Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液,由以下重量份的原料制成:2‑10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚‑9、2‑10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚‑7、5‑10份十二烷基磺酸钠、2‑6份对甲苯磺酸钠、4‑8份阳离子烷基多糖苷、2.5‑5.5份羧甲基纤维素、1‑4份椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、2‑6份蛋白酶、0.5‑2.5份改性柔顺剂、1.5‑6份柠檬酸、0.3‑0.7份香精、30‑50份丙二醇、200‑300份去离子水;在配方中加入的改性柔顺剂为改性柔顺剂C1或者改性柔顺剂C2,均具有良好的水溶性和生物降解性,赋予了织物优良的爽滑性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于洗涤剂技术领域,具体涉及一种具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液。
背景技术
织物柔软剂是一类能改变各类织物纤维的静、动摩擦系数的化学物质。它的作用原理是:当其织物柔软剂附着在织物表面时,可以改善织物的静摩擦系数,手感触摸有平滑感,使之易于在纤维或织物上移动;同时,纤维与纤维之间的微细结构易于相互移动,使纤维或者织物容易发生形变,给人以柔软、舒适的综合感觉。
酯基季铵盐是新一代的衣物柔软剂的主要活性成分,由于其良好的柔软性能和优异的生物降解性,在民用衣物柔顺剂产品中已经逐步取代了传统的双长链烷基季铵盐,成为市面上柔顺剂产品的主要原料;但是,如果酯基中碳链较短,即使大量吸附在衣物表面也达不到柔软顺滑的作用,还有如果疏水基团太多(比如三酯季铵盐)则导致产品在水中基本无溶解性,使阳离子无法吸附到衣物表面,柔软衣物就更无从谈起了。
另外,酯化度不同,生物降解速度有很大差异。降解速度单酯>双酯>混合酯>三酯季铵盐。降解速度的不同是由于酯基季铵盐在水中的溶解度不同,降解液为水溶液,只有当与降解液充分接触才能被微生物降解。三酯因水溶性差,分子结构相对较大,与降解液不能充分接触,因此,较难被微生物分解。
因此,现有技术中常采用的是单酯季铵盐、双酯季铵盐以及三酯季铵盐的混合物作为柔顺剂配方使用,采用此种方式即增加了工作量,而且三酯季铵盐降解问题依旧没有解决。
有机硅类柔软剂,由于其独特的表面性能和优异的柔软性能,越来越受到人们重视,广泛应用于织物整理,可处理织物包括棉、麻等天然纤维织物、涤纶、尼龙等各种合成纤维,这类柔软剂爽滑效果比较好,最大的弊端就是价格昂贵,成本较高,使用时及易造成飘油,它必须在乳化剂的作用下制备成硅油乳液后才能应用于织物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液,在配方中加入了改性柔顺剂,改性柔顺剂为改性柔顺剂C1或者改性柔顺剂C2,均具有良好的水溶性和生物降解性,赋予了织物优良的爽滑性能。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液,由以下重量份的原料制成:2-10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、2-10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-7、5-10份十二烷基磺酸钠、2-6份对甲苯磺酸钠、4-8份阳离子烷基多糖苷、2.5-5.5份羧甲基纤维素、1-4份椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、2-6份蛋白酶、0.5-2.5份改性柔顺剂、1.5-6份柠檬酸、0.3-0.7份香精、30-50份丙二醇、200-300份去离子水。
该洗衣液的制备方法为:
第一步、将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-7、十二烷基磺酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠、阳离子烷基多糖苷以及50%的去离子水室温下混合均匀,接着缓慢升温至55-60℃,搅拌40-60min;
第二步、降温至35-40℃,向第一步的溶液中加入椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、蛋白酶、改性柔顺剂以及丙二醇,保温搅拌混合30-45min;
第三步、在第二步的温度下,加入剩余的去离子水,搅拌10-15min后,依次加入柠檬酸、羧甲基纤维素和香精,搅拌均匀后即得到具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液。
进一步,所述的改性柔顺剂为改性柔顺剂C1,改性柔顺剂C1的添加量为1.3-2.5份。
进一步,所述的改性柔顺剂为改性柔顺剂C2,改性柔顺剂C2的添加量为0.5-1.5份。
进一步,所述的改性柔顺剂为改性柔顺剂C1或者改性柔顺剂C2,具体的制备方法为:
步骤一、将0.1mol巴豆醇、10-15mmolSnCl4加入到反应釜中,通入氮气置换掉反应釜中的空气,升温至65-70℃,逐滴滴加0.11-0.15mol环氧氯丙烷,滴加时间控制在40-60min,滴加完毕后,保温搅拌反应1-2h,反应结束后,减压蒸馏除去未反应的环氧氯丙烷,即得到化合物A;
步骤二、向步骤一制备的化合物A中加入0.10-0.11mol 1-[双(2-羟乙基)氨基]-2-丙醇和200-300ml溶剂无水乙醇,通入氮气置换掉反应釜中的空气,加热至90-95℃,搅拌反应8-10h,反应结束后,减压蒸馏除去溶剂乙醇和未反应的1-[双(2-羟乙基)氨基]-2-丙醇,即得到化合物B;
步骤三、向步骤二制备的化合物B中加入0.10-0.12mol七甲基三硅氧烷、催化剂以及溶剂,通入氮气置换掉反应釜中的空气,加热至100-110℃,搅拌反应5-6h,反应结束后,经减压蒸馏即得到改性柔顺剂C1;
步骤四、将57-60g硬脂酸加入到反应釜中,加热升温至80-85℃时,硬脂酸熔化为液态,加入催化剂和步骤三制备的改性柔顺剂C1,接着升温至180-190℃,保温反应8-10h,反应结束后,冷却到室温,重结晶,即得到改性柔顺剂C2。
进一步,步骤三中,所述的催化剂为RhCl(Ph3P)3,催化剂的用量为3-5mmol。
进一步,步骤三中,所述的溶剂为叔戊醇,溶剂的添加量为350-500ml。
进一步,步骤四中,所述的催化剂为次磷酸,催化剂的加入量为40-50mmol。
进一步,步骤四中,升温的速度为8-10℃/min。
进一步,步骤四中,所述的重结晶为采用75%的乙醇水溶液重结晶。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供了一种具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液,在配方中加入了改性柔顺剂,改性柔顺剂为改性柔顺剂C1或者改性柔顺剂C2,首先由起始物料巴豆醇和环氧氯丙烷进行开环反应得到了化合物A,接着化合物A与1-[双(2-羟乙基)氨基]-2-丙醇发生取代反应得到季铵化的化合物B,在氮气氛围中,化合物B与七甲基三硅氧烷在RhCl(Ph3P)3的的催化下发生硅氢加成反应,制备得到具有良好水溶性的改性柔顺剂C1,经进一步研究探索,一个当量的改性柔顺剂C1可与两个当量的硬脂酸在次磷酸的作用下可发生部分酯化反应,得到了改性柔顺剂C2;
制备的改性柔顺剂C1具有4个亲水性官能基团羟基和N+,使得改性柔顺剂C1在水中具有高溶解度,增加了与洗衣液其他组分的配伍性,并加快了在洗涤过程中的分散速度,可全方位牢牢的吸附在洗涤物上,无需额外加入乳化剂,改性柔顺剂C1主链围绕Si-O键可以360°自由旋转,从而赋予织物优良的爽滑性;
制备的改性柔顺剂C2相比改性柔顺剂C1少了2个羟基,但是相比现有的柔顺剂,2分子的羟基和N+依旧对织物具有良好的吸附性,同样虽水溶性相比改性柔顺剂C1稍低,但依旧具有良好的水溶性和生物降解性能;改性柔顺剂C1通过酯化连接了2分子烷基长链,有机硅的柔顺协同酯基季铵盐柔顺机理,大大提高了对于织物的柔顺处理,从而相对减少了柔顺剂的使用量,降低了使用成本,提高了工作效率。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
请参阅图1所示,改性柔顺剂的制备方法为:
步骤一、将0.1mol巴豆醇、15mmolSnCl4加入到反应釜中,通入氮气置换掉反应釜中的空气,升温至70℃,逐滴滴加0.12mol环氧氯丙烷,滴加时间控制在50min,滴加完毕后,保温搅拌反应1h,反应结束后,减压蒸馏除去未反应的环氧氯丙烷,即得到化合物A,收率为94.4%;
步骤二、向步骤一制备的化合物A中加入0.10mol 1-[双(2-羟乙基)氨基]-2-丙醇和270ml溶剂无水乙醇,通入氮气置换掉反应釜中的空气,加热至90℃,搅拌反应8h,反应结束后,减压蒸馏除去溶剂乙醇和未反应的1-[双(2-羟乙基)氨基]-2-丙醇,即得到化合物B,收率为91.3%;
步骤三、向步骤二制备的化合物B中加入0.11mol七甲基三硅氧烷、3-5mmol催化剂RhCl(Ph3P)3以及500ml溶剂叔戊醇,通入氮气置换掉反应釜中的空气,加热至105℃,搅拌反应6h,反应结束后,经减压蒸馏即得到改性柔顺剂C1,收率为86.7%;
改性柔顺剂C1的质谱结果为:HRMS m/z(M+1)+,found 515.3077;
步骤四、将58g硬脂酸加入到反应釜中,加热升温至80℃时,硬脂酸熔化为液态,加入45mmol催化剂次磷酸和步骤三制备的改性柔顺剂C1,接着在10℃/min的速度升温至180℃,保温反应8h,反应结束后,冷却到室温,采用75%的乙醇水溶液重结晶,即得到改性柔顺剂C2,收率为81.8%。
改性柔顺剂C2的质谱结果为:HRMS m/z(M+1)+,found 1046.9807。
改性柔顺剂C1、改性柔顺剂C2的水溶性测试,结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,改性柔顺剂C1、改性柔顺剂C2均具有良好的水溶性。
实施例2
本发明为一种具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液,由以下重量份的原料制成:5份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、5份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-7、7份十二烷基磺酸钠、2份对甲苯磺酸钠、5份阳离子烷基多糖苷、2.5份羧甲基纤维素、1份椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、3.5份蛋白酶、1.5份改性柔顺剂C1、3份柠檬酸、0.3份香精、35份丙二醇、220份去离子水;
该洗衣液的制备方法为:
第一步、将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-7、十二烷基磺酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠、阳离子烷基多糖苷以及50%的去离子水室温下混合均匀,接着缓慢升温至60℃,搅拌60min;
第二步、降温至40℃,向第一步的溶液中加入椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、蛋白酶、改性柔顺剂C1以及丙二醇,保温搅拌混合30min;
第三步、在第二步的温度下,加入剩余的去离子水,搅拌10min后,依次加入柠檬酸、羧甲基纤维素和香精,搅拌均匀后即得到具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液。
实施例3
本发明为一种具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液,由以下重量份的原料制成:4份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、5份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-7、7份十二烷基磺酸钠、6份对甲苯磺酸钠、8份阳离子烷基多糖苷、4份羧甲基纤维素、3份椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、4份蛋白酶、2.1份改性柔顺剂C1、2.5份柠檬酸、0.5份香精、45份丙二醇、300份去离子水;
该洗衣液的制备方法为:
第一步、将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-7、十二烷基磺酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠、阳离子烷基多糖苷以及50%的去离子水室温下混合均匀,接着缓慢升温至56℃,搅拌450min;
第二步、降温至35℃,向第一步的溶液中加入椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、蛋白酶、改性柔顺剂以及丙二醇,保温搅拌混合45min;
第三步、在第二步的温度下,加入剩余的去离子水,搅拌12min后,依次加入柠檬酸、羧甲基纤维素和香精,搅拌均匀后即得到具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液。
实施例4
将1.5份改性柔顺剂C1替换为1.5份改性柔顺剂C2,其余同实施例2。
实施例5
将2.1份改性柔顺剂C1替换为0.5份改性柔顺剂C2,其余同实施例3。
对比例1
将改性柔顺剂C1替换为双十八脂肪烷基二甲基氯化铵(产品代号DODMAC),其余同实施例3。
对比例2
将改性柔顺剂C1替换为羟基硅油乳液,其余同实施例3。
柔软性测试
分别采用实施例2-5和对比例1-2制备的洗衣液分别洗涤20*20cm的白棉布,经漂洗、自然晾干后,通过10位(5男5女)消费者对晾干后的纯棉白布的柔软舒适度进行评估,按照1-5打分,手感越好,分值越高,结果如表2所示:

由表2结果可知,本发明实施例2-5制备的洗衣液更能带给织物良好的柔软度和爽滑度。

1.一种具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成:2-10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、2-10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-7、5-10份十二烷基磺酸钠、2-6份对甲苯磺酸钠、4-8份阳离子烷基多糖苷、2.5-5.5份羧甲基纤维素、1-4份椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、2-6份蛋白酶、0.5-2.5份改性柔顺剂、1.5-6份柠檬酸、0.3-0.7份香精、30-50份丙二醇、200-300份去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液,其特征在于:所述的改性柔顺剂为改性柔顺剂C1,改性柔顺剂C1的添加量为1.3-2.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液,其特征在于:所述的改性柔顺剂为改性柔顺剂C2,改性柔顺剂C2的添加量为0.5-1.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液,其特征在于:所述的改性柔顺剂为改性柔顺剂C1或者改性柔顺剂C2,具体的制备方法为:

5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液,其特征在于:步骤三中,所述的催化剂为RhCl(Ph3P)3,催化剂的用量为3-5mmol。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液,其特征在于:步骤三中,所述的溶剂为叔戊醇,溶剂的添加量为350-500ml。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液,其特征在于:步骤四中,所述的催化剂为次磷酸,催化剂的加入量为40-50mmol。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液,其特征在于:步骤四中,升温的速度为8-10℃/min。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有增加衣物柔顺性能的洗衣液,其特征在于:步骤四中,所述的重结晶为采用75%的乙醇水溶液重结晶。
