本发明公开了一种涡流纺粘胶纱,包括纱线本体;所述纱线本体包括芯纱、缠绕纱、亚麻纤维层和竹粘胶纤维层;所述芯纱为PTT纱线;所述PTT纱线由PTT纤维制成;所述缠绕纱由粘胶强力丝加捻并股而成;所述缠绕纱螺旋缠绕在所述芯纱外;所述亚麻纤维层由亚麻纤维螺旋包覆在所述缠绕纱外形成;所述竹粘胶纤维层由竹粘胶纤维螺旋包覆在所述亚麻纤维层外形成。本发明触软舒适,纱线强度高,弹力好,不易断裂,具有良好的抗菌性能,吸湿放湿性能好,综合性能优异。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织纱线领域,特别涉及一种涡流纺粘胶纱。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步,纺织技术和纺织设备不断发展,新型纱线也随之不断出现,而涡流纺纱线就是其中最受人瞩目的一种。涡流纺是目前纺纱***中一项新技术,与传统环锭纺比较:具有纺纱流程短,生产效率高,质量在线监控、自动化智能化程度高等特点,还具有大幅度减少用工及减少纱线毛羽等优势。故用涡流纺纱线加工成针、棉织物,具有布面光洁、毛羽少,耐磨性好、抗起毛起球性佳,及色泽鲜艳、吸湿快干等优良性能。目前国内外对涡流纺技术的研究很多,但涉及涡流纺纱线性能的研究较少。
粘胶纤维是人造纤维的主要品种,是中国产量第二大的化纤品种,其主要原料是化学浆粕,包括棉浆粕和木浆粕两种,通过化学反应将天然纤维素分离出来再生而成,国内所用原料主要是棉浆粕。粘胶纤维吸湿性好,易于染色,不易起静电,有较好的可纺性能,被广泛应用于各类纺织、服装等领域。但是现有的粘胶纤维纱线存在结构强度差,弹力回复性差的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种涡流纺粘胶纱,将粘胶纤维与其他纤维丝混纺,改善粘胶纤维的不足,解决了现有的汉麻棉纤维混纺纱存在汉麻纤维刚性大,适纺性差,与棉纤维混合时容易脱落、断裂、打结的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种涡流纺粘胶纱,包括纱线本体;所述纱线本体包括芯纱、缠绕纱、亚麻纤维层和竹粘胶纤维层;所述芯纱为PTT纱线;所述PTT纱线由PTT纤维制成;所述缠绕纱由粘胶强力丝加捻并股而成;所述缠绕纱螺旋缠绕在所述芯纱外;所述亚麻纤维层由亚麻纤维螺旋包覆在所述缠绕纱外形成;所述竹粘胶纤维层由竹粘胶纤维螺旋包覆在所述亚麻纤维层外形成。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述芯纱由1-4根所述PTT纱线无捻并股而成。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述PTT纱线为2.2tex。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述亚麻纤维层和竹粘胶纤维层的螺旋包缠方向相反。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述纱线本体为26tex。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明触软舒适,纱线强度高,弹力好,不易断裂,具有良好的抗菌性能,吸湿放湿性能好,综合性能优异。本发明采用具有弹力的PPT纱线作为芯纱,并且PTT 纱线具有良好的弹性回复性,配合缠绕纱使纱线本体在一定的伸长后具有高强的纱线强度;采用亚麻纤维层包覆在缠绕纱外,具有良好的吸湿散热性能,放湿性能,防污抗静电,抗菌性能,同时阻燃性能好,通过亚麻纤维层可以改善粘胶纤维放湿性能差,不易干,受潮后透气性差的缺点,与外部的竹粘胶纤维层配合,使纱线本体具有柔软的触感,良好的抗菌性能和透气性能。

实施例
结合图1,本发明公开了一种涡流纺粘胶纱,包括纱线本体。纱线本体包括芯纱1、缠绕纱2、亚麻纤维层3和竹粘胶纤维层4。芯纱1为PTT 纱线。优选的,芯纱1由1-4根PTT纱线无捻并股而成。PTT纱线由PTT 纤维制成。PTT纱线为2.2tex。缠绕纱2由粘胶强力丝加捻并股而成。粘胶强力丝优选采用细旦粘胶强力丝,以保证纱线本体的柔软性和弹力回复性。缠绕纱2螺旋缠绕在芯纱1外。亚麻纤维层3由亚麻纤维螺旋包覆在缠绕纱2外形成。竹粘胶纤维层4由竹粘胶纤维螺旋包覆在亚麻纤维层3 外形成。优选的,亚麻纤维层3和竹粘胶纤维层4的螺旋包缠方向相反。纱线本体最好控制在26tex。
通过上述具体实施例,本发明的有益效果是:本发明触软舒适,纱线强度高,弹力好,不易断裂,具有良好的抗菌性能,吸湿放湿性能好,综合性能优异。本发明采用具有弹力的PPT纱线作为芯纱1,并且PTT 纱线具有良好的弹性回复性,配合缠绕纱2使纱线本体在一定的伸长后具有高强的纱线强度;采用亚麻纤维层3包覆在缠绕纱2外,具有良好的吸湿散热性能,放湿性能,防污抗静电,抗菌性能,同时阻燃性能好,通过亚麻纤维层3可以改善粘胶纤维放湿性能差,不易干,受潮后透气性差的缺点,与外部的竹粘胶纤维层4配合,使纱线本体具有柔软的触感,良好的抗菌性能和透气性能。

1.一种涡流纺粘胶纱,其特征在于,包括纱线本体;所述纱线本体包括芯纱、缠绕纱、亚麻纤维层和竹粘胶纤维层;所述芯纱为PTT纱线;所述PTT纱线由PTT纤维制成;所述缠绕纱由粘胶强力丝加捻并股而成;所述缠绕纱螺旋缠绕在所述芯纱外;所述亚麻纤维层由亚麻纤维螺旋包覆在所述缠绕纱外形成;所述竹粘胶纤维层由竹粘胶纤维螺旋包覆在所述亚麻纤维层外形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涡流纺粘胶纱,其特征在于,所述芯纱由1-4根所述PTT纱线无捻并股而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的涡流纺粘胶纱,其特征在于,所述PTT纱线为2.2tex。
4.根据权利要求3所述的涡流纺粘胶纱,其特征在于,所述亚麻纤维层和竹粘胶纤维层的螺旋包缠方向相反。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涡流纺粘胶纱,其特征在于,所述纱线本体为26tex。
