As shown in figure 1, the AED remote auxiliary emergency equipment of the invention consists of an AED data acquisition device 1, an AED2, a portable bag 3, a remote server 4 and a data terminal 5, wherein the portable bag is used for placing the AED and the AED data acquisition device.
The AED data acquisition device is connected with the AED on one hand, and acquires AED data, including patient vital sign data (including but not limited to ECG, transthoracic impedance), CPR feedback data, and AED running log; on the other hand, the AED data acquisition device is connected with a remote server, and uploads the on-site real-time video information, real-time audio information and real-time positioning information acquired by the AED data acquisition device and the AED data acquired from the AED to the remote server.
The remote server receives the information uploaded by the AED data acquisition device, stores and forwards the information to the data terminal; and the data terminal is used for displaying the audio information, the video information, the positioning information and the AED data uploaded by the selected AED data acquisition device. The AED data acquisition device can also receive real-time talkback voice sent by the data terminal in real time and broadcast the voice in real time through a loudspeaker.
The AED data acquisition device communicates with the AED through close range wireless modes, including but not limited to Bluetooth, infrared, WIFI. The AED data acquisition device communicates with a remote server wirelessly over a distance, including but not limited to 5G, 4G, WIFI. The data terminal and the remote server communicate in a wired or wireless mode, and the wireless mode includes but is not limited to WIFI and a mobile network.
The data terminal can be a mobile intelligent terminal, such as a smart phone, a tablet personal computer and the like, and has the functions of real-time networking communication, video display and voice talkback; the medical emergency rescue system can also be a notebook computer or a PC provided with a camera and a microphone, and is used for rescuing personnel in a 120 emergency center or a 120 emergency ambulance to know the on-site patient and rescue conditions and guide the on-site personnel to perform effective CPR, use AED to defibrillate and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, the AED data acquisition device is composed of a main control module, a wake-up detection module, a first communication interface, a second communication interface, a recording module, a voice broadcast module, a video acquisition module, a first storage module, and a power supply module. Another embodiment is to use a photosensitive sensor, when the bag is closed, the interior of the bag is in a dark state, and after the bag is opened, light enters the bag to trigger the photosensitive sensor.
The first communication interface is used for communicating with the AED, acquiring data acquired by the AED, as described above, and the main control module controls the acquisition of AED data and sends the AED data to the second communication interface. The second communication interface is used for communicating with the server, as described above, for uploading patient vital sign data, live real-time voice, and images.
The recording module is used for collecting the real-time voice on site, and the main control module controls the collection and sends the real-time voice to the second communication interface. The voice broadcasting module is used for broadcasting the talkback voice sent by the data terminal, and the voice data is obtained from the second communication interface by the main control module and then is used for controlling the voice broadcasting module to broadcast the voice. The video module is controlled by the main control module and sends the acquired image data to the second communication interface. And meanwhile, responding to a data terminal command, and carrying out focusing setting on a camera of the AED data acquisition device so as to obtain a clear image of a rescue site.
The first storage module is used for storing sound and image information acquired by the AED data acquisition device and vital sign data of a patient, and can store the data when the network is abnormal or the AED data acquisition device is off-line, so that subsequent uploading is facilitated.
The data terminal comprises a third communication interface, a first display module, a voice communication module and a second storage module; the third communication interface is used for receiving data sent by the remote server, the first display module is used for displaying real-time vital sign data, positioning data and the like of a patient transmitted from a rescue site, the second language communication module is used for realizing 120 voice communication between the emergency center and the site, and the second storage module is used for storing the real-time vital sign data of the patient.

1. An AED remote auxiliary first-aid device is characterized by comprising an AED data acquisition device, a remote server and a data terminal;
the AED data acquisition device uploads acquired real-time audio information, real-time video information, positioning information and AED data to a remote server, and the remote server receives the information uploaded by the AED data acquisition device, stores and forwards the information to a data terminal;
the data terminal displays audio information, video information, positioning information and AED data sent by the AED data acquisition device in real time; and sends a talkback voice to the AED data acquisition device through the remote server.
