Abstract

本发明提供一种真丝羊毛毡化复合褶皱材料及其制备方法,涉及纺织服装、纤维面料技术领域。本发明将羊毛条整理为疏松片状,在得到的疏松片状羊毛条上下面分别覆盖真丝织物,经打磨,得到毡化复合材料;然后采用推压方式将毡化复合材料形成不易松散的褶皱面料,再经后续的气蒸固色,使褶皱更加牢固,且制备方法环保、绿色。同时,上述制备方法得到的真丝羊毛毡化复合褶皱材料具有真丝的质感,同时具有丰富肌理感、亲肤、透气,为极具竞争力的个性化产品。

一种真丝羊毛毡化复合褶皱材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织服装、纤维面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种真丝羊毛毡化复合褶皱材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
羊毛纤维在湿热以及碱性环境中经过物理搓揉,经机械力作用,纤维之间的鳞片会相互穿插纠缠、勾结毡化,使羊毛集合体逐渐收缩紧密,这种特殊的性质被称为羊毛的缩绒毡化性。毛纤维通过毡化,可提高织物厚度和紧度,产生整齐的绒面,外观优美,手感丰满,提高保暖性。虽然现有技术中已经有人将羊毛和真丝毡化复合,但是由于真丝使用高温压褶过程容易对真丝产生破坏,所以现有的真丝羊毛毡化材料都是平整材料,没有褶皱纹理。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种真丝羊毛毡化复合褶皱材料及其制备方法。本发明采用推压方式将羊毛和真丝织物形成的毡化复合材料形成不易松散的褶皱面料,保证了真丝的质感,且制备方法环保、绿色。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种真丝羊毛毡化复合褶皱材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将羊毛条整理为疏松片状,在得到的疏松片状羊毛条上下面分别覆盖真丝织物,经打磨,得到毡化复合材料;
采用工程线将所述毡化复合材料包裹并缠绕在管件上,然后将毡化复合材料向管件的一端推压,得到褶皱材料;
对所述褶皱材料依次进行染色、气蒸固色、洗涤、干燥和拆除工程线,得到所述真丝羊毛毡化复合褶皱材料。
优选地,所述在得到的疏松片状羊毛条上下面分别覆盖真丝织物的步骤为:
将真丝织物平铺于同等大小的塑料气泡纸上,然后在所述真丝织物上依次平铺同等大小的疏松片状羊毛条、真丝织物和塑料网纱。
优选地,所述打磨前,还包括将得到的三层材料浸湿,所述浸湿用试剂为pH值为10~11,温度为60~80℃的肥皂水;所述打磨后,还包括去除打磨后三层材料中多余的水,将所述塑料汽泡纸和塑料网纱去除。
优选地,所述缠绕的方式为以工程线间隔1cm的方式缠绕。
优选地,所述推压的方式为当所述工程线缠绕长度为8~10cm时,进行一次推压。
优选地,所述管件的直径为10~12cm。
优选地,所述气蒸固色的温度为100~120℃,时间为40~60min。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种真丝羊毛毡化复合褶皱材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将羊毛条整理为疏松片状,在得到的疏松片状羊毛条上下面分别覆盖真丝织物,经打磨,得到毡化复合材料;
采用工程线将所述毡化复合材料包裹并缠绕在管件上,然后将毡化复合材料向管件的一端推压,得到褶皱材料;
对所述褶皱材料依次进行染色、高温气蒸固色、洗涤、干燥和拆除工程线,得到所述真丝羊毛毡化复合褶皱材料。
本发明将羊毛条整理为疏松片状,在得到的疏松片状羊毛条上下面分别覆盖真丝织物,经打磨,得到毡化复合材料。
在本发明中,所述疏松片状羊毛条的厚度优选为0.5~2.0cm,进一步优选为1cm。本发明对所述羊毛条进行整理的方式不做具体限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的羊毛整理工艺即可,只要将羊毛条整理为疏松片状即可。
本发明对所述真丝织物的来源或者类别没有具体要求,本领域技术人员根据实际需要进行选择即可,在本发明的具体实施例中,所述真丝织物优选为18姆米真丝顺纡绉面料。
在本发明中,所述在得到的疏松片状羊毛条上下面分别覆盖真丝织物的具体步骤优选为:将真丝织物平铺于同等大小的塑料气泡纸上,然后在所述真丝织物上依次平铺同等大小的疏松片状羊毛条、真丝织物和塑料网纱。在本发明中,所述塑料网纱和塑料气泡纸的作用为在打磨过程中,保护真丝织物结构不被破坏。
所述打磨前,本发明优选还包括将得到的三层材料浸湿;所述浸湿用试剂优选为pH值为10~11,温度为60~80℃的肥皂水。
本发明对所述打磨的方式、设备及设备的操作参数不做要求,只要能够使羊毛纤维从真丝织物的孔中均匀钻出即可。在本发明的具体实施例中,所述打磨的机器优选为平板式打磨机,所述平板式打磨机的功率为180W,轨道转速(OPM)优选为14000。

本发明对所述毡化复合材料包裹管件的方式方法不做具体限定,在本发明的具体实施例中,所述毡化复合材料优选与管件的管面呈45°进行包裹。在本发明中,所述缠绕的方式优选为以工程线间隔1cm的方式缠绕。在本发明中,所述毡化复合材料包裹并缠绕在管件上的示意图如图1所示。
在本发明中,所述推压的方式为当所述工程线缠绕长度为8~10cm时,进行一次推压;本发明对退压的方式不做具体限定,只要能够推压至不动即可。。
本发明采用推压的方式制备褶皱,保证真丝质感的同时,也丰富了毡化复合材料的肌理感。
得到褶皱材料后,本发明对所述褶皱材料依次进行染色、气蒸固色、洗涤、干燥和拆除工程线,得到所述真丝羊毛毡化复合褶皱材料。
本发明对所述染色的工艺不做具体限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的面料染色方式即可。在本发明的具体实施例中,所述染色用染料的浓度优选为5.0%owf,所述染色的温度优选为30℃,染色的时间优选为10min;所述染色优选在震荡搅拌条件下进行。
染色后,本发明优选还包括将染色后褶皱材料进行浸渍固色;所述浸渍固色的方法优选包括以下步骤:
将染色后的PVC管连带褶皱材料,浸入温度为55℃、质量浓度为8%的碳酸钠溶液中,浸渍时间为5min。
在本发明中,所述气蒸固色的温度优选为100~120℃,进一步优选为105℃,时间优选为40~60min,进一步优选为40min。本发明的气蒸固色温度控制为100~120℃,不会破坏真丝织物中的蛋白,能够保证真丝织物的质感。
在本发明中,所述洗涤的试剂优选依次为95℃肥皂水和10℃冷水;所述洗涤的具体过程优选为:先采用95℃肥皂水洗涤一次,然后用10℃冷水洗涤三次。
在本发明中,所述干燥的方式优选为自然晾干。
本发明对所述拆除工程线的方式不做具体限定。
在气蒸固色过程中,褶皱材料中穿过真丝织物孔眼的羊毛纤维的外层鳞片打开,并相互接触,冷却后外层鳞片之间重新咬合在一起,对褶皱造型起到了支撑和固定作用。
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述的制备方法得到的真丝羊毛毡化复合褶皱材料。
本发明提供的真丝羊毛毡化复合褶皱材料具有真丝的质感,同时具有丰富肌理感、亲肤、透气,为极具竞争力的个性化产品。
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的真丝羊毛毡化复合褶皱材料及其制备方法进行详细的说明,但是不能把它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例
所述真丝织物为:白色长度1.5m,宽度1m的18姆米真丝顺纡绉面料;
疏松片状羊毛条为:将白色100支羊毛条整理成长度1.5m,宽度1m,厚度1cm的平整疏松片状;
将真丝织物平铺于同等大小的塑料气泡纸上,然后在所述真丝织物上依次平铺同等大小的疏松片状羊毛条、真丝织物和塑料网纱,得到三层材料;在塑料网纱上均匀喷洒pH值为10~11、温度在80℃的肥皂水,浸湿三层材料;使用功率为180W,轨道转速(OPM)14000的平板式打磨机在塑料网纱上均匀推动,打磨25min,使羊毛纤维从真丝织物的孔眼中均匀钻出,三层材料手工分不开,除去打磨后三层材料中80%的水分,得到毡化复合材料;将毡化复合材料以长度方向进行三等分折叠,平铺备用;
将折叠好的毡化复合材料与管件管面形成45°角,覆盖在直径为12cm的PVC管壁上,用白色工程线以间隔1cm的间距开始连续缠绕(具体包裹和缠绕方式参见图1),将毡化复合材料捆扎在PVC管壁上,缠绕长度达到10cm时,将毡化复合材料与工程线一起向下推压至推不动,挤出褶皱;此步骤循环往复,直到将所有毡化复合材料缠绕在PVC管壁上,并且在PVC管壁上推出褶皱,得到褶皱材料,其效果图如图2所示;
将PVC管连带褶皱材料一起进入配制好的活性染液中,活性染液的浓度为5.0%owf,活性染液的温度为30℃,促染10min同时震荡搅拌;
染色后的PVC管连带褶皱材料,浸入温度为55℃、质量浓度为8%的碳酸钠溶液中,浸渍时间为5min;
浸渍后取出PVC管连带褶皱材料,于105℃气蒸固色40min;
然后95℃皂洗一次,10℃冷水洗3次;
水洗后自然晾干;
将PVC管上的白色工程线去掉,取下成型面料,完成,得到真丝羊毛毡化复合褶皱材料。
所得真丝羊毛毡化复合褶皱材料的图片,如图3所示。

采用工程线将所述毡化复合材料包裹并缠绕在管件上,然后将毡化复合材料向管件的一端推压,得到褶皱材料;
对所述褶皱材料依次进行染色、气蒸固色、洗涤、干燥和拆除工程线,得到所述真丝羊毛毡化复合褶皱材料;
所述缠绕的方式为以工程线间隔1cm的方式缠绕;
所述推压的方式为当所述工程线缠绕长度为8~10cm时,进行一次推压。
