本发明公开了一种超仿棉涡流纺纱线及生产工艺,该纱线包括纱线本体;所述纱线本体包括沿所述纱线本体径向依次从内向外设置的芯纤维层、第一包缠纤维层和第二包缠纤维层;所述芯纤维层为无捻并股的PVA长丝;所述第一包缠纤维层为螺旋包缠在所述芯纤维层外的中空涤纶纤维;所述第二包缠纤维层为螺旋包缠在所述第一包缠纤维层外的竹粘胶短纤维。本发明以涡流纺工艺纺纱而成,采用复合包芯纱结构,具有强度高,弹性回复性好,手感柔软舒适,色牢度高,毛羽少,抗菌抗静电性能好的优点。

Description

一种超仿棉涡流纺纱线及生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及涡流纺织领域,特别涉及一种超仿棉涡流纺纱线及生产工艺。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步,纺织技术和纺织设备不断发展,新型纱线也随之不断出现,而涡流纺纱线就是其中最受人瞩目的一种。涡流纺是目前纺纱***中一项新技术,与传统环锭纺比较:具有纺纱流程短,生产效率高,质量在线监控、自动化智能化程度高等特点,还具有大幅度减少用工及减少纱线毛羽等优势。故用涡流纺纱线加工成针、棉织物,具有布面光洁、毛羽少,耐磨性好、抗起毛起球性佳,及色泽鲜艳、吸湿快干等优良性能。目前国内外对涡流纺技术的研究很多,但涉及涡流纺纱线性能的研究较少。涡流纺是一种自由端包覆型纺纱结构,由芯纤维与外包纤维两部分组成,其中30%左右芯纤维是不加捻的,只有70%外包纤维加捻,导致其成纱强力较低。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种超仿棉涡流纺纱线及生产工艺,采用高强力高模量的PVA长丝作为芯纤维层进行结构补强,以中空涤纶纤维作为中间层,起到蓬松挺括的作用,以竹粘胶短纤维作为外层,以保证纱线的仿棉效果,解决了现有的涡流纺纱线强力差,成本高,仿棉效果不理想的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种超仿棉涡流纺纱线,包括纱线本体;所述纱线本体包括沿所述纱线本体径向依次从内向外设置的芯纤维层、第一包缠纤维层和第二包缠纤维层;所述芯纤维层为无捻并股的PVA长丝;所述第一包缠纤维层为螺旋包缠在所述芯纤维层外的中空涤纶纤维;所述第二包缠纤维层为螺旋包缠在所述第一包缠纤维层外的竹粘胶短纤维。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述芯纤维层包括2-12根所述PVA长丝。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述芯纤维层的线密度为1.53dtex。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述竹粘胶短纤维为色纺纤维。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述中空涤纶纤维为单孔结构,所述中空涤纶纤维为涤纶短纤。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述中空涤纶纤维为35-45MM。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述纱线本体为18-64S。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述第一包缠纤维层为1.67dtex。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,在所述第二包缠纤维层外设置有抗菌整理层。
一种超仿棉涡流纺纱线的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以PVA长丝作为芯纤维长丝,以中空涤纶纤维为包缠短纤维,通过涡流纺工艺,纺纱成涡流纺半成品纱;
步骤2,以涡流纺半成品纱作为芯纤维长丝,以竹粘胶短纤维为包缠短纤维,通过涡流纺工艺,,纺纱成超仿棉涡流纺纱线。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明以涡流纺工艺纺纱而成,采用复合包芯纱结构,具有强度高,弹性回复性好,手感柔软舒适,色牢度高,毛羽少,抗菌抗静电性能好的优点。本发明以无捻并股的PVA长丝作为芯纤维层,强度高,伸度低,耐气候性好和耐化学性能好,通过芯纤维层保证纱线本体的强度。但是由于PVA长丝模量高,手感偏硬,抗静电性能差,本发明在芯纤维层外螺旋包缠中空涤纶纤维形成第一包缠纤维层,第一包缠纤维层使纱线本体保持弹力挺括和蓬松保暖,具有良好的质感;而竹粘胶短纤维作为纱线本体的皮层,改善纱线本体的吸湿性能,使纱线本体触感柔软、吸湿透气,具有良好的仿棉效果,同时由于竹粘胶短纤维天然具有的抗菌性、抗紫外线性能和易染色性能,使纱线本体具有良好的综合性能。

实施例
结合图1,本发明公开了一种超仿棉涡流纺纱线,包括纱线本体。纱线本体优选为18-64S。纱线本体包括沿纱线本体径向依次从内向外设置的芯纤维层1、第一包缠纤维层2和第二包缠纤维层3。芯纤维层1为无捻并股的PVA长丝。芯纤维层1包括2-12根PVA长丝,优选的为3-6根。芯纤维层1的线密度为1.53dtex。第一包缠纤维层2为螺旋包缠在芯纤维层1外的中空涤纶纤维。第一包缠纤维层2为1.67dtex。中空涤纶纤维为单孔结构,中空涤纶纤维为涤纶短纤。中空涤纶纤维为35-45MM。第二包缠纤维层3为螺旋包缠在第一包缠纤维层2外的竹粘胶短纤维。为了简化生产工艺,避免后期染色,同时保证色牢度,使纱线呈现光泽鲜艳的色彩效果,竹粘胶短纤维为色纺纤维。
为了进一步提高本发明的抗菌效果,在第二包缠纤维层3外设置有抗菌整理层。
该超仿棉涡流纺纱线的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以PVA长丝作为芯纤维长丝,以中空涤纶纤维为包缠短纤维,通过涡流纺工艺,纺纱成涡流纺半成品纱;
步骤2,以涡流纺半成品纱作为芯纤维长丝,以竹粘胶短纤维为包缠短纤维,通过涡流纺工艺,,纺纱成超仿棉涡流纺纱线
通过上述具体实施例,本发明的有益效果是:本发明以涡流纺工艺纺纱而成,采用复合包芯纱结构,具有强度高,弹性回复性好,手感柔软舒适,色牢度高,毛羽少,抗菌抗静电性能好的优点。本发明以无捻并股的PVA长丝作为芯纤维层1,强度高,伸度低,耐气候性好和耐化学性能好,通过芯纤维层1保证纱线本体的强度。但是由于PVA长丝模量高,手感偏硬,抗静电性能差,本发明在芯纤维层1外螺旋包缠中空涤纶纤维形成第一包缠纤维层2,第一包缠纤维层2使纱线本体保持弹力挺括和蓬松保暖,具有良好的质感;而竹粘胶短纤维作为纱线本体的皮层,改善纱线本体的吸湿性能,使纱线本体触感柔软、吸湿透气,具有良好的仿棉效果,同时由于竹粘胶短纤维天然具有的抗菌性、抗紫外线性能和易染色性能,使纱线本体具有良好的综合性能。

1.一种超仿棉涡流纺纱线,其特征在于,包括纱线本体;所述纱线本体包括沿所述纱线本体径向依次从内向外设置的芯纤维层、第一包缠纤维层和第二包缠纤维层;所述芯纤维层为无捻并股的PVA长丝;所述第一包缠纤维层为螺旋包缠在所述芯纤维层外的中空涤纶纤维;所述第二包缠纤维层为螺旋包缠在所述第一包缠纤维层外的竹粘胶短纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超仿棉涡流纺纱线,其特征在于,所述芯纤维层包括2-12根所述PVA长丝。
3.根据权利要求2所述的超仿棉涡流纺纱线,其特征在于,所述芯纤维层的线密度为1.53dtex。
4.根据权利要求3所述的超仿棉涡流纺纱线,其特征在于,所述竹粘胶短纤维为色纺纤维。
