本发明涉及香料技术领域,具体为一种留香的组合物,该组合物包括以下重量份比的原料:开司米酮份,香兰素丙二醇缩醛份,甲基柏木酮份,霍香油份,酮类化合物份,枯草菌脂肽钠份,PEG‑60氢化蓖麻油份,水份,该组合物的粒径在0.05‑0.15μm之间;香料混合物呈泛蓝光的乳状,其粒径大小适中,在冲洗的时候不容易洗去,因此更留香,留香的洗涤产品如洗衣液、洗发露、沐浴露等,具有很大的市场空间,本专利从香料的选择和香料的加工工艺入手,成功地解决了洗涤产品使用后难以留香的问题,有很好的应用前景。

本发明涉及香料技术领域,具体为一种留香的组合物。
背景技术
洗衣液、洗发水或者沐浴露产品,香味很容易被洗去,不能留下香味,这一方面和香料的选择有关系,另外一方面和香料在产品中的粒径分布有关系,要控制香料在产品的粒径比较困难。
发明内容
为了解决上述的问题,本发明提供一种留香的组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
本发明提供一种留香的组合物,该组合物包括以下重量份比的原料:开司米酮10-20份,香兰素丙二醇缩醛3-6份,甲基柏木酮3-6份,霍香油3-12份,酮类化合物20-30份,枯草菌脂肽钠5-8份,PEG-60氢化蓖麻油8-12份,水20-30份,该组合物的粒径在0.05-0.15μm之间。
优选的,该组合物还包括以下重量份比的原料:特沙龙1-10份,超级降龙涎醚0.1-1.5份。
优选的,该组合物的粒径为0.1μm之间。
优选的,该组合物的加工工艺包括以下步骤:
将开司米酮10-20份,香兰素丙二醇缩醛3-6份,甲基柏木酮3-6份,霍香油3-12份,酮类化合物20-30份和枯草菌脂肽钠5-8份,PEG-60氢化蓖麻油8-12份混合,用JJ-1电动搅拌器搅拌至均匀,边搅拌边加入5份水则产品出现变稠并变透明(此时所有的物料混匀后呈均相,光线能够完全通过,所以是透明的),再加入5份水,重复此前的操作,当加至第4-5次水时,产品由完全透明变成为稍有蓝色乳光出现(此时料体由均相转变为油/水型乳状液,由于油滴(分散相)对光线产生折射,所以出现蓝色的乳光,通过控制乳化剂的比例用量,可以控制乳液的粒径)时即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的一种留香的组合物,香料混合物呈泛蓝光的乳状,其粒径大小适中,在冲洗的时候不容易洗去,因此更留香,留香的洗涤产品如洗衣液、洗发露、沐浴露等,具有很大的市场空间,本专利从香料的选择和香料的加工工艺入手,成功地解决了洗涤产品使用后难以留香的问题,有很好的应用前景。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
1)将开司米酮10份,香兰素丙二醇缩醛6份,甲基柏木酮6份,霍香油12份,酮类化合物20份和枯草菌脂肽钠8份,PEG-60氢化蓖麻油8份混合,用JJ-1电动搅拌器搅拌至均匀,边搅拌边加入5份水则产品出现变稠并变透明(此时所有的物料混匀后呈均相,光线能够完全通过,所以是透明的),再加入5份水,重复此前的操作,当加至第4-5次水时,产品由完全透明变成为稍有蓝色乳光出现(此时料体由均相转变为油/水型乳状液,由于油滴(分散相)对光线产生折射,所以出现蓝色的乳光,通过控制乳化剂的比例用量,可以控制乳液的粒径)时即可。
实施例2
将开司米酮20份,香兰素丙二醇缩醛3份,甲基柏木酮6份,霍香油12份,酮类化合物30份和枯草菌脂肽钠8份,PEG-60氢化蓖麻油8份混合,用JJ-1电动搅拌器搅拌至均匀,边搅拌边加入5份水则产品出现变稠并变透明(此时所有的物料混匀后呈均相,光线能够完全通过,所以是透明的),再加入5份水,重复此前的操作,当加至第4-5次水时,产品由完全透明变成为稍有蓝色乳光出现(此时料体由均相转变为油/水型乳状液,由于油滴(分散相)对光线产生折射,所以出现蓝色的乳光,通过控制乳化剂的比例用量,可以控制乳液的粒径)时即可。
普通的洗衣液都是透明的,所以加入的香精在体系中完全被乳化增溶,粒径极小,因此在冲洗的时候很容易被冲洗,不易留香。
实施例1和实施例2制备的组合物呈泛蓝光的乳状,其粒径大小适中,在冲洗的时候不容易洗去,因此更留香。
采用常规的工艺材料制备的呈乳白色乳状香料,其粒径则过大,加入料中会影响产品的泡沫、稳定性等指标,所以不适合。
虽然在上文中已经参考实施例对本发明进行了描述,然而在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,本发明所披露的实施例中的各项特征均可通过任意方式相互结合起来使用,在本说明书中未对这些组合的情况进行穷举性的描述仅仅是出于省略篇幅和节约资源的考虑。因此,本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

1.一种留香的组合物,其特征在于,该组合物包括以下重量份比的原料:开司米酮10-20份,香兰素丙二醇缩醛3-6份,甲基柏木酮3-6份,霍香油3-12份,酮类化合物20-30份,枯草菌脂肽钠5-8份,PEG-60氢化蓖麻油8-12份,水20-30份,该组合物的粒径在0.05-0.15μm之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种留香的组合物,其特征在于,该组合物还包括以下重量份比的原料:特沙龙1-10份,超级降龙涎醚0.1-1.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种留香的组合物,其特征在于,该组合物的粒径为0.1μm之间。
