In the embodiment of the application, an application program can be opened through the OpenURL of the system, and parameters can be transmitted, and the URL Scheme must be capable of uniquely identifying an application. In addition, the applications in the embodiment of the application can communicate with each other through a Scheme protocol.
And (3) authority management: the method is the authority control capability provided by the online collaboration document of the instant messaging software, can control the members of the document allowed to collaboratively edit and check, and provides authority control modes such as temporary access of all members, designated members and external enterprise members of the enterprise; in the embodiment of the application, when a user issues an online document announcement, forwards (shares) the online document announcement, or updates the online document announcement, the user can perform authority management on the online document announcement, and designate or update members which can allow collaborative editing and viewing.
Collaborators and administrators: the collaborators refer to members with document editing authority, and after the document is opened, the collaborators participate in editing to become one of the collaborators of the document, so that the collaborators can display the collaborative editing record. The administrator refers to a super administrator of the instant messaging software, can have all the capabilities of managing the enterprise by the instant messaging software, and provides management views of a web management background and a mobile terminal to manage the enterprise. In the related art, the group advertisement can be edited only by a group owner or administrator, and the group advertisement in the related art is not editable in multiple collaborations, so that there is no collaborator. However, the online document announcement in the embodiment of the present application is an online document that can be edited by multiple persons in coordination, and thus there may be multiple collaborators editing the announcement in coordination.
OT (operation transform, operational transformation): the method is applied to the field of collaborative editing. Taking the collaborative editing as an example, the OT may understand that when a user inputs a character, it happens that other users are also inputting the character, and a conflict is generated, and at this time, the input operation of the user needs to be converted once to deal with the editing conflict between the user and other users. Because the online document bulletin in the embodiment of the application can be edited by multiple persons in a coordinated manner, when the content at the same position in the online document bulletin is edited by multiple persons at the same time, the OT algorithm can be adopted to merge the operation, so that errors caused by operation conflicts are avoided.
The following briefly introduces the design concept of the embodiments of the present application:
in practical application, various contents are required to be abundantly displayed in the group announcement to cooperatively follow up with IM (instant messaging) generation linkage, and by creating richer capability in the group announcement, such as to-do, documents, cloud disc files or @ certain member to take charge of something, the pushing of richer important information in the group management process can be realized, so that the information is not interfered by messages in the group, and the important information is easier to trace back and view.
However, the group announcement display in the related art only has a text or common link format display, can only meet the application of partial scenes, has limited announcement notification capability, and cannot meet the requirement of important notifications of complex information amount or files and documents; moreover, after the amount of information is large, the viewing and backtracking of the members in the group are not facilitated, and the group announcement pushing capability based on the capabilities of documents, files and the like cannot be realized.
In view of this, the present application provides a method and an apparatus for processing an online document bulletin, an electronic device, and a storage medium. Because the group announcement in the embodiment of the application is the online document group announcement, namely the online document which can be edited by multiple persons in a collaborative manner, pictures, documents, links, files and the like can be added into the online document, so that various contents are shown in the group announcement in a very rich manner to collaboratively follow up and generate linkage with instant messaging, and a richer application scene of the group announcement can be realized by combining the communication capability of instant messaging software. In addition, the application provides the group announcement in the form of the online document, so that the user can further edit the group announcement besides checking the group announcement in the group, important information can be traced back and checked more easily, and the effective utilization rate of announcement content transmission is improved.
The preferred embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the specification, it should be understood that the preferred embodiments described herein are merely for illustrating and explaining the present application, and are not intended to limit the present application, and that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario in the embodiment of the present application. The application scene graph includes two terminal devices 110 and a server 130, and the application operation interface 120 can be logged in through the terminal devices 110. The terminal device 110 and the server 130 can communicate with each other through a communication network.
In the embodiment of the present application, the application operation interface 120 may be a group announcement publishing page, an editing page, a forwarding interface, a message interface, and the like. In an alternative embodiment, the communication network is a wired network or a wireless network. The terminal device 110 and the server 130 may be directly or indirectly connected through wired or wireless communication, and the application is not limited herein. For example, sending a viewing request, an editing request, and the like to the server 130 by the terminal device 110, and feeding back announcement information and the like to the terminal device by the server 130 belong to communication between the terminal device 110 and the server 130, which are not listed here.
In this embodiment, the terminal device 110 is an electronic device used by a user, and the electronic device may be a computer device having a certain computing capability and running instant messaging software and a website or social contact software and a website, such as a personal computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook, an e-book reader, a smart home, and the like. Each terminal device 110 and the server 130 are connected via a wireless Network, and the server 130 may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing basic cloud computing services such as a cloud service, a cloud database, cloud computing, a cloud function, cloud storage, a Network service, cloud communication, a middleware service, a domain name service, a security service, a CDN (Content Delivery Network), a big data and an artificial intelligence platform.
Each terminal device can be installed with an instant messaging application, the instant messaging application related to the embodiment of the application can be a software client, a webpage client, an applet client and the like, the server is an application server corresponding to the software client, the webpage client, the applet client and the like, and specific types of the client are not limited.
In the embodiment of the application, the group announcement is published as the online document announcement, and various contents are displayed very abundantly based on the online document announcement to cooperatively follow up and link with IM, so that the IM communication capability of instant messaging software can be combined, and richer application scenes of the group announcement are realized.
In addition, by creating richer capabilities such as the capability of a certain member to be responsible for something in the online document bulletin, such as the to-do, the online document, the cloud disk file or the @ certain member, the pushing of richer important information can be realized in the group management process, the interference of the information in the group can be avoided, and the important information can be traced and checked more easily.
The following will describe in detail a processing method of an online document announcement in an embodiment of the present application:
referring to fig. 2, an implementation flow chart of a first method for processing an online document announcement provided in the embodiment of the present application is applied to an instant messaging client, and a specific implementation flow of the method is as follows:
step S21: responding to the viewing operation of a message entrance of an online document bulletin displayed in a message interface aiming at a target group, displaying an editing page of the online document bulletin, wherein bulletin information of the online document bulletin is displayed in the editing page, the online document bulletin is created by an instant messaging server according to a group bulletin creating instruction input by a group member in the target group through a group bulletin publishing page on an instant messaging client, and the online document bulletin is an online document which can be edited by multiple persons in a coordinated manner;
the online document advertisement is created by a group member having an creation authority in a target group, and generally, it may be default that any one group member in the target group has the creation authority, rather than only a group owner or an administrator has the creation authority, and certainly, the target group member may also be set to have the creation authority, which is not limited specifically herein.
It should be noted that the group advertisement in the embodiment of the present application is an online document that can be edited by multiple persons, so that only the group owner or the group administrator has the right to view or edit, but all group members in the target group can view and edit the online document advertisement by default. In addition, the user can further set members with editing rights. That is, in the embodiments of the present application, any group member may create an online document and edit an online document advertisement. Optionally, it may be further limited that a specific member has an issuing right, and only group members set with viewing or editing rights have a corresponding right.
Referring to fig. 3A, which is a schematic diagram illustrating a message entry of an online document advertisement in a message interface of a target group in the embodiment of the present application, it can be seen that a message card of the group advertisement, that is, the message entry of the online document advertisement in the embodiment of the present application, is displayed in a current message interface, and when a user clicks the message entry, the user can jump to a page shown in fig. 3B.
It should be noted that the group advertisement entry in the form of the message card shown in fig. 3A is merely an example, and may also be in the form of a popup window, and when the user clicks the popup window, the user may jump to the edit page shown in fig. 3B. Alternatively, the message entry may be a tool button or the like displayed at a certain position (e.g., the bottom) of the message interface, and when the user clicks the tool button, the user can view the list of the group publications published in the target group, and when the user selects a target online document publication in the list and clicks the view, the user can jump to the edit page shown in fig. 3B. The edit page is located in a designated area in the message interface, for example, as shown in the rightmost side of the interface in fig. 3B, or may be displayed in the form of a web page view, a floating layer, or the like, which is not specifically limited herein, and the following description is given by taking the designated area as an example.
Step S22: and in response to the first editing operation aiming at the online document bulletin, updating the displayed online document bulletin according to the first editing operation.
Referring to fig. 3B, which is a schematic diagram of an editing page of an online document advertisement according to an embodiment of the present application, when a user clicks an "edit" button, the online document advertisement may be modified, for example, a certain sentence is displayed in bold, a certain sentence is inserted, a picture is inserted, a file (link) is added, and the like.
Optionally, because the online document announcement in the embodiment of the application may be edited by multiple persons in a collaborative manner, when multiple target objects edit the online document announcement in a collaborative manner, the identity information of each target object and the document information edited by each target object editing the online document announcement currently are displayed in the designated area.
For example, a user may see a list of collaborators that are currently on-line with the document, and each line on the left side of the document may also show information about the editors of each line of the document. It should be noted, however, that a document will not be displayed when only one person edits the document.
In addition, when there are multiple target objects to edit cooperatively, the online document bulletin needs to be updated and displayed according to the current editing operation of each target object. The plurality of target objects here refer to a plurality of second target objects, i.e., group members having editing rights in the target group. Specifically, when the online document announcement is updated and displayed, a new announcement may be reissued in the target group, or a message card displayed in a message interface of the target group may be directly updated, and the message card directly displays updated content, or displays a prompt message that "a certain member updates the online document announcement 1 at a certain time", and the like, which is not specifically limited herein.
Optionally, if the editing operations of at least two target objects are directed to the content at the same position in the online document advertisement, the online document advertisement needs to be merged, updated and displayed according to the editing operations of at least two target objects.
Specifically, after receiving a content change message sent by the instant messaging server and addressed to the online document bulletin opened by the user, because the content of the online document bulletin exists in the form of an instruction set, if there is an operation conflict between different people for the online document bulletin at the same position, a merging algorithm (OT algorithm) of the instruction set (for a description of the instruction, see the detailed description below) is triggered, and the online document bulletin content after the conflict is merged is rendered to the user.
For example, different users modify the same character string in the online document announcement through different terminals, and at this time, the operation can be adjusted according to different operation sequences, so as to maintain the consistency of the online document announcement content in different terminals. Of course, the OT algorithm listed in the embodiments of the present application is only an example, and any method having the same synergistic effect is applicable to the embodiments of the present application.
In addition, merging of operation conflicts can be achieved based on the OT algorithm in general, but occasionally conflicts that cannot be merged exist, and at this time, prompt information that conflicts exist in current editing operations needs to be displayed to at least two target objects, for example, prompt a user that version conflicts exist, a part of content needs to be abandoned, or content with conflicts needs to be merged manually, and the like.
For example, because a network of a user is disconnected, the version of the online document announcement of the user is too late, but in reality, the online document announcement has been modified many times, and the content pushed by the instant messaging server needs to be discarded or merged manually by the user.

S43: when responding to the operation of issuing the announcement information to be issued by a first target object in the target group, displaying the selection operation of issuing the announcement information as a non-online document or an online document;
the first target object is a group member with the authority of issuing the online document in the target group; that is, a group member with an authority to issue an online document may be further configured, when a group member in the target group issues an online document announcement, it needs to first determine whether the group member has an issuing authority, and if the group member has the issuing authority, if the group member selects to issue the online document, step S44 may be triggered; if the selected publication is in the non-online document, the group member is directly published without judging whether the group member has the publication authority.
For example, when the user (referring to the first target object) clicks "publish" in the upper right corner of fig. 5B, the publishing operation for publishing the to-be-published advertisement information may be triggered, the page shown in fig. 5C is displayed, the selection prompt of the advertisement publishing type is displayed in the form of a popup window, and the user may select to publish as the non-online document or as the online document.
S44: and responding to the confirmation operation that the first target object publishes the notice information to be published as the online document notice, and publishing the notice information to be published as the online document notice.
For example, when the user selects "2. online document" shown in fig. 5C, the confirmation operation of publishing the to-be-published notice information as the online document notice may be triggered, the to-be-published notice information is published as the online document notice, and the message entry of the online document notice is displayed in the message interface. And buttons of 'confirm' and 'cancel' can be further set, when the user clicks the 'confirm', the publishing operation of publishing the notice information to be published as the online document notice is triggered, and the message inlet of the online document notice is displayed in the message interface so as to avoid misoperation of the user.
Wherein, the message entrance is returned after the instant communication server creates the online document announcement according to the announcement information to be issued. In the embodiment of the application, when a group announcement creating instruction input by any group member in a target group through a group announcement publishing page on an instant messaging client, the creating instruction can be sent to an instant messaging server, the instant messaging server creates an online document group announcement and generates an announcement identifier of the online document announcement; and when the instant messaging server receives a second editing request of the edited notice information aiming at the online document notice, acquiring the edited notice information to be issued, and associating the notice information to be issued with the notice identification. In addition, the instant communication server can also create an online document announcement according to the announcement information to be issued and return a message inlet of the online document announcement to the instant communication client of the group member triggering the creation instruction, so that the instant communication client of the group member displays the message inlet of the online document announcement in a message interface
It should be noted that the selection prompt shown in fig. 5C is also only an example, and the pop-up window may be a floating layer or a new interface, and the like, which is not limited herein.
According to the embodiment, after the group announcement is created, a card message can be actively pushed to the group, or a card can be pushed after someone modifies the group announcement, so that important information can be known in the group in time; in addition, better experience of viewing the group announcements can be obtained through desktop-side apps of the instant messaging software, and associated documents, cloud disk files and the like in the group announcements can be conveniently viewed. The method and the device support inserting of different contents and simple typesetting in the group announcements by improving editing capacity of the group announcements. Application scenarios and capabilities of group announcements are enhanced by support for rich text capabilities.
Although the group advertisement mainly introduced in the embodiment of the present application refers to an online document advertisement, the embodiment of the present application actually retains the implementation function of the non-online document group advertisement in the related art, that is, the implementation function is implemented by the selection prompt in step S43, and when the user selects "1. non-online document", the non-online document advertisement, that is, the common group advertisement in the related art, that is, the group advertisement can only be viewed, and cannot be edited and forwarded by the members in the group, can be published.
Optionally, when the user performs the second editing operation, the user may further set the operation authority of the group member in the target group, and in this manner, the second editing operation further includes an operation of setting the first authority information. The first authority information includes but is not limited to one or all of the following:
first group member information with viewing permissions set for online document announcements; and second group member information having an editing right set for the online document advertisement.
That is, before the user publishes the online document announcement to the target group, the user needs to further set the viewing authority or the editing authority of each group member in the target group. Based on the setting of the user, the information of a group of group members having the viewing right of the online document advertisement or the information of a group of group members having the editing right of the online document advertisement can be acquired, and the information may include one or more group members.
For example, fig. 6A is a schematic diagram of a group advertisement issue page in an embodiment of the present application. When the user clicks the publication at the upper right corner, a popup window as shown in fig. 6A can be popped up, the popup window is displayed and published to a target group with the group name of a certain design group, 10 group members exist in the group, and the user can click a button of 'viewing permission' or 'editing permission', so that the group members in the target group can be selected and the viewing permission or the editing permission can be set.
Fig. 6B is a schematic diagram of a setting method of first permission information in the embodiment of the present application. As can be seen from the figure, the user selects 4 group members with viewing right, namely small plum, small dune, small white and ice lolly. The same is true when the user sets the editing right, but generally, the member having the editing right also has the viewing right.
For example, before publishing the online document announcement to the target group, the user may select some or all members from the target group and set viewing permissions for the members, and further, may select some or all members from the members having viewing permissions and set editing permissions for the members.
In the embodiment of the application, after the user sets the first authority information, the instant messaging client needs to send the first authority information aiming at the online document announcement and the announcement identifier of the online document announcement to the instant messaging server, and the instant messaging server stores the first authority information and the announcement identifier of the online document announcement in an associated manner and forwards the first authority information and the announcement identifier to the online document server. After receiving the first authority information aiming at the online document bulletin and the bulletin identification of the online document bulletin, which are sent by the instant messaging server, the online document server stores the first authority information and the bulletin identification of the online document bulletin in a correlation mode.
For example, the online document announcement is identified as docid1, and in the first rights information: the number of the group members with the viewing authority is four, namely a user A, a user B, a user C and a user D, and the number of the group members with the editing authority is three, namely the user A, the user B and the user C.
The following describes in detail the process of opening group announcements, viewing and editing online document announcements by users in instant messaging software:
when a group notice is created in instant messaging software, a client uses the current instant messaging software to log in user identity and a roomID (room identifier, namely a group identifier) of a group, and exchanges an identity bill (docsid, docsky) for the online document notice to a background server (referring to the instant messaging server), wherein docsid marks the identity of a current user, docsky is used for marking a time range and marking the time when the user identity is legal, docsky is matched with docsy for authentication and is used for marking the validity period and authority information of the online document notice, docsid is brought into a URL of the online document notice, docsky is sensitive information which is planted into a cookie (data stored on a local terminal by a user) of a domain where a current domain name is located, and then web view (webpage view) is started to open the address access of the online document notice.
After receiving a request for viewing an online document announcement, a nodjs server (an online document server in the embodiment of the present application) in online collaboration first obtains docsid (which marks the identity of a current user), dockey, and docid (an announcement identifier of the online document announcement) from a URL and a cookie, and is used to check authentication logics such as whether a login state of the current user is valid, whether an authority to view the online document announcement exists, and the like.
If the identity verification is successful, the Node server pulls the relevant data (including the information of the current collaborator, the information of the online document announcement, the authority configuration and the like) of the online document announcement to the bottom background server, and returns the data to the webview for rendering and displaying.
That is to say, in the embodiment of the present application, when a user requests to view a certain online document announcement, the instant messaging client that the user logs in sends a viewing request for the online document announcement displayed in the message interface of the target group to the online document server, and after receiving the viewing request, the online document server needs to forward the viewing request to the instant messaging server, so as to obtain and feed back corresponding announcement information from the instant messaging server. The specific process is as follows:
after receiving a viewing request of a second target object for the online document bulletin, the online document server analyzes whether the target object has a viewing right according to the login identity information of the second target object, and forwards the viewing request to the instant messaging server when the target object (the first target object) has the viewing right. Wherein the second target object is a group member in the target group.
When analyzing whether the target object has the viewing right according to the login identity information of the target object, the viewing request mainly refers to whether the target object is a group member which is stored in association with the announcement identifier of the online document announcement and has the viewing right or the editing right. For example, if the target object is the user a, it indicates that the object has the viewing right, and the viewing request may be forwarded to the instant messaging server, i.e., the background server in the foregoing.
In the embodiment of the application, the instant messaging server also stores the announcement identifier and the related announcement information in an associated manner, so that the instant messaging server can acquire the announcement information associated with the online document announcement and feed the announcement information back to the online document server according to the announcement identifier in the viewing request after receiving the viewing request of the online document announcement displayed in the message interface aiming at the target group forwarded by the online document server. Further, the instant messenger server forwards the announcement information to the instant messenger client registered by the second target object, and the instant messenger client displays an edit page of the online document announcement in a designated area in the message interface of the target group, in which the announcement information of the online document announcement is displayed, for example, as shown in fig. 3B, the designated area is shown on the right side of the interface.
That is, in the embodiment of the present application, the viewing process instant messaging client establishes a short link with the online document server, and the editing process instant messaging client directly establishes a long link with the instant messaging server. After the webview opened by the user opens the online document bulletin, the identity authentication is passed and a long link service (WebSocket, a full duplex communication protocol) is initiated to establish a long link with the background server, so that the long link is used for the communication of data such as content update, permission update notification and the like of the online document bulletin in the cooperation process; in the process of operating the online document bulletin by a user, the operation behavior in the editor triggers message notification of the long-link service every time, data of the online document bulletin are updated to the background for storage in real time, and meanwhile, the background can notify other people of the change or authority notification logic of the online document bulletin in the cooperation process in real time.
Specifically, when the instant messaging client logged in by the second target object responds to the editing operation for the online document bulletin, an editing request for the online document bulletin is sent to the instant messaging server, after the instant messaging server receives the editing request for the online document bulletin, the authority of the second target object is checked, then the online document bulletin is updated according to the change information in the editing request, and the updated online document bulletin is notified to the instant messaging clients logged in other group members collaboratively edited in the target group, so that the instant messaging clients logged in by the group members collaboratively edited are respectively displayed.
That is, before the instant messaging client updates the online document announcement according to the change information in the editing request, it is necessary to analyze whether the second target object has the editing right or not according to the login identity information of the second target object, and when the second target object has the editing right, update the online document announcement according to the change information in the editing request, and notify the updated online document announcement to the instant messaging clients logged in by other group members collaboratively edited in the target group, so that the instant messaging clients logged in by the group members collaboratively edited are respectively displayed.
For example, the second target object is user a, and the other group members collaboratively edited are user B and user C, the instant messaging client logged in by user a further needs to notify the change information edited by user a to the instant messaging clients logged in by user B and user C through the instant messaging server, similarly, the change information edited by user B is also notified to the instant messaging clients logged in by user a and user C through the instant messaging server, and the change information edited by user C is also notified to the instant messaging clients logged in by user a and user B through the instant messaging server.
It should be noted that the online document announcement in the embodiment of the present application is implemented based on the capability of the online document. The group roomID is used as the unique id of the announcement document to be established, each group can be allocated with a unique identifier for storing announcement data, when the group announcement is established for the group in the group session in the instant messaging software, a document can be established based on the roomID of the group, the document cannot appear in a document list, and only the opening of a card in the group announcement or in the group is supported. Based on the processing method of the online document bulletin in the embodiment of the application, various contents can be abundantly displayed in the group bulletin to cooperatively follow up and link with IM, and richer application scenes of the group bulletin can be realized by combining the IM communication capability of instant messaging software; by creating richer capabilities such as to-do, documents, microdisk files or @ a certain member in the group announcement to be responsible for a certain event, the pushing of richer important information can be realized in the group management process without being interfered by messages in the group, so that the important information is easier to backtrack and view.
It should be noted that the user may not set the first permission information when publishing the online document advertisement, in this manner, all group members in the target group have a permission to view or edit the online document advertisement, and if the first permission information is set before the user publishes the online document advertisement, the user needs to be further checked before the user requests to view or edit the online document advertisement, so as to determine whether the user has a corresponding permission, which is specifically referred to the above embodiment.
Optionally, the advertisement information to be published includes advertisement text information input in the group advertisement publishing page and a group advertisement associated file associated with the advertisement text information and added in the online document advertisement; when the edit page displays the announcement information, the announcement text information and the file identifier (file name or title, etc. may also be displayed) of the group announcement associated file are mainly displayed, as shown in fig. 3B, "support new creation-1 xxx", and "support new creation-2 xxx".

That is to say, the documents and files added in the online document bulletin in the embodiment of the present application are based on the cloud disk and the files already added in the online document. The basic flow of adding documents in the cloud disk is mainly described below with reference to fig. 7:
in the embodiment of the application, the cloud disk is an independent application of online file storage provided by instant messaging software, and can meet the requirement of cloud storage of employees among enterprises for providing an extensible cloud storage space. The user a may have a variety of ways to add the cloud disk file in the instant messaging software, for example, selecting from a document card, a document more menu, or a way to add a cloud disk (file), which all belong to the sources of the cloud disk file listed in the embodiments of the present application. When a file is added to a cloud disk, the cloud disk firstly needs to receive an event, namely after the event of adding the cloud disk file is received, a cloud disk index is created, and the index specifically comprises type, docid, a cloud disk file ID, file owner information, file authority information and the like. The type refers to the type of the cloud disk file, such as word, PPT, PDF, excel, and the like, the docid refers to the unique identifier of the cloud disk file, and the cloud disk file ID is used to identify the type of the cloud disk file.
And then, performing event interaction between the instant messaging software and the cloud disk, specifically, performing Scheme communication between the instant messaging software and the cloud disk, wherein the specific communication comprises interactive interface definition, parameter convention (such as which documents and document names, and the like), interface interaction logic processing, and the like.
After the Scheme communication is carried out, the interaction response between the instant messaging software and the cloud disk is obtained, and the interaction comprises the interaction of opening a document card, opening the cloud disk, calling a file disk in a document, saving the file disk to the cloud disk and the like, and the interaction of files linked to the cloud disk.
In addition, after the cloud disk file index is created in the cloud disk, the cloud disk file index is stored in the background server, the microdisk list is updated, specifically, the list data is updated, the updating synchronization state is edited, and the like, and finally, a user B which can share the cloud disk with the user A in the instant messaging software is notified.

picture type (one):
the uploading process of the picture file is that after a user selects a picture, an instant messaging App uploads the picture to a CDN and changes the picture back to a fileID (file identifier) of the file, the fileID of the file can be used for changing a browsing URL of the picture, the URL is valid within 2 hours, an instruction interface of the write-in content of the micro-file is informed after uploading is completed, the file is written in the file and a changeset changing instruction is generated, the changeset instruction can describe the fileID of the picture, and the picture stream data used for rendering can be triggered and changed back by using the fileID after the instruction is incorporated into the file.
(II) link type:
the method comprises the following steps that a link is added in a group announcement in a copying and pasting mode, a pasting instruction can be monitored in a document, the content is structured into a link type after the pasted content is identified as the link, a changeset instruction is generated at the same time, the changeset instruction is written into the document and triggers rendering logic, and the changeset instruction is generated and displayed in the document; the other is a link presented in the list that is manually entered by the user or selected based on a selection button.
(III) document type:
other documents are added in the bulletin, the technical scheme of the addition is similar to that of the link, only after the domain name and path (path) characteristics of the link are judged, the type of the document is found, the link is structured into the link type of one document, and the technical realization of clicking to open the other document is supported, namely the technical realization of opening the group bulletin associated files in the form of online documents in the online document bulletin is supported.

In addition, when the user forwards the online document bulletin, the user can also check or set the operation authority of the receiving object, and the instant messaging client responds to the forwarding operation of forwarding the online document bulletin to the receiving object and displays a forwarding interface; and then, the user sets the authority for the receiving object on the forwarding interface, and the instant messaging client responds to the authority setting operation for the online document bulletin triggered by the forwarding interface, obtains second authority information for the receiving object and forwards the online document bulletin to the receiving object.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a forwarding interface according to an embodiment of the present application. When the user selects to forward the online document bulletin to the X group, the user can select to set viewing authority and editing authority. Specifically, when the user clicks the viewing right or the editing right, a setting interface similar to that shown in fig. 6B may be displayed. The right to receive the object is set by the user. Second rights information for the receiving object may then be generated, where the second rights information also includes, but is not limited to, one or all of the following: a first group of receiving object information having viewing rights set for the online document bulletin; the second group having the editing right set for the online document bulletin receives the object information.
Optionally, when receiving a permission setting request for the online document advertisement triggered by the instant messaging client through the forwarding interface, the instant messaging server obtains second permission information set for the received object and an advertisement identifier of the online document advertisement, and stores the second permission information in association with the advertisement identifier of the online document advertisement. In addition, the instant messaging client can also forward the second authority information and the notice identification to the online document server. And when the online document server receives second authority information aiming at the online document bulletin and the bulletin mark of the online document bulletin, which are sent by the instant messaging server, the second authority information and the bulletin mark of the online document bulletin are stored in an associated way. In the embodiment of the application, when the receiving object views the online document announcement, the instant messaging client which receives the login of the receiving object responds to the viewing operation of the receiving object for the online document announcement, and when the receiving object has the viewing right for the online document announcement, the online document announcement is shown to the receiving object in the specified area in the message interface of the receiving object. The process of judging the viewing permission of the received object is similar to the process of judging the viewing permission of the enumerated target object, and is also judged based on the second permission information, and the process specifically comprises the following processes, and repeated parts are not repeated:
specifically, when the instant messaging client which receives the object login responds to the checking operation of the receiving object for the online document bulletin, the instant messaging client which receives the object login also sends a checking request to the online document server, the online document server analyzes whether the receiving object has checking authority or not according to the login identity information of the receiving object after receiving the checking request of the receiving object for the online document bulletin, and when the receiving object has the checking authority, the checking request is forwarded to the instant messaging server, the instant messaging server inquires related bulletin information and returns the related bulletin information to the online document server, the online document server returns the related bulletin information to the instant messaging client which receives the object login, and the instant messaging client which receives the object login displays the receiving object.
Referring to fig. 9A, it shows a schematic diagram of a message interface of an X group after forwarding the online document bulletin to the X group, when the user X clicks to check the online document bulletin in the message interface of the group, the online document server first needs to verify whether the user X has a checking right, and when the user X has the checking right, the online document server can obtain corresponding bulletin information from the instant messaging server and feed back the corresponding bulletin information; when the user X does not have the viewing right, a prompt needs to be given to the user X, as shown in fig. 9B, the user is prompted to have no viewing right, and then the editing page cannot be displayed to the user.

a forwarding unit 1401, configured to forward, after receiving a viewing request for an online document advertisement displayed in a message interface for a target group, the viewing request to an instant messaging server, so that the instant messaging server queries advertisement information associated with an advertisement identifier according to the advertisement identifier of the online document advertisement in the viewing request, where the online document advertisement is created by the instant messaging server according to a group advertisement creation instruction input by a group member in the target group through a group advertisement publishing page on an instant messaging client, the online document advertisement is an online document that can be edited by multiple persons in a collaborative manner, and the online document advertisement is an online document that can be edited by multiple persons in a collaborative manner;

the feedback unit 1501 is configured to receive a viewing request of an online document announcement displayed in a message interface for a target group forwarded by an online document server, and then feed back announcement information associated with an announcement identifier of the online document announcement to the online document server, so that the online document server forwards the announcement information to a requester, and the requester displays an edit page of the online document announcement, where the edit page displays announcement information of the online document announcement, and the online document announcement is created by an instant messaging server according to a group announcement creation instruction input by a group announcement publishing page on an instant messaging client of a group member in the target group, and is an online document editable by multiple persons in a collaborative manner;

Optionally, the advertisement information to be published includes advertisement text information input in the group advertisement publishing page and a group advertisement associated file associated with the advertisement text information and added in the online document advertisement; the feedback unit 1501 is specifically configured to:
feeding back announcement text information associated with the announcement identifier of the online document announcement and a file identifier of the group announcement associated file to the online document server, and feeding back the announcement text information and the file identifier of the group announcement associated file to the requester by the online document server so that the requester displays the announcement information of the online document announcement to a target object in a specified area in a message interface, and editing a page to display the announcement text information and the file identifier of the group announcement associated file;
after receiving a viewing request aiming at the group announcement associated file, according to the file identification of the group announcement associated file contained in the viewing request, acquiring the address information of the group announcement associated file, feeding the address information back to the online document server, and feeding the address information back to the requesting party by the online document server, so that the requesting party can acquire and display the file content of the group announcement associated file according to the address information.
For convenience of description, the above parts are separately described as modules (or units) according to functional division. Of course, the functionality of the various modules (or units) may be implemented in the same one or more pieces of software or hardware when implementing the present application.
Having described the processing method and apparatus for online document publications of exemplary embodiments of the present application, an electronic device according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application is next described.
The electronic equipment is based on the same inventive concept as the method embodiment, and the embodiment of the application also provides the electronic equipment. The electronic device may be used for transfer control of resource objects. In one embodiment, the electronic device may be a server, such as server 130 shown in FIG. 1. In this embodiment, the electronic device may be configured as shown in fig. 16, and includes a memory 1601, a communication module 1603 and one or more processors 1602.
A memory 1601 for storing computer programs executed by the processor 1602. The memory 1601 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, where the storage program area may store an operating system, a program required for running an instant messaging function, and the like; the storage data area can store various instant messaging information, operation instruction sets and the like.
The memory 1601 may be a volatile memory (volatile memory), such as a random-access memory (RAM); the memory 1601 may also be a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as a read-only memory (rom), a flash memory (flash memory), a hard disk (HDD) or a solid-state drive (SSD); or memory 1601 is any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to such. The memory 1601 may be a combination of the above.
The processor 1602, may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs), a digital processing unit, and the like. A processor 1602, for implementing the above-mentioned processing method of the online document bulletin when calling the computer program stored in the memory 1601.
The communication module 1603 is used for communicating with terminal equipment and other servers.
The embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific connection medium among the memory 1601, the communication module 1603, and the processor 1602. In fig. 16, the memory 1601 and the processor 1602 are connected by a bus 1604, the bus 1604 is represented by a thick line in fig. 16, and the connection manner between other components is merely illustrative and not limited. The bus 1604 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and so on. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 16, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus.
The memory 1601 stores therein a computer storage medium having stored therein computer-executable instructions for implementing the method for processing an online document publication according to the embodiment of the present application. The processor 1602 is configured to execute the above-mentioned processing method of the online document advertisement, as shown in fig. 10 or fig. 11.
In another embodiment, the electronic device may also be other electronic devices, such as the terminal device 110 shown in fig. 1. In this embodiment, the structure of the electronic device may be as shown in fig. 17, including: communication component 1710, memory 1720, display unit 1730, camera 1740, sensors 1750, audio circuitry 1760, bluetooth module 1770, processor 1780, and the like.
The communication component 1710 is for communicating with a server. In some embodiments, a WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) module may be included, the WiFi module belongs to a short-distance Wireless transmission technology, and the electronic device may help the user to send and receive information through the WiFi module.
Memory 1720 may be used to store software programs and data. The processor 1780 performs various functions of the terminal device 110 and data processing by executing software programs or data stored in the memory 1720. The memory 1720 may include high-speed random access memory and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid-state storage device. The memory 1720 stores an operating system that enables the terminal device 110 to operate. The memory 1720 may store an operating system and various application programs, and may also store codes for executing the processing method of the online document bulletin according to the embodiment of the present application.
The display unit 1730 may also be used to display a Graphical User Interface (GUI) of information input by the user or information provided to the user and various menus of the terminal device 110. Specifically, the display unit 1730 may include a display screen 1732 provided on the front surface of the terminal device 110. The display screen 1732 may be configured in the form of a liquid crystal display, a light emitting diode, or the like. The display unit 1730 may be used to display a game screen of an online game in the embodiment of the present application.
The display unit 1730 may also be used to receive input numeric or character information, generate signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the terminal device 110, and particularly, the display unit 1730 may include a touch screen 1731 disposed on a front surface of the terminal device 110, and may collect touch operations of a user thereon or nearby, such as clicking a button, dragging a scroll box, and the like.
The touch screen 1731 may cover the display screen 1732, or the touch screen 1731 and the display screen 1732 may be integrated to implement the input and output functions of the terminal device 110, and after the integration, the touch screen may be referred to as a touch display screen for short. The display unit 1730 in this application may display the application programs and the corresponding operation steps.
The camera 1740 may be used to capture still images, and the user may send the images captured by the camera 1740 to the user of the chat correspondent through the online game client. The number of the cameras 1740 may be one or plural. The object generates an optical image through the lens and projects the optical image to the photosensitive element. The photosensitive element may be a Charge Coupled Device (CCD) or a complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) phototransistor. The light sensing elements convert the light signals into electrical signals which are then passed to a processor 1780 for conversion into digital image signals.
The terminal device may further comprise at least one sensor 1750, such as an acceleration sensor 1751, a distance sensor 1752, a fingerprint sensor 1753, a temperature sensor 1754. The terminal device may also be configured with other sensors such as a gyroscope, barometer, hygrometer, thermometer, infrared sensor, light sensor, motion sensor, and the like.
Audio circuitry 1760, speaker 1761, and microphone 1762 may provide an audio interface between a user and terminal device 110. The audio circuit 1760 may transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to the speaker 1761, and convert the electrical signal into an audio signal for output by the speaker 1761. Terminal device 110 may also be configured with a volume button for adjusting the volume of the sound signal. On the other hand, the microphone 1762 converts collected sound signals into electrical signals that are received by the audio circuitry 1760 and converted into audio data, which is output to the communication assembly 1710 for transmission, for example, to another terminal device 110, or to the memory 1720 for further processing.
The bluetooth module 1770 is used for information interaction with other bluetooth devices having a bluetooth module through a bluetooth protocol. For example, the terminal device may establish a bluetooth connection with a wearable electronic device (e.g., a smart watch) that is also equipped with a bluetooth module through the bluetooth module 1770, so as to perform data interaction.
The processor 1780 is a control center of the terminal device, connects various parts of the entire terminal device using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the terminal device and processes data by operating or executing software programs stored in the memory 1720 and calling data stored in the memory 1720. In some embodiments, processor 1780 may include one or more processing units; the processor 1780 may also integrate an application processor, which primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, applications, etc., and a baseband processor, which primarily handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the baseband processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 1780. In the present application, the processor 1780 may run an operating system, an application program, a user interface display, a touch response, and a method for processing an online document announcement according to the embodiments of the present application. Further, the processor 1780 is coupled to a display unit 1730.
In some possible embodiments, various aspects of the processing method of the online document bulletin provided by the present application can also be implemented in a form of a program product, which includes program code for causing a computer device to perform the steps in the processing method of the online document bulletin according to various exemplary embodiments of the present application described above in this specification when the program product runs on the computer device, for example, the computer device can perform the steps as shown in fig. 2.
The program product may employ any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. A readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium include: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable disk, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The program product of embodiments of the present application may employ a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM) and include program code, and may be run on a computing device. However, the program product of the present application is not limited thereto, and in this document, a readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with a command execution system, apparatus, or device.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, a read-only memory, a random access memory, a magnetic or optical disk, or other various media that can store program code.
Alternatively, the integrated units described above in the present application may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if they are implemented in the form of software functional modules and sold or used as independent products. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application may be essentially implemented or portions thereof contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, and including several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic or optical disk, or various other media that can store program code.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the application. Thus, if such changes and modifications of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present application and their equivalents, the present application is intended to include such changes and modifications.

Claims (15)

1. A method for processing an online document announcement, the method comprising:
responding to the viewing operation of a message entrance of an online document announcement displayed in a message interface aiming at a target group, and displaying an edit page of the online document announcement, wherein announcement information of the online document announcement is displayed in the edit page, the online document announcement is created by an instant messaging server according to a group announcement creating instruction input by a group member in the target group through a group announcement publishing page on an instant messaging client, and the online document announcement is an online document which can be edited by multiple persons in a coordinated manner;
in response to a first editing operation on the online document announcement, updating the displayed online document announcement according to the first editing operation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the online document announcement is created by the instant messaging server according to a group announcement creation instruction input by a group member in the target group through a group announcement publication page on the instant messaging client, and specifically comprises:
responding to a trigger operation of creating the online document bulletin in the target group, and displaying a group bulletin publishing page;
responding to a second editing operation for editing the announcement information in the group announcement publishing page, and displaying the announcement information to be published in the group announcement publishing page;
responding to the publishing operation of publishing the notice information to be published as an online document notice, and sending the notice information to be published to the instant messaging server;
receiving a message inlet of the online document announcement which is created by the instant messaging server according to the announcement information to be issued and returned by the instant messaging server;
and displaying a message inlet of the online document bulletin in the message interface.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the responding to the publishing operation of publishing the advertisement information to be published as an online document advertisement specifically comprises:
when responding to the operation of issuing the announcement information to be issued by the first target object in the target group, displaying the selection operation of issuing the announcement information as a non-online document or an online document; the first target object is a group member with the authority of issuing an online document in the target group;
and responding to the confirmation operation that the first target object publishes the announcement information to be published as the online document announcement, and publishing the announcement information to be published as the online document announcement.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the second editing operation further comprises an operation of setting first rights information, the first rights information comprising one or all of:
first group member information with viewing permissions set for the online document announcement;
second group member information with editing right set for the online document bulletin.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the displaying the edit page of the online document announcement in response to the viewing operation of the message entry of the online document announcement displayed in the message interface for the target group comprises:
when a second target object is included in the first group member information or the second group member information, in response to a viewing operation for the online document announcement, which is triggered by the second target object, displaying an edit page of the online document announcement in a designated area in a message interface of the target group;
the updating the displayed online document announcement according to the first editing operation in response to the first editing operation on the online document announcement specifically includes:
when the second target object is included in the second group member information, in response to a first editing operation of the second target object with respect to the online document advertisement, updating the displayed online document advertisement according to the first editing operation of the second target object.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein when there are a plurality of target objects collaboratively editing the online document advertisement, identity information of each target object and document information edited by each target object currently editing the online document advertisement are also displayed in the designated area.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein the advertisement information to be published includes advertisement text information input in the group advertisement publication page and a group advertisement association file associated with the advertisement text information added in the online document advertisement; the editing page displays the announcement text information and the file identification of the group announcement associated file; the method further comprises the following steps:
and responding to the triggering operation of the file identifier aiming at the group announcement associated file, and displaying the file content of the group announcement associated file, wherein the group announcement associated file is a group file in the target group, and the group announcement associated file is an online file which can be edited by multiple persons in a coordinated manner.
8. The method of any of claims 1 to 7, further comprising:
displaying a forwarding interface in response to a forwarding operation of forwarding the online document advertisement to a receiving object;
and responding to the authority setting operation aiming at the online document bulletin triggered by the forwarding interface, obtaining second authority information aiming at the receiving object, and forwarding the online document bulletin to the receiving object.
9. A method for processing an online document announcement, the method comprising:
after receiving a viewing request of an online document announcement displayed in a message interface aiming at a target group, forwarding the viewing request to an instant messaging server so that the instant messaging server inquires announcement information associated with an announcement identifier according to the announcement identifier of the online document announcement in the viewing request, wherein the online document announcement is created by the instant messaging server according to a group announcement creation instruction input by a group member in the target group through a group announcement publishing page on an instant messaging client, and the online document announcement is an online document which can be edited by multiple persons in a coordinated manner;
after receiving the announcement information returned by the instant messaging server, feeding back the announcement information to a requesting party so as to enable the requesting party to display an edit page of the online document announcement, wherein the edit page displays the announcement information of the online document announcement.
10. A method for processing an online document announcement, the method comprising:
after receiving a viewing request of an online document bulletin displayed in a message interface aiming at a target group forwarded by an online document server, feeding back bulletin information associated with a bulletin identifier of the online document bulletin to the online document server so that the online document server forwards the bulletin information to a requester, and the requester displays an edit page of the online document bulletin, wherein the bulletin information of the online document bulletin is displayed in the edit page, and the online document bulletin is created by an instant messaging server according to a group bulletin creating instruction input by a group bulletin publishing page on an instant messaging client of a group member in the target group, and is an online document which can be edited by multiple persons in a coordinated manner;
after receiving a first editing request aiming at the online document bulletin, updating the online document bulletin according to the change information in the first editing request, and notifying the updated online document bulletin to the instant messaging clients logged by other collaborative editing group members in the target group so as to respectively display the instant messaging clients logged by the other collaborative editing group members.
11. An apparatus for processing an online document advertisement, comprising:
the online document bulletin is created by an instant messaging server according to a group bulletin creating instruction input by group members in the target group through a group bulletin publishing page on an instant messaging client, and the online document bulletin is an online document which can be edited by multiple persons in a coordinated manner;
a second response unit, configured to update the displayed online document advertisement according to a first editing operation for the online document advertisement in response to the first editing operation.
12. An apparatus for processing an online document advertisement, comprising:
the system comprises a forwarding unit, a client side and an instant messaging server, wherein the forwarding unit is used for forwarding a viewing request of an online document announcement displayed in a message interface aiming at a target group to the instant messaging server so that the instant messaging server inquires announcement information associated with an announcement identifier according to the announcement identifier of the online document announcement in the viewing request, the online document announcement is created by the instant messaging server according to a group announcement creation instruction input by a group member in the target group through a group announcement publishing page on an instant messaging client side, and the online document announcement is an online document which can be edited by multiple persons in a coordinated manner;
and the feedback unit is used for feeding back the notice information to a requesting party after receiving the notice information returned by the instant messaging server so as to enable the requesting party to display an editing page of the online document notice, wherein the edit page displays the notice information of the online document notice.
13. An apparatus for processing an online document advertisement, comprising:
a feedback unit, configured to, after receiving a viewing request of an online document advertisement displayed in a message interface for a target group forwarded by an online document server, feed back advertisement information associated with an advertisement identifier of the online document advertisement to the online document server, so that the online document server forwards the advertisement information to a requesting party, and the requesting party displays an edit page of the online document advertisement, where the edit page displays the advertisement information of the online document advertisement, and the online document advertisement is created by an instant messaging server according to a group advertisement creation instruction input by a group advertisement publishing page on an instant messaging client of a group member in the target group, and is an online document editable by multiple persons in cooperation;
and the updating unit is used for updating the online document bulletin according to the change information in the first editing request after receiving the first editing request aiming at the online document bulletin, and informing the updated online document bulletin to the instant messaging clients logged by other group members collaboratively edited in the target group so as to respectively display the instant messaging clients logged by the other group members collaboratively edited.
