The rotating screw 8 also rotates along with the rotating gear 14, so that the slider 7 limited by the limiting block 9 to rotate moves in the vertical direction, and the camera body 10 is driven to rotate on the vertical plane through the connecting rod 6. The camera can be adjusted to monitor different positions through the horizontal rotating mechanism, the vertical rotating mechanism and the horizontal moving mechanism, so that the monitoring dead angle is reduced, and the risk of being covered by an object is avoided.
