Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
Referring now to fig. 1-8, describing a gel assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the gel assembly 100 may be applied to a neck massager including a body (not shown) and a massage head 1000.
The gel assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a metal carrier 122 and a gel sheet 121.
The metal carrier 122 is removably mechanically and electrically connected to the massage head of the massage apparatus. The gel sheet 121 is arranged on the surface of the metal carrier 122, the gel sheet 121 and the metal carrier 122 are arranged in a stacked manner, the metal carrier 122 is used for bearing and supporting the gel sheet 121, the gel sheet 121 is suitable for being in contact with the skin of a human body, and the gel sheet 121 is synchronously connected with and separated from the massage head along with the metal carrier 122 under the bearing of the metal carrier 122.
It is understood that the metal carrier 122 is at least partially or entirely made of metal. The metal carrier 122 has thermal conductivity, and when having heating element in the massage appearance, the gel piece 121 can contact with human skin to carry out hot compress to the user, the metal carrier 122 can transmit heating element's heat to gel piece 121 effectively, so that the hot compress of gel subassembly 100 is effectual.
For example, the metal carrier 122 may be a rigid metal carrier 122, and it is understood that the rigid metal carrier 122 is a hard material, and the rigid metal carrier 122 has high structural strength and can function to shape. The rigid metal carrier 122 can effectively carry the supporting gel sheet 121.
At least a part of the gel sheet 121 may be made of a gel material, and one surface of the gel sheet 121 that contacts the user may be made of a gel material. The gel material texture is soft to have certain viscidity, so can improve the joint strength between gel piece 121 and 122, gel piece 121 has better skin-engaging nature and skin-friendly nature simultaneously, and can produce aqueous vapor when using to can form effectively laminating with the skin, in addition, the aquogel imbeds the stratum corneum on human skin top layer, and the water that is as dispersion medium in the aquogel can play the effect of electric conductance, thereby avoids the pricking that leads to because of contact failure. In addition, when the user performs rotation, twisting or the like, the gel sheet 121 may deform to some extent following the human body movement, so as to be closely attached to the skin of the human body to ensure the massage effect of the massage apparatus.
When the gel assembly 100 is applied to a massage device, such as a massage apparatus, the metal carrier 122 is removably mechanically and electrically connected to the body of the massage apparatus. It can be understood that, can be together with the dismouting of gel piece 121 when the metal carrier 122 dismouting, like this, can solve the problem that the moisture content of gel piece 121 becomes low effectively, fragile, easy dirty through dismantling the removable gel piece 121 of metal carrier 122, make gel piece 121 have excellent electrode performance all the time, in addition, through setting up metal carrier 122 to rigid metal carrier 122, when dismouting metal carrier 122, gel subassembly 100 can not take place to warp, in the time of the assembly of being convenient for, avoid leading to gel piece 121 to warp and the contaminated condition to appear because of assembling repeatedly. In addition, set up electric connection structures such as circuit board or wire in the inside of the massage appearance and can realize the electricity of metal carrier 122 and connect, from this, can be so that the massage appearance has the massage effect of electro photoluminescence physiotherapy formula, gel piece 121 can provide the electro photoluminescence physiotherapy with human skin contact for the user, the massage appearance is through exerting pulse current to the human body, can accelerate human muscle's blood circulation, can produce the effect of releiving to muscle effectively.
Since the gel sheet 121 is soft, easily deformable and has a certain viscosity, when the gel sheet 121 is electrically stimulated to a human body, muscles of the human body shake, the gel sheet 121 also shakes along with the muscles, the rigid metal carrier 122 provides rigid support for the gel sheet 121, has a certain limiting effect on the shape of the gel sheet 121, and can effectively prevent wrinkles from being generated after the gel sheet 121 shakes for a long time. When the user rotates and twists, the rigid metal carrier 122 will not rotate or twist along with the user, and when the gel sheet 121 is attached, the metal carrier 122 will not deform to press the gel sheet 121, thereby avoiding the occurrence of wrinkling or separation of the gel sheet 121 from the metal carrier 122. Like this, through the setting of rigid metal carrier 122, can effectively support gel piece 121, avoid when the user rotates, wrench movement etc. action, the gap appears with metal carrier 122 in gel piece 121, breaks away from the condition of metal carrier 122 even, has improved the life of gel piece 121, has guaranteed the structural reliability of gel subassembly 100 simultaneously.
In addition, the metal carrier 122 may be made of stainless iron or plated, so that corrosion of the metal carrier 122 by air or water precipitated from the gel sheet 121 may be prevented to improve the reliability of the structure of the gel pack 100.
According to the gel assembly 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, as the gel sheet 121 has better skin-attaching property and skin-friendly property, the gel sheet 121 is attached to the skin of a human body, so that the gel assembly 100 can be attached to the human body well, and the massage effect of the massage apparatus is improved. In addition, the arrangement of the metal carrier 122 can make the hot compress effect of the gel assembly 100 good, and in addition, the structural reliability of the gel assembly 100 is good.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the metal carrier 122 has a sinking groove 1222, and when the gel module 100 is disposed in the massage apparatus, the massage apparatus may have a massage main body 110 connected with a main body of the massage apparatus, the metal carrier 122 is recessed toward the massage main body 110 to construct the sinking groove 1222, and the gel sheet 121 is attached to the sinking groove 1222. The sinking groove 1222 is disposed along the circumference of the metal carrier 122, and the sinking groove 1222 thus disposed can position the gel sheet 121 on one hand, thereby facilitating the installation of the gel sheet 121, and can reduce the exposed surface of the gel sheet 121 on the other hand, thereby improving the dirt resistance of the gel sheet 121. In addition, the structural strength of the massage head 1000 can be improved. For example, the middle portion of the metal carrier 122 protrudes toward a direction away from the gel sheet 121, and the gel sheet 121 has a shape of the sink 1222 to closely fit thereto.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the gel sheet 121 is greater than or equal to the depth of the sinking groove 1222, so that the gel sheet 121 can be ensured to be in effective contact with the skin of the human body, and simultaneously, the situation that the gel sheet 121 is not tightly attached to the skin of the human body can be avoided.
In some examples, the difference between the thickness of the gel sheet 121 and the depth of the sink 1222 is 0.2mm to 0.6 mm. That is, the height of the gel sheet 121 protruding from the sink 1222 in the thickness direction of the gel sheet 121, i.e., the direction of the gel sheet 121 toward the user, is 0.2mm to 0.6 mm. Thus, it is ensured that the gel sheet 121 can effectively contact the skin of the human body and the thickness of the gel sheet 121 is not excessively large, so that the cost can be controlled, and the gel sheet 121 thus provided is easy to maintain its original shape. For example, the difference between the thickness of the gel sheet 121 and the depth of the sinking groove 1222 is 0.2mm to 0.3 mm.
Optionally, the metal carrier 122 has a thickness of 0.2mm to 0.3 mm. It is understood that the thickness of the metal carrier 122 refers to the dimension of the metal carrier 122 along the direction (e.g., up and down direction of fig. 2) from the adhering surface of the gel assembly 100 to the user to the direction away from the adhering surface, so that the reliability of the structure of the metal carrier 122 can be ensured, and the metal carrier 122 can effectively carry and support the gel sheet 121. In addition, when the massage apparatus has a hot compress effect, the metal carrier 122 thus provided can improve heat transfer efficiency, ensuring user experience.
In some examples, the thickness of the gel sheet 121 is greater than or equal to 1 mm. It will be appreciated that the thickness of the gel sheet 121 refers to the dimension of the gel sheet 121 in the direction from the engaging face of the gel assembly 100 with the user to the facing face away therefrom. For example, the thickness of the gel sheet 121 is 1mm to 1.2mm, so that the gel sheet 121 is not easily damaged, has good fit with the skin of a human body, facilitates the miniaturization design of the massage apparatus, and reduces the production cost. In addition, the distance between the outer edge of the gel sheet 121 and the massage body 110 is small, so that the gel sheet 121 is not easily wrinkled or loosened, the structural stability of the massage head 1000 is increased, and the massage effect is ensured.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the metal carrier 122 is a rigid carrier, the surface of the metal carrier 122 facing the gel sheet 121 is a concave arc surface, the arc surface extends along the left-right direction of fig. 4, and the gel sheet 121 is an arc sheet adapted to match the concave arc surface when being attached to the concave arc surface, that is, the attachment surface of the gel sheet 121 to the metal carrier 122 and the attachment surface of the gel sheet 121 to the user may be the same concave arc surface, so that the gel sheet can be attached to the metal carrier 122 more closely and can adapt to the skin of the human body in contact to improve the contact tightness.
In some examples, the metal carrier 122 may be adhered to the gel sheet 121, and the adhering surface of the metal carrier 122 and the gel sheet 121 may be adapted, so that the adhesion thereof may be more secure, and the reliability of the gel assembly 100 may be ensured. In addition, the adhesive force between the gel sheet 121 and the metal carrier 122 is greater than the adhesive force between the gel sheet 121 and the skin of the human body. That is, the contact surface between the gel sheet 121 and the metal carrier 122 has a viscosity greater than that of the contact surface between the gel sheet 121 and the human body, so that the gel sheet 121 is prevented from being separated from the metal carrier 122 and sticking to the skin of the human body during use.
The massage head 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the massage body 110 and the above gel assembly 100. The metal carrier 122 of the gel assembly 100 may be detachably connected with the massage body 110. Like this, can solve the problem that gel piece 121 moisture content becomes low, fragile, easily dirty effectively through changing gel subassembly 100, make gel piece 121 have excellent electrode performance all the time, in addition, when installing gel subassembly 100, gel subassembly 100 can not take place to warp, when being convenient for the assembly of gel subassembly 100, avoids leading to gel piece 121 to warp and the contaminated condition to appear because of assembling repeatedly. In addition, the arrangement is realized without replacing the massage body 110, and only the gel assembly 100 is replaced, thereby reducing the cost and facilitating the assembly and disassembly.
In the example of fig. 4, the edge of the metal carrier 122 is folded toward the massage body 110 to form the turned edge 1223, and the contact area between the massage body 110 and the metal carrier 122 can be increased by the arrangement of the turned edge 1223, thereby improving the reliability of the connection thereof.
In addition, the flange 1223 may have a chamfer angle with the side wall of the sink 1222. The chamfer may be disposed facing the skin of the human body, so that the edge of the metal carrier 122 may be prevented from scratching the skin of the human body, while enhancing the structural strength of the connection between the gel sheet 121 and the metal carrier 122.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the edge of the free end of the turned-over edge 1223 is bent away from the skin of the user to form the turned-over edge 1224, and the turned-over edge 1224 and the turned-over edge 1223 have a chamfer therebetween, so that the reliability of the connection between the gel sheet 121 and the metal carrier 122 can be further ensured. It will be appreciated that the thickness (e.g., the dimension in the left-right direction of FIG. 4) of the hem 1224 and the hem 1223 may be 0.2mm to 0.3 mm.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the massage head 1000 may further include a protective cover 170, and the protective cover 170 is wrapped around the turned-up edge 1223 and the folded edge 1224. The protective sleeve 170 may be disposed on the metal carrier 122 along an outer contour of the metal carrier 122, so as to protect the edge of the metal carrier 122 from being exposed to the outside, thereby improving the structural reliability of the metal carrier 122. The metal carrier 122 is a metal piece, the protective sleeve 170 can be made of a non-conductive skin-friendly insulating material, so that toxicity to the skin is avoided, and the protective sleeve 170 insulates the skin from the metal carrier 122, so that pricking feeling caused by poor contact of the skin with the metal carrier 122 is avoided. For example, the protective sheath 170 is a silicone sheath or a protein sheath.
In some examples, at least portions of the folds 1224 and the folds 1223 protrude from the massage body 110. It can be understood that the folds 1224 and the flanges 1223 protrude from the massage body 110 in a lengthwise direction (e.g., a left-right direction of fig. 2) of the massage body 110, so that a user can completely or partially separate the gel member 100 from the massage body 110 using the folds 1224 or the flanges 1223 as a fulcrum when the gel member 100 needs to be replaced, thereby facilitating the replacement of the gel member 100.
For example, the height of the whole structure of the hems 1224 and the hems 1223 protruding from the massage body 110 in the radial direction of the massage body 110 is 2mm to 3mm, and it is understood that the height refers to the dimension of the protruding portion in the length direction of the massage body 110. Thus, the attachment reliability between the massage body 110 and the gel sheet 121 is not affected by the excessively protruding hems 1224 and the hems 1223, and the detachment of the gel sheet 121 is facilitated.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, in combination with fig. 4, the positioning groove 1225 is formed on the outer surface of the side wall of the folded edge 1224 and the sinking groove 1222, the massage main body 110 has the positioning rib 111, the positioning rib 111 is inserted into the positioning groove 1225, and the positioning groove 1225 is disposed, so as to further improve the structural reliability of the gel module 100. Alternatively, the positioning ribs 111 are annular ribs, so that the annular ribs can be connected with the gel assembly 100 in a buckling manner, which is simple and has high assembly efficiency.
As shown in fig. 8, the metal carrier 122 may have a through hole 1221, the massage head 1000 further includes a light emitting member 130, the light emitting member 130 may emit light, the light emitting member 130 may be disposed between the massage body 110 and the gel member 100, and the light emitted from the light emitting member 130 is adapted to pass through the through hole 1221. The through hole 1221 can allow light emitted from the light emitting member 130 to pass through the gel sheet 121 and irradiate the outside of the massage head 1000, and further allow the massage head 1000 to provide one or more effects such as decoration light, atmosphere light, indication light, or physiotherapy. Light may be irradiated to the skin of the human body to achieve a phototherapy effect, and it is understood that the through-holes 1221 may be perforated in the up and down direction of fig. 2. The massage head 1000 may be provided with a heating element to make the massage head have a hot compress effect, and meanwhile, the arrangement of the through holes 1221 may improve heat conduction efficiency and the hot compress effect.
Alternatively, the clear distance between two adjacent through holes 1221 is 0.5-2.0mm, where the "clear distance" refers to the shortest distance between two adjacent through holes 1221, i.e. the smallest distance between the edges of two through holes 1221. Thus, the reliability of the metal carrier 122 structure can be ensured, and the light transmission effect can be ensured at the same time.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the through-hole 1221 is plural, and a cross section of the through-hole 1221 in a thickness direction of the metal carrier 122 is circular. The aperture of the through hole 1221 is 0.1-0.3mm, so that a water seal can be formed at the through hole 1221 by utilizing the surface tension principle of water, and the water of the gel sheet 121 can be prevented from passing through the through hole 1221 and contacting with a line to cause short circuit. In addition, the gel is a poor conductor of heat, i.e. the gel has poor heat conduction effect, and when the heating film 230 is disposed in the massage head 1000, the thickness of the gel sheet 121 should be set to be thin. It is understood that the thickness of the gel sheet 121 may be the shortest distance between the contact surface of the gel sheet 121 with the user and the facing away contact surface. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more.
In other examples, referring to fig. 7, the through holes 1221 may be divided into a plurality of groups, each group including a plurality of spaced through holes 1221, the plurality of through holes 1221 in each group being distributed along a circumferential direction of the metal carrier 122, and the through holes 1221 being spaced along a radial direction of the metal carrier 122. Each group of through holes 1221 may be arranged in a closed or open ring shape, the plurality of groups of through holes 1221 are arranged layer by layer, and the outer contours of the plurality of groups of through holes 1221 increase in sequence from the center to the edge, and in addition, the outer contours of the plurality of groups of through holes 1221 may be adapted to the shape of the outer contour of the metal carrier 122. So, can make light pass through perforating hole 1221 and evenly disperse, guarantee the phototherapy effect.
Of course, the through holes 1221 may have various arrangements, for example, the through holes 1221 may be arranged in a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the through hole 1221 is a laser through hole, and the laser through hole is formed from a side close to the massage body 110 to a side close to the gel sheet 121, so that burrs generated by the laser through hole can be inserted into the gel sheet 121, thereby improving the connection strength between the metal carrier 122 and the gel sheet 121, reducing the steps of removing the burrs, improving the production efficiency, and ensuring the structural strength of the massage head 1000.
According to some optional embodiments of the present invention, the gel sheet 121 may be a light-transmitting member, so that the gel sheet 121 is more beautiful, and the internal structure of the massage head 1000 may be observed to a certain extent, so that problems such as aging or loosening of parts may be found in time. In addition, when the massage head 1000 is provided with the light emitting member therein, the light can be effectively emitted through the gel sheet 121.
In some examples, the massage head 1000 may further include a light-gathering member for gathering the light emitted from the light-emitting member 130. The light-gathering member is covered on the light-emitting member 130 so that the light emitted from the light-emitting member 130 is transmitted along a predetermined light path.
In the example of fig. 3, the massage head 1000 may further include a light guide plate 140, the light guide plate 140 is disposed at the light emitting member 130, and a surface of the light guide plate 140 facing the gel sheet 121 is a light emitting surface 141, so that light is suitable to be emitted from the through hole 1221. Alternatively, the light guide plate 140 may be a translucent plate and have a frosted surface, so that the light uniformizing effect thereof may be improved. In addition, the light guide plate 140 and the light collecting member may be attached to each other.
In addition, the massage head 1000 may further include a light homogenizing plate 160, and the light homogenizing plate 160 is located downstream of the light collecting member in the light transmitting direction. To simplify the massage head 1000, in some embodiments, the light-equalizing plate 160 is integral with the light-gathering member.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the light guide plate 140 may have an embedding portion 142, the embedding portion 142 is a through structure penetrating the light guide plate 140 in a thickness direction of the light guide plate 140, and the light emitting member 130 is embedded in the embedding portion 142. The embedding portion 142 may function to position the light emitting member 130. For example, the embedding part 142 is disposed on a side surface of the light guide plate 140, which is one side surface adjacent to a surface of the light guide plate 140 facing the gel sheet 121, so that light emitted from the massage head 1000 can be more uniform.
As shown in fig. 3, the massage head 1000 further includes a first light shielding plate 143, the first light shielding plate 143 surrounds the periphery of the light guide plate 140 to guide the light emitted from the light emitting surface 141, the light emitting surface 141 is opposite to the through hole 1221, and the light emitted from the light emitting element 130 can be guided to the light guide plate 140 more by the first light shielding plate 143.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the embedding portion 142 is a penetrating structure penetrating the light guide plate 140 in a thickness direction of the light guide plate 140. The massage body 110 further includes a second light shielding plate 144, and the second light shielding plate 144 may be disposed at the position of the embedding portion 142, so that the light passes through the light guide plate 140, and thus the light guide plate 140 only has a light emitting surface facing the electrode assembly, and the light emitting effect is better. In addition, one surface of the second light shielding plate 144 facing the light guide plate 140 may have a light reflecting effect, so that more light rays can be emitted from the light emitting surface 141 of the light guide plate 140.
In some examples, the light-equalizing plate 160 may be disposed on the light-emitting surface 141 of the light guide plate 140, and the light-equalizing plate 160 may uniformly guide out the light emitted from the light guide plate 140, so as to further improve the light-emitting effect of the massage head 1000.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the massage head 1000 may further include a reflective plate disposed on a surface of the light guide plate 140 away from the light exit surface 141. The light reflected by the reflector can be refracted and diffused, so that more light can be emitted through the light emitting surface 141 of the light guide plate 140, and the light emitting effect of the massage head 1000 is effectively ensured.
Furthermore, the light emitting surface 141 can be provided with a light uniformizing plate 160, and the light uniformizing plate 160 can uniformly guide out the light emitted from the light guide plate 140, so as to further improve the light emitting effect of the massage head 1000. For example, the light homogenizing plate 160 may be integrated with the light collecting member, so that the number of components in the massage head 1000 may be reduced, and the installation efficiency and the production efficiency may be improved.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the surface of the gel sheet 121 facing the skin of the human body is an arc-shaped surface, and the light-emitting surface 141 is an arc-shaped surface. It can be understood that, the contact surface between the gel sheet 121 and the skin of the human body is an arc surface without deformation, and the light emitting surface 141 can be an arc surface, so that the distance from each point on the light guide plate 140 to each point corresponding to the light emitting surface 141 is equal, and the point can be corresponded while the surface is corresponded, so that the massage head 1000 has a more uniform light emitting effect.
Of course, it can be understood that the gel sheet 121 and the light emitting surface 141 can achieve the above effects as long as they have the same or similar shapes, and are not limited to the arc-shaped surface, and can also be set to be in the shape of a plane or the like.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, a conductive layer 180 may be disposed between the metal carrier 122 and the gel sheet 121, the conductive layer 180 being used to electrically connect the massage body 110 and the gel sheet 121. The electrical connection of the gel sheet 121 may be achieved by providing the conductive layer 180. Optionally, the conductive layer 180 is a transparent ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) film attached to the bottom of the arc surface of the metal carrier 122 facing the gel sheet 121, or the conductive layer 180 is a conductive silver paste printed on the bottom of the arc surface of the metal carrier 122 facing the gel sheet 121.
Of course, the metal carrier 12 may be used as a conductive member, so as to be directly attached to the gel sheet 121 to achieve electrical connection of the gel sheet 121, that is, the conductive layer 180 is not required to achieve electrical conduction of the gel sheet 121, and components such as electrical connection lines may be omitted.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, the massage body 110 may have a circuit board 190 therein, and the circuit board 190 is electrically connected to the gel member 100. Can make massage head 1000 have the massage effect of electro photoluminescence physiotherapy formula through setting up circuit board 190, gel piece 121 and human skin contact can provide the electro photoluminescence physiotherapy for the user, and the massage appearance can accelerate human muscle's blood circulation through applying pulse current to the human body, can produce the effect of releiving to muscle effectively. It is understood that the circuit board 190 is disconnected from the gel assembly 100 when the massage head 1000 is in the disassembled state.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the massage head 1000 may further include a pogo pin connector 200, one end of the pogo pin connector 200 is electrically connected with the circuit board 190, and the other end of the pogo pin connector 200 is electrically connected with the gel sheet 121. Through the arrangement of the circuit board 190 and the elastic needle connector 200, wireless electric connection can be achieved inside the massage head 1000, so that the internal structure of the massage head 1000 is more regular, welding steps are reduced, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the spring pin connector 200 may be soldered to the circuit board 190 to ensure its connection stability. Alternatively, the circuit board 190 may have a socket 191, and the pogo pin connector 200 is inserted into the socket 191. Therefore, the assembling time can be reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. In addition, maintenance may be facilitated.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of spring pin connectors 200 are provided, and the plurality of spring pin connectors 200 are uniformly distributed. For example, the number of the spring pin connectors 200 is two, and the two spring pin connectors 200 are symmetrically arranged about the center of the gel sheet 121, so that the circuit board 190 and the gel assembly 100 can be electrically connected stably. When one of the spring pin connectors 200 is in poor contact, the other spring pin connectors 200 can continue to ensure the massage head 1000 to work normally.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the massage head 1000 further includes a protection cover 210, the protection cover 210 covers the circuit board 190, the protection cover 210 and the circuit board 190 may be connected by an elastic member (not shown), and the protection cover 210 is movable relative to the circuit board 190. In addition, the protective cover 210 has a through hole 211, the pogo pin connector 200 is adapted to be inserted into the through hole 211, and the pogo pin connector 200 is electrically connected with the gel sheet 121 when the free end of the pogo pin connector 200 passes through the through hole 211. When the free end of the pogo pin connector 200 is separated from the gel sheet 121, the elastic member pushes the protection cap 210 to move in a direction away from the circuit board 190, and the pogo pin connector 200 is located in the protection cap 210. Thus, the spring pin connector 200 can be arranged in a floating manner, and the spring pin connector 200 can be always electrically connected with the circuit board 190, so that the spring pin connector 200 can be stably electrically connected with the gel sheet 121, the thickness of the massage head 1000 can be reduced, and the experience of a user is improved.
Further, one end of the elastic member is soldered to the circuit board 190, and the other end of the elastic member abuts against the protective cover 210, or the other end of the elastic member is connected to the protective cover 210 by a screw. For example, be equipped with first screw hole on the other end of elastic component, be equipped with the second screw hole on the safety cover 210, first screw hole corresponds the setting with the second screw hole, can be fixed first screw hole and second screw hole through the screw to can make safety cover 210 and elastic component firm connection.
In some embodiments, the protective cover 210 can also be used as a light gathering member, that is, the protective cover 210 can have a function of gathering the light emitted from the light emitting member 130, and this arrangement can reduce the number of components in the massage head 1000, thereby improving the installation efficiency and the production efficiency.
Optionally, the resilient member is a metal sheet. The metal sheet can be a plurality of to a plurality of metal sheets can encircle circuit board 190 interval setting, like this, can guarantee the stability of being connected of safety cover 210 and circuit board 190, have avoided taking place the skew condition in one side.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the massage head 1000 further includes a heat generating film 230, the heat generating film 230 being located between the circuit board 190 and the gel sheet 121. The heating film 230 generates heat and conducts the heat to the gel sheet 121 to provide hot compress effect, and the massage instrument has various massage functions by arranging the heating film 230, so that the massage diversity of the massage instrument can be improved, and the experience feeling of the user during use is ensured. For example, the heat-generating film 230 is disposed on the surface of the protection cover 210, so as to ensure the flatness of the heat-generating film 230 and ensure the adhesion effect between the heat-generating film 230 and the gel sheet 121. For example, the heat generating film 230 may be a graphene film having certain flexibility and toughness so that the graphene film can be bent. Can make massage head 1000 have massage effects such as hot compress through setting up the graphite alkene membrane to send infrared radiation so that the massage appearance has infrared physiotherapy function, thereby improve the massage effect of massage instrument. Meanwhile, the arrangement of the through holes 1221 can improve heat conduction efficiency and ensure a massage effect.
Specifically, the heat generating film 230 and the circuit board 190 are riveted and electrically connected by the riveting assembly 240. Therefore, the heating film 230 can be electrically connected with the circuit board 190 without arranging an electrical connection wire, so that the influence on the flatness of the heating film 230 due to the wiring between the heating film 230 and the circuit board 190 can be avoided. In addition, the caulking electric connection method has good reliability, and the electric connection between the heat generating film 230 and the circuit board 190 is stable.
Further, the gel sheet 121 may be attached to the heat generating film 230. The massage head 1000 may further include a temperature detection element for detecting the temperature of the heat generating film 230, and the temperature detection element is in contact with the heat generating film 230 to detect the temperature of the heat generating film 230, so as to prevent the user from being scalded by the excessive temperature of the heat generating film 230. The temperature detection element is provided on the circuit board 190. Alternatively, the temperature detecting element may be integrated with the circuit board 190, so that the number of assembly steps can be reduced, and the production efficiency can be improved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the riveting assembly 240 includes a first riveting member 241 and a second riveting member (not shown), the first riveting member 241 is disposed on the circuit board 190, the second riveting member is disposed on the heat generating film 230, and the first riveting member 241 and the second riveting member are riveted. Therefore, the heating film 230 and the circuit board 190 can be riveted and electrically connected through the first riveting piece 241 and the second riveting piece, the riveting and electrically connecting mode is reliable, and the electrical connection is stable.
According to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the riveting assemblies 240 may be two sets, and when each set includes one first riveting member and one second riveting member, the two first riveting members 241 are symmetrically disposed at the center of the length or width direction of the circuit board 190, and the two second riveting members are symmetrically disposed at the center of the length or width direction of the heat-generating film 230. Thus, the two sets of riveting assemblies 240 can form a loop, and the stability of the electrical connection between the heat generating film 230 and the circuit board 190 can be further ensured.
According to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, there is a gap between the second riveting member and the gel sheet 121, or an insulating film may be disposed between the second riveting member and the gel sheet 121, and since the metal carrier 122 is a metal member, the insulating film can prevent the second riveting member and the gel sheet 121 from being electrically connected to affect the electrotherapy effect of the massage head 1000.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the circuit board 190 may be provided with the light emitting member 130, so that the light emitting member 130 may simplify the mounting process of the light emitting member 130. The number of the light emitting members 130 may be one or more, and when there are a plurality of light emitting members 130, the light emitting members 130 are uniformly distributed on the circuit board 190, so that the plurality of light emitting members 130 are arranged to have a stable relative position therebetween, and the emitted light is more uniform. Alternatively, the light emitting member 130 may be electrically connected to the circuit board 190 using an SMC (Super-Multi Coating) technique.
Alternatively, the light condensing member and the light diffusing member may space the heat generating film 230 from the circuit board 190, so that the heat emitted from the heat generating film 230 may be prevented from affecting the circuit. Thus, the service life of the massage head 1000 can be ensured, and potential safety hazards can be avoided.
According to an optional embodiment of the present invention, when the heating film 230 is disposed on the massage head 1000, the heat film 230 is disposed with the avoiding hole 231, the pogo pin connector 200 is disposed in the avoiding hole 231, or when the massage head 1000 is disposed with the light guide plate 140, the light guide plate 140 may be disposed with the avoiding hole 231, and further, when the massage head 1000 is disposed with the light equalizing plate 160, the light equalizing plate 160 may be disposed with the avoiding hole 231.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the carrier 122 may include a first carrier 1226 and a second carrier 1227, the first carrier 1226 may form a support for a middle portion of the gel sheet 121, and the second carrier 1227 may form a support for a circumferential edge of the gel sheet 121. The side of the first carrier 1226 that contacts the heat generating film 230 or the gel sheet 121 is an arc-shaped surface and is a 2D arc-shaped surface, and it is understood that the 2D arc-shaped surface means that it can be spread out to be a plane. The first carrier 1226 may be fixed to the massage body 110, and the second carrier 1227 may be detachable with respect to the massage body 110. Optionally, the second carrier 1227 is made of a light-transmissive material.
The first and second carriers 1226 and 1227 may be detachably connected by a magnetic attraction connection, so that the first carrier 1226 and the gel sheet 121 can be detachable with respect to the massage body 110. For example, the second carrier 1227 and the light guide plate 140 are an integral structure, that is, the light guide plate 140 is directly used as a middle support structure of the gel sheet 121.
For example, when the massage head 1000 is provided with the heating film 230, the light guide plate 140, the light equalizing plate 160 and the light reflecting plate, the above-mentioned structures can be correspondingly provided with the avoiding hole 231, and the pogo pin connector 200 passes through the avoiding hole 231 to contact with the gel sheet 121, thereby realizing the electrical connection of the circuit board 190 and the gel sheet 121, so that an electrical connection line is not needed, thereby ensuring that the inside of the massage head 1000 is more regular and improving the assembly efficiency.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the graphene film may be a transparent film. It can be appreciated that graphene has good optical properties, with a system yield of about 2.3% over a wide wavelength range, and appears to be nearly transparent. When the light emitting member 130 is provided in the massage head 1000, the graphene film does not affect the light transmission, and the through-holes 1221 may allow the light or infrared radiation to pass through the gel sheet 121. Therefore, the massage instrument can be effectively ensured to have various effects, and the massage effect is good.
Further, the massage head 1000 further includes a first magnetic attraction member 250 and a second magnetic attraction member (not shown), the first magnetic attraction member 250 is disposed on the massage main body 110, the second magnetic attraction member is disposed on the gel assembly 100, and the gel assembly 100 is magnetically attracted to the massage main body 110 through the first magnetic attraction member 250 and the second magnetic attraction member, so that the metal carrier 122 is detachably connected to the massage main body 110. The gel assembly 100 is provided with a second magnetic attraction member, and the first magnetic attraction member 250 and the second magnetic attraction member have a magnetic attraction force therebetween, so as to detachably fix the gel assembly 100 to the massage body 110. In this way, the massage body 110 and the gel member 100 can be magnetically coupled. Moreover, the extension of the gel assembly 100 is protruded from the massage main body 110, and the folding edge 1224 and the folding edge 1223 are provided to enhance the stability of the massage main body 110 and the gel assembly 100, so that the user can completely or partially separate the gel assembly 100 from the massage main body 110 using the folding edge 1224 or the folding edge 1223 as a fulcrum when the gel assembly 100 needs to be replaced or removed, thereby facilitating the replacement of the gel assembly 100. For example, the second magnetic element may be disposed on the metal carrier 122.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the first magnetic attracting members 250 are plural, and the plural first magnetic attracting members 250 are spaced apart in the circumferential direction of the massage body 110, so that the stability of the connection between the gel member 100 and the massage body 110 can be improved.
For example, one of the first magnetic attraction element 250 and the second magnetic attraction element is a magnetic element, and the other is a metal element suitable for being attracted by the magnetic attraction element, or both the first magnetic attraction element 250 and the second magnetic attraction element are magnetic elements. Both of the above-described manners can secure the stability of the connection between the gel assembly 100 and the massage body 110.
In some embodiments, the metal carrier 122 may serve as a second magnetic member, that is, the first magnetic member 250 has a magnetic attraction force to the metal carrier 122, so that the metal carrier 122 is attracted to the massage body 110. Of course, the metal carrier 122 may also be provided with a second magnetic attraction member, and the second magnetic attraction member and the first magnetic attraction member 250 attract each other.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the massage head 1000 includes a circuit board 190, and the circuit board 190 is electrically connected to the gel sheet 121.
As shown in fig. 2, the massage main body 110 may include a base 112 and a middle shell 113, the middle shell 113 is connected to the base 112 and defines a mounting space 114, the first magnetic component 250 may be disposed in the mounting space 114, a surface of the middle shell 113 away from the base 112 is recessed toward the base 112 to form a receiving groove 1131, and the circuit board 190 is disposed in the receiving groove 1131, so that the circuit board 190 may be received, and at the same time, the surface of the middle shell 113 receiving the circuit board 190 may be relatively flat.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4 and 6, the side wall of the circuit board 190 facing the base 112 has a plug-in post 192, the plug-in post 192 is disposed through the base 112, and the plug-in post 192 is adapted to be plugged into the body of the massage apparatus. Through the arrangement of the plug-in column 192, the electric connection between the massage head 1000 and the machine body is realized, and no connecting wire is required to be arranged. Therefore, the interior of the massage head 1000 can be neat, and the situation that connecting wires are wound is avoided. Meanwhile, the reliability of the connection between the base 112 and the circuit board 190 can be improved by the arrangement of the plug-in posts 192.
In other examples, one of the middle housing 113 and the circuit board 190 has positioning pillars (not shown), and the other has positioning holes 193, the positioning pillars are inserted into the positioning holes 193, the positioning pillars and the positioning holes 193 are plural, and the plural positioning pillars are distributed corresponding to the positioning holes 193. Therefore, the positioning function can be performed on the circuit board 190, the installation of the middle shell 113 and the circuit board 190 can be facilitated, and the connection between the middle shell 113 and the circuit board 190 can be stable.
Furthermore, the free end of the positioning column is provided with a fillet, the fillet can play a role in guiding, the middle shell 113 and the circuit board 190 can be conveniently mounted, and the mounting efficiency is improved.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, in conjunction with fig. 2, the surface of the middle shell 113 facing the base 112 has a positioning recess 1143, and the first magnetic member is disposed in the positioning recess 1143. The base 112 has a stop pillar 1121, and the stop pillar 1121 stops against the first magnetic element to limit the first magnetic element in the positioning recess 1143. Thus, the thickness of the massage head 1000 can be reduced while ensuring the reliability of the massage head 1000, so that the demand for miniaturization of the massage head 1000 can be satisfied.
