According to the attached drawings 1, 2 and 9, a power line is arranged on the back of the base 1, the input end of the power line is electrically connected with an external power supply, a data processing chip (the model of the data processing chip can be AD8352 ACPZ) is arranged inside the control box 2, the output end of the power line is electrically connected with the input end of the control box 2, the electric push rod 5 (the model of the electric push rod can be IP 800) and the water level sensor 198 (the model of the water level sensor can be WMB-FS), the output end of the switch 3 is electrically connected with the input end of the data processing chip through a wire, the output end of the data processing chip is electrically connected with the input end of the electric push rod 5 through a wire, the output end of the water level sensor 198 is electrically connected with the input end of the data processing chip, power is supplied to the whole device, and the switch 3 plays a control role.
The working principle is as follows: when a patient needs to be transfused, firstly, the transfusion bottle is placed into the fixed collar 199 from the top end of the fixed collar 199 so as to be fixed, the first screw 194 and the second screw 197 are rotated anticlockwise so as to release the abutment of the first screw 194 and the second screw 197 with the second movable connecting rod 193 and the third movable connecting rod 196, so as to pull the second movable connecting rod 193 downwards and pull the third movable connecting rod 196 leftwards, thus the position of the water level sensor 198 can be adjusted, the position of the water level sensor 198 is adjusted to the lower right end of the transfusion bottle, the first screw 194 and the third movable connecting rod 196 are rotated clockwise again so as to restore the abutment of the first screw 194 and the third movable connecting rod 196 with the eighth fixed connecting rod 192 and the ninth fixed connecting rod 195, thus the water level sensor 198 is fixed, the movable blocking rod 166 is pulled backwards so as to release the magnetic attraction abutment of the fifth fixed connecting rod 165 and the movable blocking rod 166, the infusion tube is placed in the clamping device 16, and the movable stop lever 166 is pushed forward, so that the fifth fixed connecting rod 165 and the movable stop lever 166 are magnetically attached from the new position.
When a patient is transfused and a medicine bottle in an infusion bottle is about to be consumed, the water level sensor 198 receives a signal and feeds the signal back to the data processing chip, the data processing chip receives the signal and controls the electric push rod 5 to work, the electric push rod 5 makes the rack 6 move upwards when working, the rack 6 moves upwards and drives the second gear 83 to rotate, the second gear 83 rotates and drives the first gear 81 to rotate, the first rotating rod 7 and the rotating screw 11 rotate when the first gear 81 rotates, the threaded sleeve 12 rotates when the first rotating rod 7 and the rotating screw 11 rotate and drives the first movable connecting rod 13 to rotate when the threaded sleeve 12 rotates, the first movable connecting rod 13 is blocked by the movable notch 14, and thus the threaded sleeve 12 and the first movable connecting rod 13 move downwards, when the first movable connecting rod 13 moves downwards, the first latch 15 will move downwards, and the first latch 15 and the second latch 164 will be tightly attached, so that the infusion tube is locked, the second gear 83 will drive the third gear 85 to rotate together while rotating, the third gear 85 will drive the second rotating rod 86 to rotate together while rotating, when the second rotating rod 86 rotates, the second rotating rod 86 will knock down the bell 10, and the bell 10 will make the first spring 9 rock, so that the bell 10 will sound.
