Abstract
本发明公开了一种弹力面料的经编针织工艺,包括以下步骤:选择包纱、功能性弹性纱线、锦纶纤维、氨纶纤维和腈纶纤维作为弹力面料的原料;选用包纱、功能性弹性纱线和氨纶纤维混纺为第一纱线,锦纶纤维和腈纶纤维混纺为第二纱线;编织成平针全部添纱组织;将步骤三中的弹性面料进行定型处理;采用超低浴比的气雾染色,进行快速染色;将弹性面料进行烘干处理。本发明制备工艺提高了面料的弹性好和服用性能,降低了制造成本,市场应用前景好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于弹力面料编织技术领域,尤其涉及一种弹力面料的经编针织工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对服装性能的要求不断提高。制作服装的面料本身的特性将很大程度上决定服装的品质。从衣着舒适、活动自如和人体曲线美等因素考虑,制作诸如内衣、运动服等服装面料,其需要弹力好的面料制作。现有的弹力面料大多由针织的方法制备而成,其弹性效果不好,特别是在长期使用后,会失去原来的弹性,使人穿着不便。
发明内容
本发明提供一种弹力面料的经编针织工艺,旨在解决上述存在的弹性效果不好的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种弹力面料的经编针织工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:选择包纱、功能性弹性纱线、锦纶纤维、氨纶纤维和腈纶纤维作为弹力面料的原料;
步骤二:经过梳毛、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、并线、倍捻和蒸纱工序且选用包纱、功能性弹性纱线和氨纶纤维混纺为第一纱线,锦纶纤维和腈纶纤维混纺为第二纱线;
步骤三:编织成平针全部添纱组织,第一纱线为面纱,第二纱线为地纱,面纱始终在织物正面,第一纱线长为15.0cm/70针,第二纱线长为6cm/60针形成弹性面料;
步骤四:将步骤三中的弹性面料进行定型处理,消除弹性面料中折皱;
步骤五:使用Thies、Then气雾染色设备,采用超低浴比的气雾染色,进行快速染色;
步骤六:将步骤五中染色完成的弹性面料进行烘干处理,烘干温度120℃,烘干后加柔软剂最终定型得到弹力面料;
所述功能性弹性纱线为涤纶弹性纤维。
所述步骤一中的功能性弹性纱线细度为2.5-3dtex,平均长度为60mm,所述锦纶纤维的细度为2.2-2.7dtex,平均长度为50mm,所述氨纶纤维的细度为1.5-1.9dtex,平均长度为45mm,所述腈纶纤维的细度为1.6-2.dtex,平均长度为40mm。
所述步骤四中采用瑞士Santex定型机进行单层打卷的定型处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过步骤一、步骤二、步骤三、步骤四、步骤五、步骤六所采用的工艺流程编制成的弹力面料,其采用具有优异弹性性能的功能性弹性纱线、氨纶纤维与腈纶纤维为弹性原料,提高了面料的弹性和服用性能,同时又赋予其良好耐用性和耐久性,通过采用瑞士Santex定型机进行单层打卷的定型处理,使弹力面料无折皱,水洗尺寸变化率小,通过步骤五中的Thies、Then气雾染色设备,采用超低浴比的气雾染色,进行快速染色,可节约一定的能源,通过该工艺制成的服装具有手感柔软舒适、吸湿性好、透气性佳,具有超高的弹性及回复性,适合用于制备高档针织内衣及特殊功能性运动类服装,如护膝、护肘、护腰、紧身衣等,降低了制造成本,市场应用前景好。

实施例一
一种弹力面料的经编针织工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一:选择包纱、功能性弹性纱线、锦纶纤维、氨纶纤维和腈纶纤维作为弹力面料的原料;步骤二:经过梳毛、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、并线、倍捻和蒸纱工序且选用包纱、功能性弹性纱线和氨纶纤维混纺为第一纱线,锦纶纤维和腈纶纤维混纺为第二纱线; 步骤三:选用机型为34英寸24G的单面开幅机编织成平针全部添纱组织,第一纱线为面纱,第二纱线为地纱,面纱始终在织物正面,第一纱线长为15.0cm/70针,第二纱线长为6cm/60针形成弹性面料;步骤四:将步骤三中的弹性面料进行定型处理,消除弹性面料中折皱;步骤五:使用Thies、Then气雾染色设备,采用超低浴比的气雾染色,进行快速染色;步骤六:将步骤五中染色完成的弹性面料进行烘干处理,烘干温度120℃,烘干后加柔软剂最终定型得到弹力面料。
实施例二
功能性弹性纱线为涤纶弹性纤维;
步骤一中的功能性弹性纱线细度为2.5-3dtex,平均长度为60mm,锦纶纤维的细度为2.2-2.7dtex,平均长度为50mm,氨纶纤维的细度为1.5-1.9dtex,平均长度为45mm,腈纶纤维的细度为1.6-2.dtex,平均长度为40mm;
步骤四中采用瑞士Santex定型机进行单层打卷的定型处理。
实施例三

Claims (4)
1.一种弹力面料的经编针织工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:选择包纱、功能性弹性纱线、锦纶纤维、氨纶纤维和腈纶纤维作为弹力面料的原料;
步骤二:经过梳毛、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、并线、倍捻和蒸纱工序且选用包纱、功能性弹性纱线和氨纶纤维混纺为第一纱线,锦纶纤维和腈纶纤维混纺为第二纱线;
步骤三:编织成平针全部添纱组织,第一纱线为面纱,第二纱线为地纱,面纱始终在织物正面,第一纱线长为15.0cm/70针,第二纱线长为6cm/60针形成弹性面料;
步骤四:将步骤三中的弹性面料进行定型处理,消除弹性面料中折皱;
步骤五:使用Thies、Then气雾染色设备,采用超低浴比的气雾染色,进行快速染色;
步骤六:将步骤五中染色完成的弹性面料进行烘干处理,烘干温度120℃,烘干后加柔软剂最终定型得到弹力面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹力面料的经编针织工艺,其特征在于:所述功能性弹性纱线为涤纶弹性纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹力面料的经编针织工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中的功能性弹性纱线细度为2.5-3dtex,平均长度为60mm,所述锦纶纤维的细度为2.2-2.7dtex,平均长度为50mm,所述氨纶纤维的细度为1.5-1.9dtex,平均长度为45mm,所述腈纶纤维的细度为1.6-2.dtex,平均长度为40mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹力面料的经编针织工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤四中采用瑞士Santex定型机进行单层打卷的定型处理。
