To maintain the following description of the embodiments of the present invention clear and concise, a detailed description of known functions and known components of the invention have been omitted.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention discloses an LED projector, including: the LED lamp comprises a mounting seat, a rotating disc 30, a swinging frame 60, an LED lamp 10, a fixture 64, a first driving mechanism 40 and a second driving mechanism 50.
The mounting seat is used for being fixed on fixed equipment such as the ground; the rotating disk 30 is disposed above the mounting seat, and the rotating disk 30 can horizontally rotate relative to the mounting seat by penetrating the rotating shaft and the bearing of the rotating disk and the mounting seat. Preferably, the rotary disk 30 has a certain distance from the mounting seat for forming a certain mounting space.
Two opposite supports 31 are arranged on the rotating disc 30, pin shafts 61 are arranged at two ends of the swing frame 60, and the two pin shafts 61 horizontally penetrate through the upper parts of the two supports 31 respectively, so that the swing frame 60 can perform pitching swing relative to the rotating disc 30.
The LED lamp 10 includes a lamp body 11 at a front side and a plug 12 at a rear side; the lamp body 11 is used to emit LED light, and the rear portion of the plug 12 is used to connect a wire for supplying power to the lamp body 11.
A hollow part is arranged in the middle of the swing frame 60, and a first plate frame 62 and a second plate frame 63 which are opposite to each other are arranged on the swing frame 60 positioned on two sides of the hollow part; two through holes are formed in the first plate frame 62, and two guide grooves extending inwards from the outer side are formed in the second plate frame 63. A clamp 64 is arranged between the two plate frames, and the clamp 64 comprises two elastic rods which are integrally bent; the two elastic rods penetrate through the two through holes of the first plate frame 62, and the ends of the two elastic rods slide into the guide grooves from the notches of the guide grooves.
The middle portions of the two elastic rods of the fixture 64 are both formed with a bending portion, the two bending portions enclose a hole, the radial size of the hole is slightly smaller than the plug 12 of the LED lamp 10, and the plug 12 penetrates through the hole so that the two elastic rods clamp the plug 12.
The first drive mechanism 40 includes: a first motor 41, a first worm 42, a first worm wheel 43, a bevel gear 44, and a face gear 45.
The first motor 41 is fixed on the rotary disc 30 in a horizontal manner, and preferably, a hollow portion is formed at a position where the first motor 41 is installed, so that the first motor 41 partially passes through the hollow portion, and further, a part of the entity of the first motor 41 is exposed under the rotary disc 30, which reduces the space occupied by the first motor 41 above the rotary disc 30. The first worm 42 is coaxially fixed to the output shaft of the first motor 41. The first worm wheel 43 is rotatably provided on the rotating disk 30 and meshes with the first worm 42. The bevel gear 44 is disposed above the first worm gear 43 and is coaxially fixed to the bevel gear 44 by the first connecting shaft 46, so that the rotation of the first worm gear 43 drives the bevel gear 44 to rotate synchronously. The face gear 45 is fixed to the swing frame 60 coaxially with the rotation center of the swing frame 60, and the face gear 45 is engaged with the bevel gear 44.
Based on the above structure of the first driving mechanism 40, when the pitch angle of the LED lamp 10 needs to be adjusted, the first motor 41 rotates to rotate the first worm 42, the bevel gear 44 is driven to rotate by the engagement between the first worm 42 and the second worm wheel 53, and the swing frame 60 is driven to swing by the engagement between the bevel gear 44 and the face gear 45, so as to adjust the pitch angle of the LED lamp 10.
The second drive mechanism 50 includes: a second motor 51, a second worm 52, a second worm wheel 53, a first cylindrical gear 54, and a second cylindrical gear 55.
The second motor 51 is fixed on the turntable in a horizontal manner, and preferably, a hollow-out portion is formed at a position where the second motor 51 is installed, so that the second motor 51 partially passes through the hollow-out portion, and further, a part of the entity of the second motor 51 is exposed under the rotary disk 30, which reduces the space occupied by the second motor 51 above the rotary disk 30. The second worm 52 is coaxially fixed to the output shaft of the second motor 51. The second worm wheel 53 is rotatably provided on the rotating disk 30 and meshes with the second worm 52. The first cylindrical gear 54 is located below the rotating disc 30, and is coaxially and fixedly connected with the second worm gear 53 via a second connecting shaft 56 penetrating through the rotating disc 30, so that the second worm gear 53 drives the first cylindrical gear 54 to coaxially rotate. A second cylindrical gear 55 is installed below the rotary disc 30 and is coaxial with the rotation center of the rotary disc 30, the second cylindrical gear 55 is fixedly connected with the base 20, so that the rotary disc 30 can rotate relative to the second cylindrical gear 55, and the second cylindrical gear 55 is meshed with the first cylindrical gear 54.
Based on the above structure of the second driving mechanism 50, when the horizontal angle of the LED lamp 10 needs to be adjusted, the second motor 51 rotates to rotate the second worm 52, the first cylindrical teeth are driven to rotate by the engagement between the second worm 52 and the second worm wheel 53, and the rotating disc 30 is forced to rotate by the engagement between the first cylindrical teeth and the second cylindrical teeth, so that the rotating disc 30 drives the swing frame 60 and the LED lamp 10 to perform the horizontal angle adjustment.
The LED projection lamp provided by the invention has the advantages that:
1. the space angle of the LED lamp 10 can be automatically adjusted by electric energy, thereby avoiding manual adjustment.
2. The use of a clamp 64 with two resilient rods to clamp and position the lamp allows for easy assembly.
