The adsorption system comprises a first adsorption tank 15, a second adsorption tank 16, a condensate separation tank 17, a four-way reversing valve 18, an electromagnetic three-way valve 19 and a vacuum pump 20; the bottoms of the first adsorption tank 15 and the second adsorption tank 16 are provided with a four-way reversing valve 18, the four-way reversing valve 18 is communicated with the condensate separation tank 17 and a second oil-gas inlet 25 on an absorption tower B10, the tops of the first adsorption tank 15 and the second adsorption tank 16 are provided with an electromagnetic three-way valve 19, and the electromagnetic three-way valve 19 is connected with a discharge pipe 29; the condensate separating tank 17 is arranged between the adsorption system and a first light hydrocarbon oil gas outlet 24 on the absorption tower A7 and a light hydrocarbon oil gas circulating outlet 27 on the absorption tower B10, and is used for separating oil droplets in light hydrocarbon micromolecule oil gas output from the first absorption system and the second absorption system; the vacuum pump 20 is arranged between the adsorption system and the second oil gas inlet 25 on the absorption tower B10 and is communicated with the four-way reversing valve 18 of the adsorption system, and the vacuum pump 20 is a dry double-screw vacuum pump and is used for desorbing the adsorbent in the adsorption system, so that the purity of the light hydrocarbon micromolecule oil gas is higher.
The oil storage tank 13 is communicated with the oil refinery 14, so that the heavy hydrocarbon macromolecular oil gas and the light hydrocarbon micromolecular oil gas in the oil storage tank 13 are finally separated and recovered, and are conveyed to the oil refinery 14 to be continuously refined and used, and the oil gas utilization rate is improved.
The recovery process of the combined oil and gas recovery device comprises the following steps:
a. heavy diesel oil and light diesel oil extracted from an oil refinery are respectively stored in an oil depot I1 and an oil depot II 3 as a heavy hydrocarbon oil gas absorbent and a light hydrocarbon oil gas absorbent, a first power pump 5 is started to convey the heavy diesel oil from the oil depot I1 to a first absorption system, namely, the heavy diesel oil enters the first absorption system from a first absorbent inlet 22 of an absorption tower A7, the heavy hydrocarbon oil gas absorbent firstly absorbs and separates heavy hydrocarbon macromolecular oil gas in combined oil gas, a third power pump 8 is started when the first liquid level meter monitors 9 that the heavy hydrocarbon absorbent at the bottom of the absorption tower A7 reaches a certain height, and the heavy hydrocarbon macromolecular oil gas is conveyed into an oil storage tank 13 through the third power pump 8;
b. the light hydrocarbon micromolecule oil gas which is not absorbed after passing through the first absorption system enters the condensate separation tank 17 through the first light hydrocarbon oil gas outlet 24 of the absorption tower A7, the absorption structure of the absorption system in the embodiment adopts a porous activated carbon structure, in order to prevent liquid drops in the oil gas from entering into gaps of the activated carbon and causing damage to the activated carbon structure, the condensate separation tank 17 is arranged between the first absorption system and the absorption system, the oil liquid drops in the oil gas are separated out by the condensate separation tank 17 and stored at the bottom of the tank, then the oil gas enters the first absorption tank 15 of the absorption system through the four-way reversing valve 18 for absorption and separation, when the activated carbon in the first absorption tank 15 is saturated and does not have absorption capacity, the adsorption operation is continued by switching to the second absorption tank 16 through the four-way reversing valve 18, and the first absorption tank 15 with saturated absorption enters a desorption regeneration state, the oil gas in the activated carbon is desorbed, so that the first adsorption tank 15 recovers the original adsorption capacity, when the second adsorption tank 16 is saturated again, the four-way reversing valve 18 is switched to the first adsorption tank 15 again to continue the adsorption work, the uninterrupted switching work of adsorption and desorption of the two adsorption tanks is realized, the continuous and stable operation of the adsorption system is ensured, and the work efficiency is improved;
c. the light hydrocarbon micromolecule oil gas adsorbed and desorbed by the adsorption system is introduced into the second absorption system through a second oil gas inlet 25 of the absorption tower B10 by the dry-type double-screw vacuum pump 20, the light hydrocarbon micromolecule oil gas is absorbed and recovered by using a light hydrocarbon oil gas absorbent in the absorption tower B10, when the second liquid level meter 12 monitors that the light hydrocarbon absorbent saturated in the bottom of the absorption tower B10 reaches a certain height, the fourth power pump 12 is started, and the light hydrocarbon micromolecule oil gas is conveyed into the oil storage tank 13 by the fourth power pump 12, so that the light hydrocarbon micromolecule oil gas and the heavy hydrocarbon macromolecule oil gas enter the oil storage tank 13 in batches for recovery, the continuous recovery is avoided, the working efficiency is reduced, and the cost is increased;
d. light hydrocarbon micromolecule oil gas which is not absorbed by the light hydrocarbon oil gas absorbent in the second absorption system returns to the condensate separation tank 17 through the light hydrocarbon oil gas circulation outlet 27 at the top of the absorption tower B10, the condensate separation tank 17 separates oil drops in the oil gas and stores the oil drops at the bottom of the tank, then the oil gas reenters the absorption system through the four-way reversing valve 18, the oil gas is absorbed and separated again under the action of the absorption system, the absorption system and the second absorption system form a circulation loop, finally, the light hydrocarbon micromolecule oil gas is fully absorbed and absorbed, and tail gas which reaches the emission standard and has extremely low concentration is discharged from the discharge pipe 29 through the electromagnetic three-way valve 19.

the third power pump (8) is arranged between a heavy hydrocarbon oil gas outlet (23) of the absorption tower A (7) and the oil storage tank (13), and a first liquid level meter (9) for monitoring the liquid level of a heavy hydrocarbon absorbent at the bottom of the absorption tower A (7) is also arranged between the third power pump (8) and the absorption tower A (7);
the fourth power pump (11) is arranged between a second light hydrocarbon gas outlet (28) of the absorption tower B (10) and the oil storage tank (13), and a second liquid level meter (12) for monitoring the liquid level of a light hydrocarbon absorbent at the bottom of the absorption tower B (10) is also arranged between the fourth power pump (11) and the absorption tower B (10);
the bottom parts of a first adsorption tank (15) and a second adsorption tank (16) of the adsorption system are provided with a four-way reversing valve (18), the four-way reversing valve (18) is communicated with a condensate separation tank (17) and a second oil-gas inlet (25) on an absorption tower B (10), the top parts of the first adsorption tank (15) and the second adsorption tank (16) are provided with an electromagnetic three-way valve (19), and the electromagnetic three-way valve (19) is connected with a discharge pipe (29);
the condensate separation tank (17) is arranged between the adsorption system and a first light hydrocarbon oil-gas outlet (24) on the absorption tower A (7) and a light hydrocarbon oil-gas circulation outlet (27) on the absorption tower B (10), and the output end of the condensate separation tank (17) is connected with a four-way reversing valve (18) of the adsorption system;
the vacuum pump (20) is arranged between the adsorption system and a second oil gas inlet (25) on the absorption tower B (10), and the vacuum pump (20) is a dry double-screw vacuum pump and is communicated with a four-way reversing valve (18) of the adsorption system;
the heavy hydrocarbon oil gas absorbent is characterized in that an input end (2) of the heavy hydrocarbon oil gas absorbent is arranged on an oil depot I (1), the oil gas inlet of the oil depot I (1) is connected with an oil refinery (14), a first power pump (5) is arranged between the oil depot I (1) and an absorption tower A (7) of a first absorption system, one end of the first power pump (5) is connected with the input end (2) of the heavy hydrocarbon oil gas absorbent, and the other end of the first power pump is connected with the absorption tower A (7); the input end (4) of the light hydrocarbon oil gas absorbent is arranged on the oil depot II (3), the oil depot II (3) is used for storing light diesel oil, and an oil gas inlet of the oil depot II (3) is connected with an oil refinery (14); and the second power pump (6) is arranged between the oil depot II (3) and the absorption tower B (10) of the second absorption system, one end of the second power pump (6) is connected with the light hydrocarbon oil gas absorbent input end (4), and the other end of the second power pump is connected with the absorption tower B (10).

The combination oil and gas recovery device of claim 1, wherein: a first oil gas inlet (21), a first absorbent inlet (22), a heavy hydrocarbon oil gas outlet (23) and a first light hydrocarbon oil gas outlet (24) are formed in the absorption tower A (7); the first absorbent inlet (22) is positioned above the absorption tower A (7), the first light hydrocarbon oil gas outlet (24) is arranged at the top end of the absorption tower A (7) and is positioned above the first absorbent inlet (22), and the heavy hydrocarbon oil gas outlet (23) is arranged below the absorption tower A (7); first oil gas entry (21) are connected with outside oil gas pipeline, and first absorbent entry (22) are connected with the output of first power pump (5), and heavy hydrocarbon oil gas export (23) are connected with oil storage tank (13) through third power pump (8), and first light hydrocarbon oil gas export (24) are connected with adsorption system's lime set separating tank (17).

The combination oil and gas recovery device of claim 1, wherein: the absorption tower B (10) is provided with a second oil gas inlet (25), a second absorbent inlet (26), a light hydrocarbon oil gas circulation outlet (27) and a second light hydrocarbon oil gas outlet (28); the second absorbent inlet (26) is positioned above the absorption tower B (10), and the light hydrocarbon oil-gas circulation outlet (27) is arranged at the top end of the absorption tower B (10) and positioned above the second absorbent inlet (26); the second oil gas inlet (25) is communicated with the adsorption system, the second absorbent inlet (26) is connected with the output end of the second power pump (6), the light hydrocarbon oil gas circulation outlet (27) is communicated with the condensate separation tank (17) of the adsorption system, and the second light hydrocarbon oil gas outlet (28) is connected with the oil storage tank (13) through the fourth power pump (11).

A recovery process of a combined oil and gas recovery device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by: the recovery process of the combined oil gas recovery device comprises the steps of utilizing heavy diesel oil and light diesel oil as a two-stage absorption system of a heavy hydrocarbon oil gas absorbent and a light hydrocarbon oil gas absorbent and an absorption system consisting of two absorption tanks, separating and recovering heavy hydrocarbon macromolecular oil gas and light hydrocarbon micromolecular oil gas in the combined oil gas, and circularly absorbing and absorbing the light hydrocarbon micromolecular oil gas through a circulating loop formed by the absorption system and a second absorption system, so that the recovery efficiency of the light hydrocarbon micromolecular oil gas is improved; the method specifically comprises the following steps:
a. heavy diesel oil and light diesel oil extracted from an oil refinery are respectively stored in an oil depot I (1) and an oil depot II (3) as a heavy hydrocarbon oil-gas absorbent and a light hydrocarbon oil-gas absorbent, the heavy diesel oil is conveyed to a first absorption system from the oil depot I (1) through a first absorbent inlet (22) of an absorption tower A (7) by a first power pump (5), heavy hydrocarbon macromolecular oil gas in combined oil gas is absorbed by the heavy hydrocarbon macromolecular absorbent in the first absorption system, and the heavy hydrocarbon oil-gas absorbent is monitored by a first liquid level meter (9) to be conveyed back to an oil storage tank (13) through a third power pump (8) after being saturated;
b. light hydrocarbon micromolecule oil gas which is not absorbed after passing through the first absorption system enters a condensate separation tank (17) through a first light hydrocarbon oil gas outlet (24) of an absorption tower A (7), oil drops in the oil gas are separated by the condensate separation tank (17) and stored at the bottom of the tank, the oil gas enters a first adsorption tank (15) of the adsorption system through a four-way reversing valve (18) for absorption and separation, when the first adsorption tank (15) is adsorbed to be saturated, the adsorption system is switched to a second adsorption tank (16) for continuous adsorption work, the alternate work of the two adsorption tanks is realized, and the continuous and stable operation of the adsorption system is ensured;
c. the light hydrocarbon micromolecule oil gas desorbed after being adsorbed by the adsorption system is introduced into a second absorption system through a second oil gas inlet (25) by a vacuum pump (20), the light hydrocarbon micromolecule oil gas is absorbed and recovered by using a light hydrocarbon oil gas absorbent in the absorption tower B (10), and the light hydrocarbon oil gas absorbent is conveyed back into the oil storage tank (13) through a fourth power pump (11) after being monitored by a second liquid level meter (12) to be absorbed and saturated;
d. adsorption system and second absorption system form circulation circuit, light hydrocarbon micromolecule oil gas that is not absorbed by light hydrocarbon oil gas absorbent in the second absorption system, light hydrocarbon oil gas circulation export (27) through absorption tower B (10) top returns and enters into in condensate separation tank (17), enter into adsorption system again through four-way reversing valve (18), absorb the separation once more under adsorption system's effect, discharge up to standard tail gas of extremely low concentration through electromagnetic three-way valve (19), finally make light hydrocarbon micromolecule oil gas fully adsorb the absorption.
