The super cotton-like yarn spun by the vortex spinning process is soft and comfortable in hand feeling, fluffy and breathable, good in skin-friendly property, good in strength, good in wear resistance, smooth in surface, less in hairiness, not easy to pilling, and good in antistatic and antibacterial properties.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of vortex spinning, in particular to super cotton-like vortex spun yarn and a production process thereof.
Background
With the continuous progress of society, textile technology and textile equipment are continuously developed, new yarns are continuously appeared, and vortex spun yarns are one of the most attractive yarns. However, the existing cotton yarn has the problems of high manufacturing cost, low strength far lower than that of chemical fiber yarn under the same yarn fineness, poor wear resistance, easy pilling and the like, so that the eddy spinning process is required to be introduced, the yarn structure is improved, the super cotton-like yarn is produced, the strength of the yarn is improved on the basis of keeping the excellent performance of the cotton yarn, and the cost is reduced.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides super cotton-like vortex spun yarn and a production process thereof, which adopt FDY (fully drawn yarn) as a framework of the yarn to ensure that a yarn body has good strength, and the yarn body keeps good touch and performance by matching with a middle layer and a leather layer, thereby having super cotton-like effect and solving the problems that the existing cotton yarn has high manufacturing cost, the strength is far lower than that of chemical fiber yarn under the same yarn fineness, the wear resistance is poor, the pilling is easy, and the effect of the existing cotton-like yarn is not ideal.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a super cotton-like vortex spun yarn comprises a yarn body; the yarn body comprises a core layer, a middle layer and a skin layer which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside; the core layer is FDY filaments; the middle layer is DTY fine denier tows; the DTY fine denier tow is spirally wrapped outside the FDY yarns; the skin layer is made of bamboo viscose; the bamboo viscose fiber is spirally wrapped outside the DTY fine denier filament bundle.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the FDY filaments of the core layer have an untwisted doubled structure.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the linear density of the core fiber layer is 1.68 dtex.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the DTY fine denier tow is 83.3dtex/72f DTY fine denier tow.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the bamboo viscose fiber is 35-38mm bamboo viscose staple fiber, and the bamboo viscose fiber is colored spun fiber.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the blending ratio of the FDY yarns, the DTY fine denier tows and the bamboo viscose fibers is 1:2: 1.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the middle layer is internally provided with pores left after the hydrolysis of the PVA fiber which is easy to hydrolyze.

In addition, the FDY, DTY fine denier tows and bamboo viscose fibers have high yield and low manufacturing cost, and the yarn can be ensured to have better performance than cotton yarn on the basis of reducing the production cost.

6. The super cotton-like vortex spun yarn of claim 4, wherein the blending ratio of the FDY yarns, the DTY fine denier tows and the bamboo viscose fibers is 1:2: 1.
7. The super cotton-like vortex spun yarn of claim 5, wherein the intermediate layer is provided with pores left after hydrolysis of the PVA fiber which is easy to hydrolyze.
8. A production process of super cotton-like vortex spun yarn is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, spinning FDY (fully drawn yarn) serving as core yarn and mixed fiber of DTY (draw textured yarn) fine denier tow and PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) fiber easy to hydrolyze serving as wrapping fiber into first wrapping core yarn by an eddy current spinning process;
step 2, spinning the first core-spun yarn as a core filament and the bamboo viscose as a wrapping fiber into the composite core-spun yarn by an eddy-current spinning process;
