Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of grinding wheels, in particular to a grinding wheel with a coating and a preparation method thereof. The invention improves the strength and rigidity of the grinding wheel, ensures good easy-to-grind performance, prevents the grinding wheel from being burnt or scratched caused by the contact of a base body and a workpiece when the grinding wheel is used for quick grinding, greatly prolongs the service life, and meets the requirement of side grinding.

The metal bond has the characteristics of high bonding capacity, good fluidity, good forming effect, good heat conducting property and the like, is widely applied to brittle materials and high-precision machining processes, and is coated on the surface of a grinding wheel to improve the wear resistance of the grinding wheel in order to prolong the service life of the grinding wheel.
