本发明公开了一种银离子防脱色丝裤袜,由以下成分按重量份组成:涤纶丝30~40份、锦纶丝30~40份、尼龙丝60~80份、银离子溶液10~20份、3‑羟基苯甲酸10~12份、植物皂角苷6~10份、脂肪酸盐两性抗静电剂6~8份、白云母粉8~10份、抗菌剂1~3份、防脱色助剂5~9份和防蚊乳液6~8份。该发明的技术效果为抗菌性能强,防臭效果好,防裂不散丝和具有除蚊虫效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及丝裤袜配方及工艺技术领域,具体为一种银离子防脱色丝裤袜及其生产工艺。
背景技术
丝袜是女人的第二层皮肤,也是现代女性生活中的一种必需品,目前市面上的丝袜大多为第三代丝袜,一般以尼龙加上优质弹力丝,以垂直和水平的方向织造。虽然弹性好,手感较柔软,但由于质地纤薄,丝袜在使用过程中,不经意间常常会产生破损和脱丝,继续使用甚至会造成整个袜圈脱散,大大影响穿着的舒适性和美观性。并且目前的单纯尼龙丝袜耐磨、弹性高,深受广大消费者的喜爱,但是尼龙丝袜与衣物摩擦会产生静电,容易带来不适,同时尼龙丝不吸汗,因此细菌容易存留在丝袜中,从而引起皮肤炎症;多年来,人们穿着袜子主要是为了保暖和护足,长时间穿着后袜内会滋生大量的细菌,引起脚气和脚臭,脚汗多的人尤其如此,给人们的生活造成诸多不便。近年来,具有抗菌功能的袜子越来越受到人们的关注,一些生产厂家采用天然的竹碳纤维、蓖麻纤维或甲壳素纤维来制造袜子,这类袜子虽然具有一定的抗菌性,但也存在一些缺点,一是生产成本较高,二是袜子的耐磨性较差,多次洗涤后容易起皱和破损。还有一些生产厂家在丝袜表面涂覆硅胶层,使其拥有抗菌效果,但会丧失丝袜原有的透气性和柔软性,穿着舒服度很差;夏天人们穿着淡薄,尤其是女士通常穿着很清凉,裸露在外的皮肤容易受到蚊虫叮咬,给人们的生活带来了麻烦。大多女士外出时因花露水味道不清爽而不喷,导致皮肤多处被咬。
因此,发明一种抗菌性能强,防臭效果好,防裂不散丝和具有除蚊虫效果的银离子防脱色丝裤袜及其生产工艺。
发明内容
发明的目的在于提供一种银离子防脱色丝裤袜及其生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,发明提供如下技术方案:一种银离子防脱色丝裤袜,由以下成分按重量份组成:涤纶丝30~40份、锦纶丝30~40份、尼龙丝60~80份、银离子溶液10~20份、3-羟基苯甲酸10~12份、植物皂角苷6~10份、脂肪酸盐两性抗静电剂6~8份、白云母粉8~10份、抗菌剂1~3份、防脱色助剂5~9份和防蚊乳液6~8份。
优选的,所述防脱色助剂由AES、淀粉转氨酶、二甲基乙酸苯、AES伴侣增稠剂、聚乙二醇、雷米邦、十八烷基苯磺酸钠、油酸钠、阳离子附聚物和水混合配制而成。
优选的,所述防脱色助剂各组分的重量份为:AES15~20份、淀粉转氨酶6~10份、二甲基乙酸苯6~10份、AES伴侣增稠剂3~5份、聚乙二醇20~30份、雷米邦3~5份、十八烷基苯磺酸钠8~12份、油酸钠2~3份、阳离子附聚物1~2份和水40~60份。
优选的,所述先将AES、淀粉转氨酶、二甲基乙酸苯、AES伴侣增稠剂充分混合均匀,然后加入聚乙二醇、雷米邦、油酸钠、阳离子附聚物,兑入水,用搅拌机充分搅拌溶解,最后加入十八烷基苯磺酸钠增稠即可。
优选的,所述防蚊乳液由杨酸甲酯、艾叶油、柠檬桉油、砂仁叶油、基础油及挥发性助剂混合而成。
优选的,所述防蚊乳液各组分的重量份为:杨酸甲酯6~10份、艾叶油8~10份、柠檬桉油6~8份、砂仁叶油12~14份、基础油4~8份及挥发性助剂2~6份。
优选的,所述抗菌剂由有机金属化合物,甘草,薄荷和水混合而成。
优选的,所述抗菌剂各组分的重量份为:机金属化合物6~10份,甘草10~12份,薄荷6~8份和水20~30份。

一种银离子防脱色丝裤袜的制备工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将涤纶丝、锦纶丝与尼龙丝在银离子溶液中浸泡1~2d后,利用热风机进行干燥处理,将涤纶丝、锦纶丝与尼龙丝进行熔化处理后,相互粘合,制得网状防脱包芯丝;
步骤二:将上述制备的切成短纤维混合均匀,经过梳毛机粗梳毛和细梳毛,然后经过并条机和细络联成;
步骤三:取一根化纤长丝作为芯丝,再取另一根化纤长丝加捻成为该化纤长丝的包覆纱线,制备成复合纱线,最后对复合纱线进行经纬编织;
步骤四:裤腰编织、左腿编织、右腿编织、裆部编织,左腿包括上部的裤身和下部的袜筒,右腿包括上部的裤身和下部的袜筒,制备成半成品丝裤袜;
步骤五:将所述半成品丝裤袜再次浸入银离子溶液中2~3h后,将3-羟基苯甲酸、植物皂角苷、脂肪酸盐两性抗静电剂、白云母粉和抗菌剂混合均匀后加入到上述银离子溶液中中,并控制温度20~30℃,且浸泡1~2h;
步骤六:控制温度在30~40℃,在半成品丝裤袜表面雾喷防蚊乳液以及银离子溶液,进行风干处理获得干燥毛胚;
步骤七:控制温度在80~90℃,pH值为7~9,将整理完成的干燥毛胚进行固色、染色处理,并且在染色的过程中加入防脱色助剂,获得丝裤袜胚;
步骤八:将染色后的半成品丝裤袜水洗20~30min后,采用220~280℃的蒸汽加热、烘干、整型,得到成品丝裤袜。
与现有技术相比,发明的有益效果是:
1、该银离子防脱色丝裤袜及其生产工艺,银离子是银原子失去一个或一个以上电子形成的带正电荷的阳离子,如Ag+、Ag2+、Ag3+等;通常以水溶液形式存在,银离子具有氧化作用,在日常生活中常用于杀菌消毒,通过将含有镀银的纤维制备裤袜,可以抑制菌类的繁殖而防治脚癣和臭脚;并且其中的银离子与抗菌剂组合,其中的抗菌剂对细菌本体进行抑制,其中的银离子造成微生物共有成分破坏或产生功能障碍,当微量的银离子到达微生物细胞膜时,因后者带负电荷,依靠库仑引力,使两者牢固吸附,银离子穿透细胞壁进入胞内,并与SH基反应,使蛋白质凝固,破坏细胞合成酶的活性,细胞丧失***增殖能力而死亡,并且银离子还能破坏微生物电子传输***、呼吸***和物质传输***,实现同时对细菌本体表面进行抑制以及细菌细胞进行失活处理,实现更好的抗菌效果。
2、本发明的生产工艺中,涤纶丝、锦纶丝与尼龙丝在银离子溶液中浸泡1~2d后,利用热风机进行干燥处理,将涤纶丝、锦纶丝与尼龙丝进行熔化处理后,相互粘合,制得网状防脱包芯丝,并且与脂肪酸盐两性抗静电剂组合,减少涤纶丝、锦纶丝与尼龙丝之间产生的静电,实现更好的防裂不散丝的技术效果。
3、本发明采用浸染有防蚊乳液的丝线编织而成,所述的防蚊乳液为由杨酸甲酯、艾叶油、柠檬桉油、砂仁叶油、基础油及挥发性助剂组成的防蚊液乳化后制得。制得的防蚊丝袜,有效地保护夏天穿着清凉的女士的腿部皮肤,防止蚊虫叮咬。

一种银离子防脱色丝裤袜的制备工艺,具体包括以下步骤:

步骤六:控制温度在30~40℃,在半成品丝裤袜表面雾喷防蚊乳液以及银离子溶液,进行风干处理获得干燥毛胚;
步骤七:控制温度在80~90℃,pH值为7~9,将整理完成的干燥毛胚进行固色、染色处理,并且在染色的过程中加入防脱色助剂,获得丝裤袜胚;
步骤八:将染色后的半成品丝裤袜水洗20~30min后,采用220~280℃的蒸汽加热、烘干、整型,得到成品丝裤袜。
实验一:对上述实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5制备的丝裤袜和现有技术的丝裤袜进行抗菌能力试验:主要通过最低抗菌质量浓度(MIC),最小杀菌质量浓度(MBC)和杀菌率(%)三个指标来评价;检测数据指标如下表所示:
实验结果:实施例1、实施例2、实施例3和实施例5制备的丝裤袜的行抗菌能力相同,并且明显高于实施例4与现有技术的丝裤袜的抗菌能力。
实验二:对上述实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5制备的丝裤袜和现有技术的丝裤袜进行防裂不散丝性能试验:将制备的丝裤袜置于搅拌装置内,观察首次裂开散丝所需要的时间h。
实验结果:实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5制备的丝裤袜的防裂不散丝性能明显高于现有技术的丝裤袜的防裂不散丝性能。
与现有技术相比,发明的有益效果是:该银离子防脱色丝裤袜及其生产工艺,银离子是银原子失去一个或一个以上电子形成的带正电荷的阳离子,如Ag+、Ag2+、Ag3+等;通常以水溶液形式存在,银离子具有氧化作用,在日常生活中常用于杀菌消毒,通过将含有镀银的纤维制备裤袜,可以抑制菌类的繁殖而防治脚癣和臭脚;并且其中的银离子与抗菌剂组合,其中的抗菌剂对细菌本体进行抑制,其中的银离子造成微生物共有成分破坏或产生功能障碍,当微量的银离子到达微生物细胞膜时,因后者带负电荷,依靠库仑引力,使两者牢固吸附,银离子穿透细胞壁进入胞内,并与SH基反应,使蛋白质凝固,破坏细胞合成酶的活性,细胞丧失***增殖能力而死亡,并且银离子还能破坏微生物电子传输***、呼吸***和物质传输***,实现同时对细菌本体表面进行抑制以及细菌细胞进行失活处理,实现更好的抗菌效果。该银离子防脱色丝裤袜及其生产工艺,涤纶丝、锦纶丝与尼龙丝在银离子溶液中浸泡1~2d后,利用热风机进行干燥处理,将涤纶丝、锦纶丝与尼龙丝进行熔化处理后,相互粘合,制得网状防脱包芯丝,并且与脂肪酸盐两性抗静电剂组合,减少涤纶丝、锦纶丝与尼龙丝之间产生的静电,实现更好的防裂不散丝的技术效果。该银离子防脱色丝裤袜及其生产工艺,采用浸染有防蚊乳液的丝线编织而成,所述的防蚊乳液为由杨酸甲酯、艾叶油、柠檬桉油、砂仁叶油、基础油及挥发性助剂组成的防蚊液乳化后制得。制得的防蚊丝袜,有效地保护夏天穿着清凉的女士的腿部皮肤,防止蚊虫叮咬。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (10)
1.一种银离子防脱色丝裤袜,其特征在于:由以下成分按重量份组成:涤纶丝30~40份、锦纶丝30~40份、尼龙丝60~80份、银离子溶液10~20份、3-羟基苯甲酸10~12份、植物皂角苷6~10份、脂肪酸盐两性抗静电剂6~8份、白云母粉8~10份、抗菌剂1~3份、防脱色助剂5~9份和防蚊乳液6~8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种银离子防脱色丝裤袜,其特征在于:所述防脱色助剂由AES、淀粉转氨酶、二甲基乙酸苯、AES伴侣增稠剂、聚乙二醇、雷米邦、十八烷基苯磺酸钠、油酸钠、阳离子附聚物和水混合配制而成。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种银离子防脱色丝裤袜,其特征在于:所述防脱色助剂各组分的重量份为:AES15~20份、淀粉转氨酶6~10份、二甲基乙酸苯6~10份、AES伴侣增稠剂3~5份、聚乙二醇20~30份、雷米邦3~5份、十八烷基苯磺酸钠8~12份、油酸钠2~3份、阳离子附聚物1~2份和水40~60份。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种银离子防脱色丝裤袜,其特征在于:所述先将AES、淀粉转氨酶、二甲基乙酸苯、AES伴侣增稠剂充分混合均匀,然后加入聚乙二醇、雷米邦、油酸钠、阳离子附聚物,兑入水,用搅拌机充分搅拌溶解,最后加入十八烷基苯磺酸钠增稠即可。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种银离子防脱色丝裤袜,其特征在于:所述防蚊乳液由杨酸甲酯、艾叶油、柠檬桉油、砂仁叶油、基础油及挥发性助剂混合而成。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种银离子防脱色丝裤袜,其特征在于:所述防蚊乳液各组分的重量份为:杨酸甲酯6~10份、艾叶油8~10份、柠檬桉油6~8份、砂仁叶油12~14份、基础油4~8份及挥发性助剂2~6份。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种银离子防脱色丝裤袜,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂由有机金属化合物,甘草,薄荷和水混合而成。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种银离子防脱色丝裤袜,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂各组分的重量份为:机金属化合物6~10份,甘草10~12份,薄荷6~8份和水20~30份。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种银离子防脱色丝裤袜,其特征在于:所述有机金属化合物为有机铜化合物、有机锌化合物或有机汞化合物。
10.一种银离子防脱色丝裤袜的制备工艺,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将涤纶丝、锦纶丝与尼龙丝在银离子溶液中浸泡1~2d后,利用热风机进行干燥处理,将涤纶丝、锦纶丝与尼龙丝进行熔化处理后,相互粘合,制得网状防脱包芯丝;
步骤二:将上述制备的切成短纤维混合均匀,经过梳毛机粗梳毛和细梳毛,然后经过并条机和细络联成;
步骤三:取一根化纤长丝作为芯丝,再取另一根化纤长丝加捻成为该化纤长丝的包覆纱线,制备成复合纱线,最后对复合纱线进行经纬编织;
步骤四:裤腰编织、左腿编织、右腿编织、裆部编织,左腿包括上部的裤身和下部的袜筒,右腿包括上部的裤身和下部的袜筒,制备成半成品丝裤袜;
步骤五:将所述半成品丝裤袜再次浸入银离子溶液中2~3h后,将3-羟基苯甲酸、植物皂角苷、脂肪酸盐两性抗静电剂、白云母粉和抗菌剂混合均匀后加入到上述银离子溶液中中,并控制温度20~30℃,且浸泡1~2h;
步骤六:控制温度在30~40℃,在半成品丝裤袜表面雾喷防蚊乳液以及银离子溶液,进行风干处理获得干燥毛胚;
步骤七:控制温度在80~90℃,pH值为7~9,将整理完成的干燥毛胚进行固色、染色处理,并且在染色的过程中加入防脱色助剂,获得丝裤袜胚;
步骤八:将染色后的半成品丝裤袜水洗20~30min后,采用220~280℃的蒸汽加热、烘干、整型,得到成品丝裤袜。
