Description

Composition with garlic residue as carrier and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of livestock and poultry breeding. More particularly, relates to a composition taking garlic residues as a carrier and application thereof.
Background
The garlic is a plant of Allium of Liliaceae, contains abundant nutrient components and physiologically active substances, has the effects of resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation, preventing cancer and lowering blood pressure, improving organism immunity and the like, and the garlic essential oil extracted by using the garlic has been widely applied to the fields of medicine and health care and livestock and poultry breeding. With the rapid development of the garlic essential oil industry, a large amount of garlic residues are produced and cannot be fully utilized. The garlic residue is a byproduct after the garlic essential oil is extracted, and actually contains a large amount of nutrient components, such as various mineral substances, amino acids, vitamins, polypeptides, superoxide dismutase and the like which are necessary for animals, and has the effects of promoting the appetite and the growth and development of the animals, improving the meat, egg and milk yield of the animals, improving the meat quality and flavor, enhancing the disease resistance of the animals and the like. If the garlic residues are discarded, not only can great waste of resources be caused, but also the strong garlic odor of the garlic residues can cause serious pollution to the environment. Therefore, the development and utilization of the garlic residues not only have remarkable economic value, but also have important ecological significance.
The plant essential oil is a safe, efficient, stable and controllable feed additive, has biological functions of obviously sterilizing and inhibiting bacteria, promoting animal feeding, improving production performance, resisting oxidation, enhancing organism immunity and the like, and can be used as a substitute of antibiotics in animal production. The vitamins constitute the coenzyme or prosthetic group of enzyme, participate in the metabolism of regulating substance and energy, and have very important functions of promoting the growth and development of animals, improving the feed reward, improving the reproductive performance, enhancing the anti-stress capability and improving the quality of livestock and poultry products. For example, the Chinese patent application CN107981049A discloses a feed additive for improving meat quality, which mainly comprises the components of cinnamomum japonicum leaf essential oil, lysine, compound vitamin and the like, can obviously improve the immunity of livestock and poultry organisms, regulate the metabolism of the organisms and improve the meat quality of the livestock and poultry, and has a certain bacteriostatic action. However, the plant essential oil and the fat-soluble vitamins are oily substances, are insoluble in water, are difficult to form a stable system, influence feed intake and absorption of organisms, and seriously restrict the application of the plant essential oil and the fat-soluble vitamins in livestock and poultry breeding.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the development and utilization of garlic residues are lacked in the prior art, so that great waste and environmental pollution are caused; the plant essential oil and the fat-soluble vitamin are difficult to form a stable system and influence the defect and deficiency of absorption of an organism, and the composition taking the garlic residue as the carrier is provided, so that the plant essential oil, the fat-soluble vitamin and other fat-soluble components can be fully mixed to form a stable system, and the feed intake and the absorption of the organism to nutrient components are improved.
The invention aims to provide a composition taking garlic residues as a carrier.
The invention also aims to provide application of the composition taking the garlic residues as the carrier in preparation of animal feed, animal health products or veterinary drugs.
The above purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a composition with garlic residue as carrier comprises the following components per kilogram: 10-100 g of plant essential oil, 10-100 g of fat-soluble vitamin, 10-100 g of plant oil, 0.1-1 g of antioxidant and the balance of garlic residue to 1000 g.
The inventor finds in practice that the garlic residue has certain adsorbability besides rich nutrient substances and certain biological activity, fat-soluble components such as plant essential oil, fat-soluble vitamins and plant oil can be loaded to be fully and uniformly mixed, and the fat-soluble components are loaded on the garlicin to form a relatively stable system, so that the problem of inconvenience in application of the fat-soluble components in livestock and poultry breeding is solved, the components play a role in synergy, the feed intake of animals and the absorption of organisms on the nutrient components can be remarkably improved, the morbidity of the animals is reduced, the healthy and rapid growth of the animals is guaranteed, and the production performance of the animals is improved.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components per kilogram of composition: 20-100 g of plant essential oil, 15-80 g of fat-soluble vitamin, 10-80 g of plant oil, 0.1-0.5 g of antioxidant and the balance of garlic residue to 1000 g.
Further, the plant essential oil is one or more of garlic essential oil, oregano oil, thyme oil and cinnamon oil.
Further, the fat-soluble vitamin is one or more of vitamin A, vitamin D3 and vitamin E.
Further, the vegetable oil is one or more of soybean oil, cottonseed oil, peanut oil, rice oil, tea oil, sunflower seed oil, castor oil and olive oil.
Further, the antioxidant is one or more of gallic acid and esters thereof, tert-butyl p-hydroxyanisole, dibutyl hydroxy toluene, tocopherol and ascorbyl palmitate.
Further, the preparation method of the composition comprises the following steps:
mixing vegetable oil, antioxidant, plant essential oil and fat-soluble vitamins to obtain oil phase, and uniformly spraying the oil phase onto the garlic residue carrier.
In addition, the invention also provides application of the composition taking the garlic residues as the carrier in preparation of animal feed, animal health products or veterinary drugs.
Further, the addition amount of the composition in the animal feed is 0.05-5 wt%.
Furthermore, the addition amount of the composition in animal health products or veterinary drugs is 10-50 wt%.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) according to the composition with the garlic residues as the carriers, the garlic residues are loaded with the components such as plant essential oil, fat-soluble vitamins and plant oil to form a relatively stable system, and the components play a synergistic role, so that the feed intake of animals and the absorption of organisms on nutritional ingredients can be obviously improved, the morbidity of the animals is reduced, the healthy and rapid growth of the animals is guaranteed, and the production performance of the animals is improved;
(2) the composition with the garlic residue as the carrier fully develops and utilizes the waste resource garlic residue, has the advantages of non-toxic and harmless components, safety, low cost, simple and feasible preparation method, is very suitable for large-scale industrial production, and has obvious economic value and important ecological significance.
