Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of safety seats, in particular to a safety seat supporting leg with a novel in-place detection structure.
Background
The child safety seat for the vehicle is a safety device specially designed for children of different body types (or age groups), and can be installed in the vehicle to effectively improve the riding safety of the children. In the event of a car crash or sudden deceleration, the impact force on the child can be reduced and the child's body movement can be restricted to mitigate injury to them. The definitions of the european mandatory enforcement standard are: a child safety system comprising a harness assembly or flexible member with an interface, an adjustment mechanism, an accessory, etc., capable of being secured to a motor vehicle.
In the existing safety seats of partial models, a supporting leg mechanism is additionally arranged at the bottom for improving the safety, and is used for forming a supporting function between the floor in the vehicle and the safety seat. Common supporting leg mechanism includes extending structure to and be used for locking the locking structure of the form behind the extending structure is flexible, upper portion pipe and the lower part pipe of telescope structure normal use internal and external registrates, the bottom of lower part pipe sets up trigger switch, trigger switch passes through the signal line and connects reputation alarm etc. and the prompter that targets in place, when lower socle portion touches floor in the car or reaches certain threshold value to the pressure on floor in the car, trigger switch is activated, make devices such as reputation alarm give the suggestion that the supporting leg extends to target in place.
However, the applicant has found that, when the applicant tracks the use condition of the above-mentioned supporting leg design for a long time, the signal line is flexible and thin and is easy to bend and deform, when the lower pipe is operated to retract into the upper pipe, the section of the signal line in the upper pipe is easy to be clamped into a structural gap between the end parts of the upper pipe and the lower pipe, which causes unsmooth or dead clamping of the telescopic structure of the supporting leg, and therefore, a new technical breakthrough is required to be sought for the structural design of the supporting leg.
Disclosure of Invention

Preferably, a limit hole is formed in a side wall of the upper pipe, and a limit member inserted into the limit hole is installed on the end frame to limit a moving range of the upper pipe relative to the end frame.
Preferably, the end frame includes a housing, and a fixing frame installed in the housing for connecting the safety seat main body.
Preferably, the shell is provided with a clamping groove for fixing the trigger switch, the trigger switch is fixed in the clamping groove, and the trigger end is arranged at the upper end of the upper pipe.
Preferably, the fixing frame is provided with a limiting opening opposite to the clamping groove, the upper pipe is provided with a U-shaped bayonet opposite to the trigger switch, and the trigger end of the trigger switch extends out of the limiting opening and then is arranged right above the U-shaped bayonet.
Preferably, the limiting part is a limiting screw, a threaded hole is formed in the fixing frame, and the limiting screw penetrates through the threaded hole and then is inserted into the limiting hole.
Preferably, the elastic return structure is a return spring.
Preferably, the trigger switch is a pressure relay or a pressure sensor.
Additional aspects and advantages of the invention will be set forth in part in the description which follows and, in part, will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention.
The technical scheme has the following advantages or beneficial effects: the trigger switch at the bottom of the lower pipe in the conventional design is shifted to the end frame at the top end of the upper pipe by changing the position of the trigger switch for in-place detection in the supporting leg, so that a longer signal wire in the original design is directly omitted. After the lower pipe on the supporting leg is adjusted to continuously extend out and press the floor in the vehicle, the upper pipe can reversely move upwards when the supporting leg is adjusted to extend, until the trigger switch above the supporting leg is pushed to activate the upper pipe, when a user observes that the indicator gives a prompt of in-place, the supporting leg is adjusted in-place stably, the upper pipe is controlled by the elastic reset structure to keep a distance with the trigger switch on the end frame in a normal state, and the trigger switch is prevented from being activated when the lower pipe on the supporting leg is mistakenly touched or adjusted and is not extended in-place. The problem of signal line easily block in the structure gap between upper portion pipe and the lower part pipe end portion in the conventional design is solved to promote smooth and easy nature, stability and the reliability of the flexible adjustment process of supporting leg, and saved the signal line cost.
