Skin elasticity test experiment
Testing an instrument: cotomermameter MPA580, manufactured by Courage + Khazaka, Germany (CK, Germany), the probe used was a Revisometer RV600 elastofiber tissue testing probe.
Subject: normal female subjects between 30-60 years of age.
Grouping: the subjects were divided into 6 groups of 20 persons each at each age, wherein the mean age was 35 years for the group of example 1, 58 years for the group of example 2, and 45 years for the group of example 3; the average age of the groups of comparative examples 1-3 was 45 years.
The tester area: the forehead area 2cm above the middle of the eyebrow, the chin area 2cm below the middle of the lower lip, and the left and right cheek areas at the intersection of the nose tip and the pupil.
The testing steps are as follows: the blank values were measured 30min after cleaning of the test area (R2, R5, R7, where R2 ═ Ua/Uf, R5 ═ Ur/Ue, R7 ═ Ur/Uf).
Uf — maximum amount of skin stretch;
ue-the amount of stretching of the skin at 0.1 second after a constant negative pressure is applied to the skin, the amount of stretching of the elastic portion is located;
ur-after negative pressure is eliminated, the skin can quickly recover to the original state, and the skin is also divided into an elastic part value Ur, namely, after the negative pressure is eliminated for 0.1 second, the recovery value and the viscoelastic part value, or called as a plastic part value, of the skin;
ua-the recovery value of the skin when negative pressure is added on the skin surface from the elimination of negative pressure to the next continuous test;
the test sample was then applied evenly to the face and applied on a daily morning and evening on a daily basis without using any other cosmetic, and the skin was tested for R2, R5, R7 in the 2 week, 4 week, 6 week, 8 week test areas, respectively, for 8 weeks. The test of the same subject is performed by the same measuring person. The skin anti-aging efficacy of the product was evaluated by testing the changes in R2, R5, R7 values of the skin before and after use.

Note: the closer to 1 the R2, R5, R7, the better the skin elasticity.
As can be seen from the table, after 8 weeks of the experiment, the anti-aging essence creams of the first embodiment, the second embodiment and the second comparative embodiment of the invention have R2, R5 and R7 values greater than 0.900, which shows that the anti-aging essence cream of the invention can increase skin elasticity and resist aging. The addition of 0.1% of recombinant fibronectin-human-like collagen has good anti-aging effect, and the 0.5% of recombinant fibronectin-human-like collagen has the best proportional effect. In addition, the anti-aging essence cream disclosed by the invention is obviously improved in skin elasticity after being used for 6 weeks, and shows that the anti-aging essence cream disclosed by the invention is quick in effect, good in permeability and easy to absorb by skin.
In light of the foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, many modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the content of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
Claims (9)
1. The anti-aging composition of the recombinant fibronectin-human-like collagen is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
1-5 parts of a first emulsifier, 0.1-1 part of a second emulsifier, 1-3 parts of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.5-2 parts of shea butter, 1-5 parts of jojoba seed oil, 1-5 parts of hydrogenated polyisobutene, 1-5 parts of isononyl isononanoate, 1-5 parts of acticore, 0.1-1 part of phytosterol/octyldodecanol lauroyl glutamate, 0.1-1 part of tocopherol acetate, 0.1-1 part of glyceramide ethanol methacrylate/stearyl alcohol methacrylate copolymer, 1-5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 1-5 parts of DC-3451-5 parts of water, 100 parts of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 1-10 parts of glycerol, 0.1-2 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 0.1-1 part of lactobacillus/rice fermentation product, 0.1-0.5 part of allantoin, 0.01-0.2 part of β -dextran, 1-5 parts of trehalose, 0.01-5 parts of polyglutamic acid yeast, 0.01-2 parts of hyaluronic acid, 0.01-352 parts of a recombinant human collagen peptide, 0.1-2 parts of matrine-2 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 0.01-2 parts of a biological hydrolysate and 0.1-1-2 parts of a recombinant polypeptide.

The recombinant fibronectin-like human collagen anti-aging composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises 3 to 5 parts of first emulsifier, 0.5 to 1 part of second emulsifier, 2 to 3 parts of cetearyl alcohol, 1 to 2 parts of shea butter, 2 to 5 parts of jojoba seed oil, 2 to 5 parts of hydrogenated polyisobutene, 3 to 5 parts of isononyl isononanoate, 2 to 5 parts of actire, 0.5 to 1 part of phytosterol/octyldodecanol lauroyl glutamate, 0.5 to 1 part of tocopheryl acetate, 0.5 to 1 part of glyceramide ethyl alcohol methacrylate/stearyl alcohol methacrylate copolymer, 1.5 to 5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5 to 5 parts of DC-3452 to 5 parts of water, 100 parts of 1,3 to 10 parts of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 3 to 10 parts of glycerol, 0.8 to 2 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 0.5 to 1 part of lactobacillus/rice fermentation product, 0.15 to 0.15 parts of allantoin, 0.850.83 to 10 parts of yeast, 0.5 to 2 parts of recombinant dextran, 0.05 to 2 parts of dextran sulfate, 0.5 to 2 parts of collagen hydrolysate, 0.5 to 2 parts of sodium alginate, 0.5 to 2 parts of dextran, 0.5 to 2 parts of zymolysate, 0.5 to 2 parts of dextran, 0.5 to 2 parts of sodium alginate, 0.5 to 2 parts of chitosan, and 0.5 to 2 parts of chitosan hydrolysate of chitosan, 0.5 to 2 parts of sodium alginate, 0.5 to 2 parts of chitosan, 0.5 to 2.

The recombinant fibronectin-like human collagen anti-aging composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the emulsifier comprises the following components in percentage by weight: candelilla wax/jojoba/rice bran polyglycerol-3 esters 30%, glyceryl stearate 30%, cetostearyl alcohol 20%, sodium stearoyl lactylate 20%.
4. The recombinant fibronectin-like human collagen anti-aging composition as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the percentage of the two components of the emulsifier is as follows: 80% of C14-22 alcohol and 20% of C12-20 alkyl glucoside.
5. The recombinant fibronectin-like human collagen anti-aging composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the acticore comprises the following components in percentage: 60% of jojoba esters, 4% of cercis chinensis flower wax, 32% of sunflower seed wax and 34% of polyglycerol-34%.
6. The recombinant fibronectin-like human collagen anti-aging composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the GC-04 comprises the following components in percentage: 2% of glyceryl caprylate, 13% of caprylyl hydroximic acid, 1% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 81% of propylene glycol and 3% of water.

The anti-aging composition of recombinant fibronectin-like human collagen according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the Matrixyl3000 comprises the following components in percentage: 53.485% of glycerin, 25% of water, 20% of butanediol, 1% of carbomer, 200.5% of polysorbate, 10.01% of palmitoyl tripeptide and 70.005% of palmitoyl tetrapeptide.
8. The recombinant fibronectin-human-like collagen anti-aging composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the percentage of each component of the recombinant fibronectin-human-like collagen concentrate is as follows: 50% of fibronectin and 50% of human-like collagen.
9. The method for preparing the recombinant fibronectin-like human collagen anti-aging composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
a) adding emulsifier I, emulsifier II, cetostearyl alcohol, shea butter, jojoba seed oil, hydrogenated polyisobutene, isononyl isononanoate, Acticire, phytosterol/octyldodecanol lauroyl glutamate, tocopherol acetate, glyceramide ethanol methacrylate/stearyl alcohol methacrylate copolymer, polydimethylsiloxane and DC-345 into an oil phase pot at 80-86 ℃ according to a ratio, uniformly stirring, and keeping the temperature for 10 minutes;
b) adding water, 1, 3-propylene glycol, glycerol, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, lactobacillus/rice fermentation product, allantoin, β -glucan, trehalose, sodium polyglutamate and sodium hyaluronate into an emulsifying pot according to a ratio, uniformly stirring, heating the emulsifying pot to 85-95 ℃, and then preserving heat and stirring for 30 minutes;
c) pumping the materials in the oil phase pot into an emulsifying pot, stirring and homogenizing for 5 minutes, keeping the temperature and stirring for 20 minutes continuously, and then cooling to 42 ℃;
d) then putting GC-04, carnosine, the lysate of the yeast fermentation product of the second split yeast, Matrixyl3000, bioglycan-1, acetyl tetrapeptide-2 and the recombinant fibronectin-human-like collagen concentrated solution into an emulsifying pot according to the proportion, stirring for 20 minutes, and cooling to 38 ℃;
e) and finally filtering and discharging.
