33, the first chain transmission assembly 311 includes a plurality of first chain wheels 3111 and first chains 3112 annularly arranged on the first chain wheels 3111, one of the first sprockets 3111 is connected to an output end of the second driving mechanism, the first push plate 312 is mounted on the first chain 3112, the first chain 3112 and the first sprocket 3111 are both located in the first cavity 12 and the receiving groove 11, the first push plate 312 partially extends out of the first cavity 12, so as to push the packaging box 50 wrapped with the film 40 on the machine station 10 to move forward when moving together with the first chain 3112.
The second heat sealing assembly 33 includes a fourth driving mechanism 331 and a second heat sealing element 332, the fourth driving mechanism 331 is fixed on the machine table 10, the second heat sealing element 332 is connected to an output end of the fourth driving mechanism 331 for performing thermoplastic molding on an end surface of the package 50 wrapped with the film 40, the second heat sealing element 332 is disposed on a side of the second guide plate 323 away from the first guide plate 322, and the second heat sealing element 332 is connected to the first guide rail 32 and is substantially aligned with the same line.
In this embodiment, the end face film sealing mechanism 30 further includes a first pressing component 34 for limiting the upward tilting of the package box 50 wrapped with the film 40 in the movement, the first pressing component 34 includes two second supporting plates 341, a plurality of first adjusting transverse plates 342, a plurality of second fasteners 343 and two first pressing pieces 344, the two second supporting plates 341 are both mounted on the machine station 10, the two first guide rails 32 are located between the two second supporting plates 341, two ends of the first adjusting transverse plate 342 are respectively connected with the two second supporting plates 341, the first adjusting transverse plate 342 is provided with a plurality of adjusting holes 3421, the adjusting holes 3421 are both long-strip-shaped, the second fasteners 343 pass through the adjusting holes 3421 on the first adjusting transverse plate 342 and are connected with the first pressing pieces 344, the first pressing pieces 344 are located on one side of the first adjusting transverse plate 342 close to the first guide rails 32 to press against the top of the package box 50 wrapped with the film 40, and the first pressing piece 344 and the first guide plate 322 are spaced from each other, so that the film 40 on the packing box 50 wrapped with the film 40 can smoothly pass between the first guide plate 322 and the first pressing piece 344.
The end face film sealing mechanism 30 further includes a third heat sealing assembly 35 for performing thermoplastic molding on the top of the packaged package 50 again, the third heat sealing assembly 35 includes a third supporting plate 351, a tenth driving mechanism 352, a third electrothermal pressing member 353 and two first supporting columns 354, two ends of the third supporting plate 351 are fixed on the machine table 10 through the two first supporting columns 354, the third supporting plate 351 is spaced from the machine table 10 and is located on one side of the second heat sealing assembly 33 away from the first guide rail 32, the third supporting plate 351 is perpendicular to the first guide rail 32, the tenth driving mechanism 352 is fixed on the third supporting plate 351, and an output end of the tenth driving mechanism 352 penetrates through the third supporting plate 351 and is connected with the third electrothermal pressing member 353 to drive the third electrothermal pressing member 353 to lift and lower, so that the third electrothermal pressing member 353 presses against the top of the package 50.
The first guide rail 32 includes a first guide plate 322 and a second guide plate 323, the second guide plate 323 is located between the first guide plate 322 and the second heat-sealing assembly 33, the first guide plate 322, the second guide plate 323 and the second heat-sealing assembly 33 are all spaced apart, and the distance from the top of the second guide plate 323 facing one end of the first guide plate 322 to the machine 10 is greater than the distance from the top of the first guide plate 322 facing one end of the second guide plate 323 to the machine 10, so as to form a height difference, so that the film 40 on the package 50 wrapped with the film 40 will touch the second guide plate 323, and then the film 40 enters the film folding portion 321. The end of the second guiding plate 323 facing the first guiding plate 322 is provided with a first inclined surface 3231, the distance between the first inclined surface 3231 and the machine table 10 gradually decreases along the moving direction of the packing box 50, the end of the first guiding plate 322 facing the second guiding plate 323 is provided with a second inclined surface 3221, the distance between the second inclined surface 3221 and the surface of the machine table 10 gradually increases along the moving direction of the packing box 50, the first inclined surface 3231 and the second inclined surface 3221 are arranged at an interval and in parallel to form a film folding portion 321, and the film 40 is bent after entering the film folding portion 321 and is to be tightly attached to the packing box 50.
The distance between the two second heat-seal assemblies 33 is greater than or equal to the distance between the two first guide rails 32, the distance between the two second heat-seal assemblies 33 is greater than the width of the first cavity 12 in the two second heat-seal assemblies 33, and the distance between the two first guide rails 32 is greater than the width of the first cavity 12 in the two first guide rails 32, so that the package 50 wrapped with the film 40 can be placed on the machine table 10 and located between the two first guide rails 32 and the two second heat-seal assemblies 33.
Referring to fig. 11 to 12, the film wrapping machine further includes a film cutting mechanism 60, a second material pushing module 70, and two second guide rails 80 fixed on the machine 10, the machine 10 further has a second cavity 13 connected to the accommodating groove 11 and a film avoiding groove 14 for avoiding the film 40 and connected to the middle of the second cavity 13, the film cutting mechanism 60 includes a first fixing plate 61, a fifth driving mechanism, a second fixing plate 62, a cutter, and a cutter holder matched with the cutter, the first fixing plate 61 is fixed on the machine 10, the fifth driving mechanism is fixed on the first fixing plate 61, the second fixing plate 62 is spaced from the first fixing plate 61, the cutter and the cutter holder are fixed between the first fixing plate 61 and the second fixing plate 62, the cutter is connected to the output end of the fifth driving mechanism and can act on the cutter holder, the two second guide rails 80 are respectively located at two outer sides of the second cavity 13 along the length direction of the second cavity 13, one end of the second pushing module 70 is located in the second cavity 13, and the other end is located in the accommodating groove 11, so as to push the packaging box 50 wrapped with the film 40 between the two second guide rails 80 to the rotating tray 21.
The second guide rail 80 includes a third guide plate 81 and a fourth guide plate 82, the fourth guide plate 82 is located between the third guide plate 81 and the rotating tray 21, and the third guide plate 81 and the fourth guide plate 82 are respectively located at two outer sides of the film avoiding groove 14, a distance between the two third guide plates 81 is greater than a width of the second cavity 13, a distance between the two fourth guide plates 82 is also greater than a width of the second cavity 13, and the packing box 50 can move on the machine table 10 between the two third guide plates 81 and the two fourth guide plates 82.
The second pushing module 70 includes a sixth driving mechanism fixed on the machine station 10, two second chain transmission assemblies 71 connected to output ends of the sixth driving mechanism and rotatably mounted on the machine station 10, a plurality of cross bars 72 arranged at intervals, and a plurality of second pushing plates 73 mounted on the cross bars 72 for pushing the packaging boxes 50 wrapped with the films 40 between the two second guide rails 80 to the rotating tray 21, two ends of the cross bars 72 are respectively connected to the two second chain transmission assemblies 71, the second chain transmission assemblies 71 and the cross bars 72 are located in the second cavities 13, and portions of the second pushing plates 73 extend out of the second cavities 13. The second chain transmission assembly 71 includes a plurality of second chain wheels 711 and second chains 712 looped over the second chain wheels 711, wherein one of the second chain wheels 711 is connected to an output end of the sixth driving mechanism, and two ends of the cross bar 72 are respectively mounted on the two second chains 712.

The film wrapping machine further comprises a second pressing component 100, the packaging box 50 wrapped with the film 40 can smoothly enter the clamping groove 214 of the rotating tray 21, the second pressing component 100 comprises a second adjusting transverse plate 110, a second pressing piece 120, a plurality of third fasteners 130 and two second supporting columns 140, the two second supporting columns 140 are mounted on the machine table 10 and located on two outer sides of the two fourth guide plates 82, the two second supporting columns 140 are arranged on one side close to the rotating tray 21, two ends of the second adjusting transverse plate 110 are respectively connected with the two second supporting columns 140, the third fasteners 130 penetrate through the second adjusting transverse plate 110 and then are connected with the second pressing piece 120, and the second pressing piece 120 is located on one side, close to the second guide rail 80, of the second adjusting transverse plate 110 and presses against the top of the packaging box 50 wrapped with the film 40.
The film wrapping machine further comprises a material placing frame 200 for storing the packaging boxes 50, the material placing frame 200 comprises two fixing frames 210 which are spaced and respectively arranged on two outer sides of the second cavity 13, the packaging boxes 50 are stacked between the two fixing frames 210, one end, fixed with the machine table 10, of each fixing frame 210 is provided with a notch, and the two notches are oppositely arranged and form a material outlet for the second material pushing module 70 to push the packaging boxes 50 out of the material placing frame 200 in a surrounding mode.
The film wrapping machine further comprises a temperature control box 300 for controlling heating temperatures, the first heat-sealing assembly 22, the second heat-sealing assembly 33, the third heat-sealing assembly 35 and the fourth heat-sealing assembly 24 are electrically connected with the temperature control box 300, the first driving mechanism, the second driving mechanism, the third driving mechanism, the fifth driving mechanism, the sixth driving mechanism, the seventh driving mechanism, the eighth driving mechanism and the ninth driving mechanism are preferably motors, and the fourth driving mechanism 331 and the tenth driving mechanism 352 are preferably cylinders.
The working principle of the film coating machine is as follows:
the cylindrical film 40 is discharged by the film discharging mechanism 90, part of the film 40 extends into the film avoiding groove 14, the packing box 50 in the film discharging frame 200 is pushed to the lower part of the film cutting mechanism 60 from the discharge hole by the second material pushing module 70, the packing box 50 is positioned between the two third guide plates 81 and close to the film avoiding groove 14 at this time, the film 40 is cut by the cutter on the film cutting mechanism 60, meanwhile, the second material pushing module 70 pushes the packing box 50 into the cut film 40, so that the film 40 is wrapped on the packing box 50, the states of the film 40 and the packing box 50 are shown in figures 13 and 14, the second material pushing module 70 pushes the packing box 50 wrapped with the film 40 into one clamping groove 214 of the rotary tray 21 through the two fourth guide plates 82, the edge of the film 40 is exposed outside at this time, the states of the film 40 and the packing box 50 are shown in figure 15, the first driving mechanism is started, the packing box 50 wrapped with the film 40 moves to the lower part of the pressing plate 23, the eighth driving mechanism drives the pressing plate 23 to move, the pressing plate 23 presses and folds one side edge of the film 40 in the moving process, so that one side edge of the film 40 is opposite to the packaging box 50, at this time, the state of the film 40 and the packaging box 50 is as shown in fig. 16, then the pressing plate 23 is released again, the packaging box 50 wrapped with the film 40 continues to move to the lower side of the first electrothermal pressing member 221, the third driving mechanism drives the first electrothermal pressing member 221 to move, the first electrothermal pressing member 221 presses the other side edge of the film 40 in the moving process, meanwhile, the packaging box 50 wrapped with the film 40 is subjected to primary edge sealing and then released, at this time, the state of the film 40 and the packaging box 50 is as shown in fig. 17, the packaging box 50 wrapped with the film 40 continues to move to the lower side of the auxiliary heating plate 241, the ninth driving mechanism drives the auxiliary heating plate 241 to move, the auxiliary heating plate 241 performs edge sealing again on the side edge of the packaging, then, the film 40 and the package box 50 are loosened, at this time, the states of the film 40 and the package box 50 are still as shown in fig. 17, when the package box 50 with the edge sealed at the side edge runs to the position above the first pushing module 31, the first pushing module 31 pushes the package box 50 out of the clamping groove 214 and transfers the package box 50 to a position between the two first guide rails 32 of the machine station 10, and at this time, the states of the film 40 and the package box 50 are as shown in fig. 18; the film folding portions 321 of the two first guide rails 32 further fold the films 40 on the two end surfaces of the package 50, the states of the films 40 and the package 50 are shown in fig. 19, the package 50 wrapped with the films 40 is moved forward between the two second heat-seal assemblies 33, the two second heat-seal assemblies 33 can respectively perform thermoplastic shaping on the two end surfaces of the package 50 wrapped with the films 40, the two end faces of the packing box 50 wrapped with the film 40 are sealed, the packing box 50 wrapped with the film 40 is further moved forward to the lower side of the third electrothermal pressing member 353, the tenth driving mechanism 352 is started, the top of the packaged package 50 is thermoplastic-molded again, the third electrothermal pressing member 353 is released, the packaged package 50 can be taken out by hand, the packaging is completed, the state of the film 40 and the package 50 is still as shown in fig. 19, and the film 40 is folded in fig. 13 to 19 and is not required to be neat as shown in the figures.
In summary, the present invention can clamp the packaging box 50 wrapped with the film 40 on the rotating tray 21, and then, by the rotation of the rotating tray 21, the first heat-sealing assembly 22 seals the side edges of the packaging box 50 wrapped with the film 40, the middle portion of the first guide rail 32 is provided with the film folding portion 321, the packaging box 50 wrapped with the film 40 on the rotating tray 21 is pushed by the first pushing module 31, the film 40 on the two end surfaces of the packaging box 50 can be folded at the film folding portion 321, and then the two second heat-sealing assemblies 33 can respectively perform thermoplastic molding on the two end surfaces thereof to complete the sealing of the two end surfaces, so as to package the packaging box 50 wrapped with the film 40, thereby avoiding the hand scalding.

Claims (10)

1. The film wrapping machine according to claim 1, wherein the side film sealing mechanism further comprises a fifth driving mechanism installed on the machine table and a pressing plate connected with an output end of the fifth driving mechanism, the pressing plate is located above the rotating tray and located on a side of the first heat-sealing assembly away from the first guide rail.

The film wrapping machine according to claim 1, wherein the first guide rail comprises a first guide plate and a second guide plate, the second guide plate is located between the first guide plate and the second heat-sealing assembly, the distance between the top of the second guide plate facing one end of the first guide plate and the machine table is greater than the distance between the top of the first guide plate facing one end of the second guide plate and the machine table, a first inclined plane is arranged at one end of the second guide plate facing the first guide plate, the distance between the first inclined plane and the machine table is gradually reduced along the running direction of the packaging box, a second inclined plane is arranged at one end of the first guide plate facing the second guide plate, and the first inclined plane and the second inclined plane are spaced and arranged in parallel to form the film folding portion.
